Central Europe Gas stations in ETS2
Prototype work - our efforts to make the world more realistic for the players of Euro Truck Simulator 2 include populating the virtual Europe with recognizable company brands. This is an example of what the player _might_ see in the game - if our negotiations for the presence of these brands on the gas stations are successful. Disclaimer: appearance of real world brands in the finished game is subject to approval of the respective trademark owners and was used solely for the purpose of presenting the potential look-like in the game.

Commandos 3: Destination Berlin Walkthrough - Central Europe - Part IV.1
Please watch in HD! I upload all my videos in 720p for your viewing pleasure! Yes, finally, I'm back doing videos. I realized after my Commandos series started breaking 1000 views that it was legit, so I decided to play, record, and upload today. This mission clocked at around 25 minutes, so, sadly I had to split it up into three parts. Note: The Lieutenant on the open cars should be the last enemy to die on the mission. Slovenia
Slovenia is a country in Central Europe touching the Alps and bordering the Mediterranean. Slovenia borders Italy on the west, the Adriatic Sea on the southwest, Croatia on the south and east, Hungary on the northeast, and Austria on the north. The capital and largest city of Slovenia is Ljubljana. Slovenia covers an area of 20273 square kilometres and has a population of 2.06 million. Around 40% of Slovenia's land mass is elevated land - mostly in the form of mountains and plateaus - which is located in the interior regions of the country. The highest point of Slovenia is the 2864 metres (9396 ft) high Mount Triglav, the lowest point is the Adriatic Sea at sea level. The majority of the population speaks Slovene which is also the country's official language. Other local official languages are Hungarian and Italian. Slovenia is a member of the European Union, the Eurozone, the Schengen area, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the Council of Europe, NATO, UNESCO, WTO, and UN. Per capita, it is the richest Slavic nation-state, and is 88.3% of the EU27 average GDP (PPP) per capita. ( source Wikipedia )

Travel Journal - Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland
I was blessed with an opportunity to travel to Central Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, & Hungary) last fall with my husband and mother-in-law, and we had a wonderful time...I chose to keep a travel journal along the way to capture our adventures, and this is the result. I found much of my inspiration for this style of travel journal from Mary Ann Moss' blog, I highly recommend it. To see what my handmade journal looked like BEFORE my trip, click here: www.youtube.com I will be creating & selling journals similar to this one for those of you who don't have the time or inclination to make your own, keep a lookout at www.heidiology.artfire.com for those! Thanks again for watching!

POLSKA | POLAND | POLONIA | POLEN | POLOGNE | POLSKO | LENKIJA | ПОЛЬША | بولونيا
Poland (Polska) officially the Republic of Poland (Rzeczpospolita Polska). Is a country in Central Europe bordered by the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the south; Ukraine, Belarus and Lithuania to the east, Germany to the west; and the Baltic Sea and Kaliningrad Oblast, a Russian exclave, to the north. The total area of Poland is 312679 square kilometres, Poland has a population of over 39 million people. The establishment of a Polish state is often identified with the adoption of Christianity by its ruler Mieszko I in 966, when the state covered territory similar to that of present-day Poland. The Kingdom of Poland was formed in 1025, and in 1569 it cemented a long association with the Grand Duchy of Lithuania by signing the Union of Lublin, forming the Polish--Lithuanian Commonwealth. The Commonwealth collapsed in 1795, and Poland's territory was partitioned among the Kingdom of Prussia, the Russian Empire, and Austria. Poland regained its independence as the Second Polish Republic in 1918, after World War I, but two decades later it was occupied by Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union at the outbreak of World War II in September 1939. Poland lost over six million citizens in the war and emerged several years later as the People's Republic of Poland under Soviet influence. During the Revolutions of 1989, communist rule was overthrown, and Poland became what is constitutionally known as the "Third Polish Republic". Poland is a unitary state, made up of sixteen Voivodeships ...

Battle of Austerlitz (1993 BBC Documentary Brian Blessed narrates)
The Battle of Austerlitz, also known as the Battle of the Three Emperors, was one of Napoleon's greatest victories, where the French Empire effectively crushed the Third Coalition. On 2 December 1805 (20 November Old Style, 11 Frimaire An XIV, in the French Republican Calendar), a French army, commanded by Emperor Napoleon I, decisively defeated a Russo-Austrian army, commanded by Tsar Alexander I and Holy Roman Emperor Francis II, after nearly nine hours of difficult fighting. The battle took place near Austerlitz (Slavkov u Brna) about 10 Km (6 mi) south-east of Brno in Moravia, at that time in the Austrian Empire (present day Czech Republic). The battle is often regarded as a tactical masterpiece. The French victory at Austerlitz effectively brought the Third Coalition to an end. On 26 December 1805, Austria and France signed the Treaty of Pressburg, which took Austria out of the war, reinforced the earlier treaties of Campo Formio and Lunéville, made Austria cede land to Napoleon's German allies, and imposed an indemnity of 40 million francs on the defeated Habsburgs. Russian troops were allowed to head back to home soil. Victory at Austerlitz also permitted the creation of the Confederation of the Rhine, a collection of German states intended as a buffer zone between France and central Europe. In 1806, the Holy Roman Empire ceased to exist when Holy Roman Emperor Francis II kept Francis I of Austria as his only official title. These achievements, however, did not ...

James Rickards on the Fed's European Bailout and a Global Central Bank (11/30/11)
To watch more visit us @ www.youtube.com twitter.com twitter.com More rounds of ammunition were fired off in the global currency wars today, as six of the world's central banks including the Federal Reserve, Bank of England, and the European Central Bank coordinate to get cheap dollars to starving european banks. Meanwhile, across the pacific, China is cutting its reserve requirements by 50 basis points for the first time in nearly 3 years, a sign that the world's second largest economy and biggest exporter is now reversing its policy of trying to curb inflation and loan growth. We are joined by James G. Rickards, author of Currency Wars to discuss these issues, as well as the growth in gold buying and gold repatriation by foreign central banks, the world over. We also speak to Jim Rickards about the role he thinks the IMF and its global SDR will play in the years to come, and if the latest bailout 600 billion euro italian bailout rumor may be just the opportunity for the IMF to step up as a player in the global currency war. He says the IMF is turning into a global central bank and that the federal reserve is looking more and more like a hedge fund. And on the issue of gold, speakers at a UFO convention in South Africa insist that extraterrestrials visited out planet in search of gold about 300000 years ago, cloned their genetic make-up and gave rise to mankind. Ever since, they've been in contact with world leaders, and ever since, we have been obsessed with gold! And ...
