Thunder Down Under - Holding CPS To Account http://4cast.tv/thunder-robert-pikula-author-children-come-first/ GoFundMe Drama - Matt also mentions that his GoFundMe page has come under attack. 3 months ago, Matt Virgiin started his GoFundMe (embedded below) in order raise money to fight CPS. Within those 3 months (and as of the date this was published) Matt has raised $540, 11% of his $5,000 goal. The bulk of it has been from a $300 anonymous donation that was just posted 3 days ago. GoFundMe is a crowdsourcing website where users can register and post fundraising pages for various projects and goals. Mifflin County, PA CYS - In Pennsylvania there was a split in the families. As we've discussed in previous episodes, there were 30+ cases of CPS abuse in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. Mifflin County contains 47,700 residents. The residents managed to find each other and band together for a stronger voice. Matt Virgiin reports that during a radio show, they managed to reunite and come to a decision as to which direction they wanted things to go. The families are executing an email campaign with recipients including lawyers and the director of Mifflin County CYS. At 4Cast, we've been receiving much feedback from Mifflin County about the events that have been occurring and the press attention that the scandals have received. Jase Stone (UK) - Jase Stone lost his children to his ex-wife and they're being abused by her new partner. Jase has filed reports with everyone and nobody has done anything. CPS in retaliation cut his visitation access. That's when Jase reached out to Matt Virgiin. Matt had been consulting Jase for several months when they had a major success. It was that Matt had drafted on behalf of Jase. Jase got the judge to read out the letter in court, and it was that court hearing that Jase had access restored. It was the first time Jase seen his kid in 3 months, There was another success when the mother denied Jase the right to see his kids Christmas play. It was another letter read out in court that reversed the decision. The adoption incentives were revered in the UK in 2010. With the adoption incentives gone, there is still much scandal and abuse in the country. We The People Preservation Annual Rally - April is We The People Preservation Foundation's annual rally in Washington DC. It's everyone's opportunity to get together and stand together as one. Robert Pikula Author of Our Children Come First the guest for the second half of the show is Robert Pikula, author and artist from the state of Indiana. Robert wrote the book, Our Children Come First. The book is available on Robert's website as well as Amazon. Robert is auctioning off a painting to help fund Matt's journey to the United States. Our Children Come First is Rob's experience with his experience in divorce court. He's had experience raising his own daughter, as well as helping raise her second ex's child, until the 2nd ex passed away. When he passed, CPS got involved and took the child. After six weeks Child Services gave the child back to the mother. Robert is planning on doing book # 2 which is going to be the same story from his daughters point of view. He's also sent out messages to movie producers and wants to see it become a movie. Painting For Sale - Robert is selling a painting to help support Matt Virgiin and help get him to America.
