An episode is a coherent narrative unit within a larger dramatic work such as a film or television series. An episode is to a sequence as a chapter is to a book. Most are from 20 to 40 minutes in length.
The word derives from the ancient Greek ἐπεισόδιον (epeisodion), meaning the material contained between two songs or odes in a Greek tragedy.
The Dukes is an American animated series which ran on CBS in 1983, based directly on the live-action television series The Dukes of Hazzard. The show was produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, producer of the original series.
The show features the Duke boys and their cousin Daisy in an automobile race around the world against Boss Hogg, Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane, and Rosco's dog Flash in a duel for the prize money which the Dukes hope to use to keep the family farm from being foreclosed by Boss Hogg. Actually, Boss Hogg wants the money and the land for himself so he alongside Rosco and Flash plan various schemes to keep the Dukes from winning. Most of the adventures are read from a post card by Uncle Jesse Duke to his pet raccoon Smokey.
The first season took place during the period of the live-action show's replacement of the original actors with similar characters, Coy and Vance Duke, after the actors playing Bo and Luke walked out over a dispute about royalties. Thus, the first season of this animated series featured Coy and Vance. Bo and Luke eventually replaced Coy and Vance in Season 2 Episode 1 (14): "Boss O'Hogg and the Little People". This episode also featured a new introduction and voice over that reflected the change in characters.
The Dukes of Hazzard is an American television series that aired on the CBS television network from January 26, 1979 to February 8, 1985. The series was inspired by the 1975 film Moonrunners, which was also created by Gy Waldron and had many identical or similar character names and concepts.
The Dukes of Hazzard follows the adventures of "The Duke Boys," cousins Bo Duke (John Schneider) and Luke Duke (including Coy and Vance Duke for most of season 5) (Tom Wopat), who live on a family farm in fictional Hazzard County, Georgia, with their attractive female cousin Daisy (Catherine Bach) and their wise old Uncle Jesse (Denver Pyle). The Duke boys race around in their customized 1969 Dodge Charger stock car, dubbed (The) General Lee, evading crooked and corrupt county commissioner Boss Hogg (Sorrell Booke) and his bumbling and corrupt Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane (James Best) along with his deputy(s), and always managing to get caught in the middle of the various escapades and incidents that often occur in the area. Bo and Luke had previously been sentenced to probation for illegal transportation of moonshine; their Uncle Jesse made a plea bargain with the U.S. Government to refrain from distilling moonshine in exchange. As a result, Bo and Luke are on probation and not allowed to carry firearms — instead, they often use compound bows, sometimes with arrows tipped with dynamite — or to leave Hazzard County unless they get probation permission from their probation officer which is Boss Hogg, although the exact details of their probation terms vary from episode to episode. Sometimes it is implied that they would be jailed for merely crossing the county line; on other occasions, it is shown that they may leave Hazzard, as long as they are back within a certain time limit. Several other technicalities of their probation also came into play at various times.
Hazzard was a German heavy metal band formed by Herman Frank of Accept fame. The band featured Malcolm McNulty on vocals, who later joined Sweet as both bass player and vocalist and then Slade as Mal McNulty. Hazzard's only album release was mixed by Michael Wagener at Dierks Studios, Cologne.Herman Frank has also played in Victory and Sinner. He has worked as a record producer for Saxon and Rose Tattoo.

Enos was a 1980 spinoff of The Dukes of Hazzard. Enos Strate, small-town deputy in Hazzard County, gets invited to join a special unit in the LAPD. His partner is the streetwise Turk Adams. Hijinks ensue. Sonny Shroyer (Enos himself) uploaded this video to Myspace in 2006; I'm just helping migrate it to YouTube.
2010 Medicine Lake MT. Mr Shroyer really is the nicest guy you could ever meet.
Okay, this one is in the guy's point of view, but I had to add Daisy's name to the title, because there are lots of clips of her... one of her hanging up clothes, one of her going around the bar, and for the guys, one of her getting undressed, lol. The song is Brad Paisley's Ticks
See my other Dukes videos too. Dukes of Hazzard is owned by Warner Bros
A little something i created for us gals who *really* like enos (sonny).....it was really fun to put it all together...do you know how many damn episodes i had to watch?? so you better like it. ;) everyone's favorite dipstick... The song is "Sex Bomb" by Tom Jones.
I had originally intended to upload this following James Best's passing last April. But nonetheless, the video is here. This includes all General Lee jumps from the majority of Dukes episodes, from Season 1 through 7, all in chronological order from my personal Dukes of Hazzard collection, all 7 Seasons and both Reunion movies. And yes, included are the much hated miniature jumps used in Season 7. Also included are the jumps in The Dukes Of Hazzard: Reunion! (Even though it's just recycled footage from the show) and The Dukes Of Hazzard: Hazzard In Hollywood. Enjoy! Cast: Tom Wopat as Luke Duke (1979-1982; 1983-1985; Both Reunion movies; 1997-2000) John Schneider as Bo Duke (1979-1982; 1983-1985; Both Reunion movies; 1997-2000) Byron Cherry as Coy Duke (1982-1983) Christopher Mayer as Va...

A cute little fan video I made about Enos Strate and Daisy Duke, my two favorite characters from The Dukes of Hazzard. Enos always loved Daisy (well, almost everyone did). Even when she would sometimes take advantage of his naivete to get information out of him, his feelings for her never changed. Unlike many of her other admirers, Enos saw Daisy as more than just a collection of pretty body parts. He was always very polite and respectful toward her, even going so far as to call her "Miss Daisy" on most occasions. And because of this, Daisy couldn't help but like him back :) Video footage is from the classic Warner Brothers TV show "The Dukes of Hazzard". The song is "There Goes" by Alan Jackson. I made this just for fun and nothing used here is mine.
