Nouman Ali Khan is a Muslim speaker and the CEO and founder of Bayyinah, an Islamic educational institution in the United States.^[1][2]

His early education in Arabic started under in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and continued in Pakistan. His serious Arabic training began in 1999 in the United States. He has been teaching Modern Standard and Classical Arabic at various venues for several years with over 10,000 students nationwide.^[1] Nouman Ali Khan teaches about the religion of Islam through his video speeches.^[3] He also frequently speaks at Islamic Circle of North America Conventions about Islam, family, and other life topics.^[4]

Tracy Jane Grimshaw (born 3 June 1960) is an Australian journalist and television presenter. She is currently the host of A Current Affair and was a co-host of Today for nine years.

Career[link]

Grimshaw's career began in 1981 when she joined National Nine News in Melbourne as a reporter. In 1985 she began presenting news bulletins and by 1987 had been appointed as the presenter of National Nine Morning News.^[1]

Through the early 1990s Grimshaw reported on overseas events for the Nine Network, as well as reporting for A Current Affair and hosting the program over the summer non-ratings period.

In 1995, Grimshaw appeared as co-host of The Midday Show with David Reyne, and the following year was host of Today on Saturday and Animal Hospital.^[1]

In November 1996, Grimshaw was appointed as the co-host of Today with Steve Liebmann, a position she held for nine years. She finished her role as co-host of Today on 23 December 2005 and was replaced by Jessica Rowe.

On 30 January 2006, Grimshaw began presenting A Current Affair, replacing Ray Martin. In May 2006, she interviewed Beaconsfield Mine disaster survivors Todd Russell and Brant Webb in a special two-hour presentation called The Great Escape.^[1]

On 4 July 2006, a tribute video celebrating Grimshaw's 25th year of employment at the Nine Network was aired on A Current Affair. Former Today host and current 60 Minutes reporter Liz Hayes appeared on set to present Grimshaw with a bunch of flowers.

Grimshaw voiced Katie Current in the Australian release of the film Shark Tale, originally voiced by Katie Couric.

On 29 June 2011, a tribute video was presented celebrating Grimshaw's 30 years at the Nine Network. At the end of the episode the crew came on the set and presented her with flowers.

Controversy[link]

In June 2009, Grimshaw traded national TV insults with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Ramsay, before an audience of several thousand people at the Melbourne Good Food and Wine Show, following an interview with Grimshaw the previous day, described her as "a lesbian". He then showed a picture of a woman, who appeared naked. The woman was posed on her hands and knees but had multiple breasts and the facial features of a pig. "That's Tracy Grimshaw," he said. "I had an interview with her yesterday, holy crap. She needs to see Simon Cowell's Botox.

Grimshaw retaliated to Ramsay's comments and described her emotions upon hearing Ramsay's "joke" as absolutely miserable. "Obviously Gordon thinks that any woman that doesn't find him attractive must be gay, for the record, I don't and I am not." Later, Ramsay said he did not call her a lesbian.^[2]
