"Each Tear" is a song performed by American R&B recording artist Mary J. Blige. It was released as the second international single from her ninth studio album, Stronger with Each Tear. The song is originally sung by just Blige on the U.S. version of her album though on the re-release and on international releases the song is a featured duet to reflect each of the international markets.
The song was re-recorded with several different artists to reflect the international markets. It is featured on editions of the album with one of five people: with Jay Sean for the UK and other countries; for Italy with Tiziano Ferro; for Australia, Vanessa Amorosi; on the Canadian release it features K'naan and for Germany it features Rea Garvey.
The Italian version was released to the Italian iTunes Store on February 26, 2010. The German release with Rea Garvey was released on May 7 as a digital download and was released on June 18 as a CD single. The UK version with Jay Sean was released on May 9, 2010.

Jay Sean (born Kamaljit Singh Jhooti; 26 March 1979) is a British singer and songwriter. He debuted in the UK's Asian Underground scene as a member of the Rishi Rich Project with "Dance with You", which reached No. 12 on the UK Singles Chart in 2003. This led to him being signed to Virgin Records and having two UK top 10 hits as a solo artist in 2004: "Eyes On You" at No. 6 and "Stolen" at #4. They were included in his critically acclaimed debut album Me Against Myself which, though only moderately successful in the UK, sold more than two million copies across Asia and remains his most successful album to date. Alongside the Rishi Rich Project, Sean was a pioneer of Bhangra-R&B fusion, which his debut album helped popularize among the worldwide South Asian diaspora.
He eventually left Virgin in 2006 and founded his own independent label, Jayded Records. After a gap of nearly four years, he returned in 2008 with "Ride It", which reached No. 11 in the UK and topped the charts in several Eastern European countries, including Romania where it was one of the best-selling singles of the year. It was followed by hits such as "Maybe", which reached No. 7 on the Japan Hot 100, and "Tonight". They were included in his second album, My Own Way, which became his most successful album on the UK Albums Chart, reaching No. 6, and topped the UK R&B Chart. At around this time, he began increasingly incorporating electropop sounds into his R&B music.

This is a special video dedicated to 3 friends who lost their father today, Mrs. LaTisha Holloway, Mrs. Frankie Johnson and Mr. Frank Earl III. Death is something that bothers me and I tried to convey my thoughts and encourage them during this tough time but I failed. I can't understand what they are going through losing a parent but I do know who is in control and who knows best! Allow his memory to drive you and push you to be the best versions of who you are!

We must begin to learn and understand our bodies, to feel them. Your ability to tense is your chi strength and nervous system potential. Squats, if done proper are the greatest exercise for this goal. The slower and more precise, the better. The aim is not to do lots, but to use them in order to learn the circuits. Start working with the outerward circuits. This can be achieved in any exercise or movement. Work towards a perfect posture with a curved spine. This allows the organs, bones and muscles to align properly. The more pressure against the ground you can deliver, the stronger your kundalini or entire life force energy and chi. Train the grip for your hands and feet. Pull down the perineum and lift up the head, tuck in the chin slightly. Allow the thoracic cavity to curve and angle...

There's something that I want to say,
But I feel I don't know how.
Until I just can't hold it one more day,
So I think I let it out.
You're on my mind more than I may show
You're in my heart more than you may know
And the last thing that I want,
Is for you to fall apart.
Your future will be clearer,
I want you to remember.
In each tear
there's a lesson, (there's a lesson)
Makes you wiser than before (wiser)
Makes you stronger than you know (stronger)
In each tear (each tear)
Brings you closer to your dreams
No mistake, no heartbreak
Can take away what you're ment to be...
We can't change the things,
That we done, that's in our past.
But fighting won't get us anywhere,
So if you want, then here's my hand...
Every night there is one thing I do
I bow my head and I pray for you (pray for you)
And the last thing that I want (that I want)
Is for you to fall apart
Your future will be clearer
I want you to remember
In each tear
there's a lesson, (there's a lesson)
Makes you wiser than before (wiser)
Makes you stronger than you know (stronger)
In each tear (each tear)
Brings you closer to your dreams
No mistake, no heartbreak
Can take away what you're meant to be
You're much more than a struggle that you go through
You're not defined by your pain, so let it go...
You're not a victim, you're more like a winner
And you're not in defeat, you're more like a queen
In each tear
there's a lesson,
Makes you wiser than before (wiser)
Makes you stronger than you know (stronger than you know)
In each tear ( in each tear)
Brings you closer to your dreams
No mistake, no heartbreak
Can take away what you're meant to be
In each tear (each tear)
there's a lesson, (there's a lesson)
Makes you wiser than before (wiser)
Makes you stronger than you know (stronger than you know)
In each tear ( Make you so much more)
Brings you closer to your dreams
No mistake, no heartbreak
Can take away what you're meant to be
No no we can't be held down
No no oh noo I I I can't be held down
You you you can't be held down
We we we can't be held down
Love
And makes you so much stronger (stronger)
And makes you so much wiser (wiser)
In each tear (in each tear)
And you so close to your dreams,
And no mistake, no heartbreak,
