Population transfer is the movement of a large group of people from one region to another by state policy or international authority, most frequently on the basis of ethnicity or religion. Banishment or exile is a similar process, but is forcibly applied to individuals and groups.
Often the affected population is transferred by force to a distant region, perhaps not suited to their way of life, causing them substantial harm. In addition, the loss of all immovable property and, when rushed, the loss of substantial amounts of movable property, is implied.
Population exchange is the transfer of two populations in opposite directions at about the same time. Such exchanges have taken place several times in the 20th century, such as during the partition of India and Pakistan and between post-Ottoman Turkey and Greece.
According to political scientist Norman Finkelsteintransfer was considered as an acceptable solution to the problems of ethnic conflict, up until around World War II and even a little afterward, in certain cases. Transfer was considered a drastic but "often necessary" means to end an ethnic conflict or ethnic civil war. The feasibility of population transfer was hugely increased by the creation of railroad networks from the mid-19th century.

Ark: Survival Evolved Gameplay Information:
As a man or woman stranded naked, freezing and starving on the shores of a mysterious island called ARK, you must hunt, harvest resources, craft items, grow crops, research technologies, and build shelters to withstand the elements. Use your cunning and resources to kill or tame the leviathan dinosaurs and other primeval creatures roaming the land, and team up with or prey on hundreds of other players to survive, dominate... and escape!
Ark: Survival Evolved Gameplay Features:
► Tame, train and ride dinosaurs, in a living ecosystem!
Dinosaurs and creatures can be tamed using a challenging capture-&-affinity process, involving weakening a feral creature to knock it unconscious, and then nursing it back to health with appropriate food. Once tamed, you can issue commands to your Pet, which it may follow depending on how well you’ve tamed and trained it. Pets, which can continue to level-up and consume food, can also carry Inventory and Equipment such as Armor, carry prey back to your settlement depending on their strength, and larger pets can be ridden and directly controlled! Fly a Pterodactyl over the snow-capped mountains, lift allies over enemy walls, race through the jungle with a pack of Raptors, tromp through an enemy base along a gigantic brontosaurus, or chase down prey on the back of a raging T-Rex!
► Food, water, temperature, and weather!
You must eat and drink to survive, with different kinds of plants & meat having different nutritional properties, including human meat. Ensuring a supply of fresh water to your home and inventory is a pressing concern. All physical actions come at a cost of food and water, long-distance travel is fraught with subsistence peril! Inventory weight makes you move slower, and the day/night cycle along with randomized weather patterns add another layer of challenge by altering the temperature of the environment, causing you to hunger or thirst more quickly. Build a fire or shelter, and craft a large variety of customizable clothing & armors, to help protect yourself against locational damage & extreme temperatures using the dynamic indoor/outdoor insulation calculation system!
►Harvest, build structures, paint items!
By chopping down forests full of trees and mining metal and other precious resources, you can craft the parts to build massive multi-leveled structures composed of complex snap-linked parts, including ramps, beams, pillars, windows, doors, gates, remote gates, trapdoors, water pipes, faucets, generators, wires and all manner of electrical devices, and ladders among many other types. Structures have a load system to fall apart if enough support has been destroyed, so reinforcing your buildings is important. All structures and items can be painted to customize the look of your home, as well as placing dynamically per-pixel paintable signs, textual billboards, and other decorative objects. Shelter reduces the extremes of weather and provides security for yourself and your stash! Weapons, clothing & armor gear can also be painted to express your own visual style.
► Plant, farm, and grow!
Pick seeds from the wild vegetation around you, plant them in plots that you lay down, water them and nurture them with fertilizer (everything poops after consuming calories, which can then be composted, and some fertilizer is better than others). Tend to your crops and they will grow to produce delicious and rare fruits, which can also be used to cook a plethora of logical recipes and make useful tonics! Explore to find the rarest of plant seeds that have the most powerful properties! Vegetarians & vegans can flourish, and it will be possible to master and conquer the ARK in a non-violent manner!

