Delhi gangrape: Police identify four suspects
Delhi Police have made some progress in the brutal assault and gangrape of a medical student on Sunday night. Sources say police have identified four men who raped and assaulted the girl. The bus, inside which the horrific crime took place, was found in a school campus in Noida. Sources say the bus is used for ferrying school children. Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), Delhi Police, Chhaya Sharma said that the bus was a chartered bus. "Our appeal to the public is to identify the bus and who owns the bus. The crime took place in a populated and a well-lit area of the national capital," said Sharma. She said that it was a luxury bus and not a part of the public transport.

Matina Stevis on Human and Capital Flight into and out of Europe!
Follow us @ twitter.com twitter.com Welcome to Capital Account. I'm Lauren Lyster in Washington DC Just when you thought the eurozone crisis was getting a little boring, same old news - what do you know...riot police clashing with protesters in front of Greek Parliament in the first major general strike we've seen under the new Greek government. We've seen these protests before, so is it any different this time? And Catalonia, Spain's most economically important region wants out. Catalonia, in a growing drive to secede announces snap election tapped as a referendum on independence. This as Madrid barricades parliament against protesters. What impact will this apparently growing dissent have? Plus, we've talked about bank capital flight in europe but what about human capital flight - not just within the eurozone, but from other countries and continents. We'll talk about what impact immigration is having on the eurozone amidst the worst crisis in its short history. We'll discuss all things eurozone with Matina Stevis of Dow-Jones and the Wall Street Journal from Brussels.