Jade Helm and the Forced Relocation of Millions of Americans to CAMP FEMA - BBC Documentary 2015
Witness the betrayal suffered by villagers in Papua New Guinea when their initial hopes are dashed by a Chinese government-owned mining company that doesn't raise their standard of living but violently relocates them to a taboo sacred mountain. One young mother states her willingness to die with her children rather than move.
This scene comes from the Profit and Loss episode of the four-part series, Standing on Sacred Ground. The episode also tells of the First Nations people of Alberta, Canada, who suffer from rare cancers as their traditional hunting grounds are stripmined to unearth tar sands—the world's third-largest oil reserve.
Standing on Sacred Ground chronicles indigenous people in eight communities around the world standing up for their traditional sacred lands in defense of cultural survival, human rights and the environment. Watch them stand against industrial mega-projects, consumer culture, resource extraction, competing religions, tourists and climate change.
Standing on Sacred Ground was produced by the Sacred Land Film Project, http://sacredland.org, a project of Earth Island Institute. To deepen public understanding of sacred places, indigenous cultures and environmental justice, the Film Project produces a variety of media and educational materials—films, videos, DVDs, articles, photographs, school curricula and other materials. The Sacred Land Film Project uses journalism, organizing and activism to rekindle reverence for land, increase respect for cultural diversity, stimulate dialogue about connections between nature and culture, and protect sacred lands and diverse spiritual practices.

Chile: Drought Forces Relocation of Bee Populations
Organizations working to protect bees in Chile have been forced to relocate their bee colonies as a result of one of the country’s worst droughts in 150 years. In some cases bee populations have been cut in half. The lack of rain has led to a shortage of flowering plants and therefore pollen, which bees feed on. Throughout the world, the use of pesticides and the loss of habitats are raising fears about the future of bees, which are vital to human food production. teleSUR

Japanese Relocation (1942)
Summary (from Wikipedia) -
Japanese Relocation (1942) is a short film produced by the U.S. Office of War Information and distributed by the War Activities Committee of the Motion Picture Industry. It is a propaganda film, justifying and explaining Japanese American internment on the West Coast during World War II. It is narrated by Milton Eisenhower.
The film starts by asserting that, while many Japanese-Americans were loyal, in early 1942 the West Coast was a potential combat zone, and the government did not know what the Japanese population would do if the US were invaded. Furthermore the film noted that there

Rohingya refugees fear Bangladesh camp relocation plans
Rohingya refugees living inBangladesh have been spooked by a government announcement of plans to relocate refugee camps to an offshore island vulnerable to extreme weather.
For the second time in six months, Bangladesh's government last week announced its intention to shift the camps away from the southeastern Cox's Bazar district, where thousands of Rohingya have fled to for decades, seeking respite from persecution across the border in western Myanmar's Rakhine state.
The proposed new site on the offshore Hatiya island is controversial, however, as environmental researchers consider it to be vulnerable to extreme weather, including floo

The modern army has its roots in the Continental Army which was formed on 14 June 1775,[4] to meet the demands of the American Revolutionary War before the establishment of the United States. The Congress of the Confederation officially created the United States Army on 3 June 1784[5][6] after the end of the Revolutionary War to replace the disbanded Continental Army. The army considers itself to be descended from the Continental Army and thus dates its inception from the origins of that force.[4]
The primary mission of the army is "to fight and win our Nation’s wars by providing prompt, sustained land dominance across the full range of military operations and spectrum of conflict in support of combatant commanders."[7] The army is a military service within the Department of the Army, one of the three military departments of the Department of Defense. The army is headed by the Secretary of the Army, and the top military officer in the department is the Chief of Staff of the Army. The highest ranking army officer is currently the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. During fiscal year 2011, the Regular Army reported a strength of 546,057 soldiers; the Army National Guard (ARNG) reported 358,078 and the United States Army Reserve (USAR) reported 201,166 putting the combined component strength total at 1,105,301 soldiers.

13. SOUNDBITE (English) Julia Morley, Miss World pageant organiser:
"Has it been worth it? Well, if you are looking at it from your point of view I suppose, yes, because it's the journalists that caused it in the first place in terms of the guy in Nigeria making the comment he did. That was why there was a riot, not because of Miss World. If you can understand that you will realise that Miss World had nothing to do with that."

STORYLINE
The organisor of the Miss World beauty pageant on Monday said that the contest was not responsible for fatal
riots in Nigeria that forced the relocation of the event to Britain.
Julia Morley said the contest had been used as a "political football" and blamed the deadly violence on a newspaper article in Nigeria that suggested Islam's founding prophet would have approved of the pageant.
"It was not a mistake to hold it in Nigeria. What was a mistake was a journalist making a remark he shouldn't have made," Morley told a news conference at a hotel near Heathrow Airport after her return from the west African nation.
The violence started on Wednesday in the northern Nigerian Kaduna and spread on Friday to the capital, Abuja, where the event was to have been held.
Angry Christians attacked Muslims who objected to the contest on moral grounds.
On Sunday, the Nigerian Red Cross said it had counted more than 215 bodies in Kaduna.
Some 500 people were reported to have been injured.
Morley said she was still looking for a London venue for the event, scheduled to take place on December 7.
She said she had received several offers, but no deal had been finalized.
It was not the first controversy to hit this year's event; at least four contestants decided to boycott the event because of rulings by Islamic courts in Nigeria sentencing women to death by stoning for having sex outside of marriage.

9. SOUNDBITE (Greek) Katerina Georgiadou, Miss Greece:
"I had a really nice time in Nigeria, the people were very nice, very warm, they used to say 'hello' to us in the streets, There was never any problem and I think whatever is happening there which we didn't know about is very sad because people should love other people because God is love, I believe, and I was very upset about what was happening but I never felt any fear there, there was a lot of police there and they were looking after us, but simply I am sad because of what has happened and that we had to return to London so that the contest could be held in London."

Furthermore the film noted that there were Japanese-American communities near militarily significant sites, such as shipyards.
So, the film states, the Japanese were democratically and humanely evacuated to relocation centers in the desert. The film also states that most Japanese went voluntarily, and felt that it was a sacrifice they should make as loyal citizens.
On Japanese Internment (from Wikipedia) -
The internment of Japanese Americans in the United States was the forced relocation and incarceration during World War II of between 110,000 and 120,000 people of Japanese ancestry who lived on the Pacific coast in camps in the interior of the country. Sixty-two percent of the internees were United States citizens. The U.S. government ordered the removal of Japanese Americans in 1942, shortly after Imperial Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor.
President Franklin D. Roosevelt authorized the deportation and incarceration with Executive Order 9066, issued February 19, 1942, which allowed regional military commanders to designate "military areas" from which "any or all persons may be excluded." This power was used to declare that all people of Japanese ancestry were excluded from the entire West Coast, including all of California and much of Oregon, Washington and Arizona, except for those in government camps.

ARK Survival Evolved Ep 16 Forced Relocation! Lets Play
The proposed new site on the offshore Hatiya island is controversial, however, as environmental researchers consider it to be vulnerable to extreme weather, including flooding and cyclones.
"The refugees are totally reluctant to go there because the environment of that place is not good at all," Zahid Hossain, a registered Rohingya refugee who lives in the Nayapara refugee camp, told Anadolu Agency.
"A few years back [Rohingya] people used to live in that island [for work] and many people were killed by natural disasters such as storms and floods."
"The refugees even agree they would rather die like those who are still in the open sea than go to that island," he said.
Bangladesh-based Rohingya news network Kaladan Press quoted a Rohingya community leader as saying that they would not move to the new location because it is isolated and prone to floods.
Research from Bangladesh's Island Development Association in 2013 noted that Hatiya's exceptional vulnerability increases the spread of diseases, results in crop damage and has left many people landless, while there is a shortage of safe sheltering spaces in the event of a disaster.
The government previously said that it planned to relocate the refugees away from Cox's Bazar for humanitarian reasons, by providing a larger space for the refugees. Activists, however, say the main motivation is to reclaim land by the southeastern coast, home to the world's longest beach, for tourism projects.
Andrew Day, an activist who works with Rohingya refugees, said he does not believe the government will follow through but that the announcement has caused panic.
"A lot of them are freaking out. I tell them not to worry," he said. "The mindset for refugees is that UNHCR [United Nations Commissioner for Human Rights] is powerless to stop a move of that magnitude and that the Bangladesh government calls the shot at UNHCR."
"It's a way to make the current refugees fear for their future while sending a message to the ones in Myanmar that coming here isn't a better option."
Despite the government announcements, aid workers and Rohingya activists have said that there has been no evidence of the government actively preparing to move the camps.
It is also unclear whether the government plans to shift all 250,000 Rohingya refugees estimated to be living in Bangladesh.
Only 35,000 are registered as refugees and live in government and UNHCR-run camps, while there is no official record of the others, who are unregistered refugees mostly living in large settlements near the official camps.
"They've made the announcement but they haven't informed us or UNHCR," said Rohingya activist Zafar Alam Dipu, who said he would not be opposed to the idea of moving to new camps if the government provided a suitable location.
"The Bangladesh government should select a specific area and put both registered and unregistered refugees there so that they can track them and if the situation is favorable, we can return to our homeland," said Dipu.
Onchita Shadman, spokeswoman for UNHCR in Bangladesh, said they have not been contacted by the government about making preparations for relocation, but that they would hope that any move would be voluntary.
"We hope that if any move takes place, it will be carried out in a dignified manner. A forced relocation will be very complex and controversial," she said. "The success of any relocation will depend on the refugees’ perception of living conditions at the new location."

JAPANESE INTERNMENT DURING WWII "THE NISEI THE PRIDE AND THE SHAME" 75924
Produced in 1965 as part of the "Twentieth Century" TV series with Walter Cronkite, THE PRIDE AND THE SHAME tells the story of the Japanese internment, and the brave actions of patriotic Japanese-Americans such as Daniel Inouye who bravely served in the U.S. Army as part of the 442nd during WWII.
The 442nd Regimental Combat Team of the United States Army was a fighting unit composed almost entirely of American soldiers of Japanese ancestry who fought in World War II. Most of the families of mainland Japanese Americans were confined to internment camps in the United States interior. Beginning in 1944, the regiment fought primarily in Europe

Japanese Relocation in WWII: "Barriers and Passes" circa1944 War Relocation Authority

'Department of the Interior. War Relocation Authority. Scenes of living conditions of Japanese Americans in the relocationcenters during World War II.'
Public domain film from the US National Archives, slightly cropped to remove uneven edges, with the aspect ratio corrected, and mild video noise reduction applied.
The soundtrack was also processed with volume normalization, noise reduction, clipping reduction, and/or equalization (the resulting sound, though not perfect, is far less noisy than the original).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internment_of_Japanese_Americans
The internment of Japanese Americans in the United States was the forced relocation and incarceration during World War II of between 110,000 and 120,000 people of Japanese ancestry who lived on the Pacific coast in camps in the interior of the country. Sixty-two percent of the internees were United States citizens. The U.S. government ordered the removal of Japanese Americans in 1942, shortly after Imperial Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor.
Such incarceration was applied unequally due to differing population concentrations and, more importantly, state and regional politics: more than 110,000 Japanese Americans, nearly all who lived on the West Coast, were forced into interior camps, but in Hawaii, where the 150,000-plus Japanese Americans comprised over one-third of the population, only 1,200 to 1,800 were interned. The forced relocation and incarceration has been determined to have resulted more from racism and discrimination among whites on the West Coast, rather than any military danger posed by the Japanese Americans.
Approximately 5,000 Japanese Americans voluntarily relocated outside the exclusion zone, and some 5,500 community leaders arrested after Pearl Harbor were already in custody, but the majority of mainland Japanese Americans were evacuated (forcibly relocated) from their West Coast homes during the spring of 1942. The United States Census Bureau assisted the internment efforts by providing confidential neighborhood information on Japanese Americans. The Bureau denied its role for decades, but this was finally proven in 2007. In 1944, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the removal by ruling against Fred Korematsu's appeal for violating an exclusion order. The Court limited its decision to the validity of the exclusion orders, avoiding the issue of the incarceration of U.S. citizens with no due process.
In 1980, under mounting pressure from the Japanese American Citizens League and redress organizations, President Jimmy Carter opened an investigation to determine whether the decision to put Japanese Americans into internment camps had been justified by the government. He appointed the Commission on Wartime Relocation and Internment of Civilians (CWRIC) to investigate the camps. The Commission's report, titled “Personal Justice Denied,” found little evidence of Japanese disloyalty at the time and, concluding the incarceration had been the product of racism, recommended that the government pay reparations to the survivors. In 1988, President Ronald Reagan signed into law the Civil Liberties Act, which apologized for the internment on behalf of the U.S. government and authorized a payment of $20,000 to each individual camp survivor. The legislation admitted that government actions were based on "race prejudice, war hysteria, and a failure of political leadership". The U.S. government eventually disbursed more than $1.6 billion in reparations to 82,219 Japanese Americans who had been interned and their heirs.
Of 127,000 Japanese Americans living in the continental United States at the time of the Pearl Harbor attack, 112,000 resided on the West Coast. About 80,000 were nisei (literal translation: "second generation"; American-born Japanese with U.S. citizenship) and sansei ("third generation"; the children of Nisei). The rest were issei ("first generation", immigrants born in Japan who were ineligible for U.S. citizenship by U.S. law)...

Beginning in 1944, the regiment fought primarily in Europe during World War II, in particular Italy, southern France, and Germany.
The 442nd Regiment was the most decorated unit for its size and length of service in the history of American warfare. The 4,000 men who initially made up the unit in April 1943 had to be replaced nearly 2.5 times. In total, about 14,000 men served, earning 9,486 Purple Hearts. The unit was awarded eight Presidential Unit Citations (5 earned in one month). Twenty-one of its members were awarded Medals of Honor. Its motto was "Go for Broke".
The U.S. government eventually disbursed more than $1.6 billion in reparations to 82,219 Japanese Americans who had been interned and their heirs.

The United States Army (USA) is the main branch of the United States Armed Forces responsible for land-based military operations. It is the largest and oldest established branch of the U.S. military, and is one of seven U.S. uniformed services.

The rest were issei ("first generation", immigrants born in Japan who were ineligible for U.S. citizenship by U.S. law)...

Duncan mentions the 19th annual retracing of the original 113-mile trek (Nome Cult Trail). Descendants of Native Americans take part annually (September) to 'Honor their memory... A path not forgotten' of their ancestors. Forced relocation of 461 Mechoopda tribal members where only 277 survived (1863).
Duncan continues to talk about 'Fatherhood is Sacred' program which he trained for 5 years. He mentions the Native American Fatherhood and Families Association (NAFFA) which was founded by Albert M. Pooley (NAFFA, president). www.AZNAFFA.org
The NAFFA is now in Sacramento, Stockton and San Jose, California. This program is a 14 week curriculum with two weeks of orientation and with the emphasis on Native American culture.
This show has lots of in depth healing about promoting adult males to protect and to encourage 'Innocence' to children of the 7th generations.
