Classic BBC Radio Theme ~ The Archers
This is "Barwick Green" and is the theme music to the long-running BBC Radio 4 soap opera The Archers. It is a "maypole dance" from the suite My Native Heath, written in 1924 by the Yorkshire composer Arthur Wood, and named after Barwick-in-Elmet. This recording used between 1950 and the 1990s was played by Sidney Torch and his Orchestra The Sunday omnibus broadcast of The Archers starts with a more rustic, accordian -arranged rendition by The Yetties

Archers Paradox up to the Limit !!! Extended Version
The breaking of the arrow at the end of the video was NOT due to a lack of knowledge on my part !!! IT WAS QUITE DELIBERATE !!! Several different carbon, aluminum and wooden arrows where shot from a 70 lbs Recurve bow ( a custom made KHAN by BORDER ARCHERY ). Draw length - 29. Arrow length - 30" I started out with proper spined arrows and searched the limit ! That exploding arrow was a Port Orford Cedar - Spine 25-30, 100 grain tip and 30 inches long. I was wearing a helmet and a good wrap of leather around my bow hand during the "dangerous" shots. For your own safety, and also for your bow ( it`s akin to dry firing your bow ) please don`t try this at home !!! Special thanks to the man behind the camera ... Mike & Christie - Proposal
After a week trip down to Bentonville, Arkansas to visit my best friend (I spent 10 years in the south and with me currently living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada I don't get many opportunities to visit my old home). It was the best trip ever and we got back to Toronto on his birthday. Within 5 minutes of getting home on his OWN birthday, he gifted me with a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and when I turned it on it immediately played this animation. :)
It was originally a flash animation, so when it asked me the big question it has "Yes" & "No" buttons on the screen. Upon pressing yes, it played the final animation after the fade. Curious to know what happen if I pressed "No", I went back and replayed the animation. I had Michael press no for me, and to my surprise the button moved! I guess he wouldn't take no for an answer :)
When I finished with the video he presented me with a teal Birks box and inside the most beautiful ring I have ever seen (picture bottom right). He's truly the sweetest man ever and I am incredibly lucky to have found him.

Each piece of art suddenly takes part in illustrating the love cycle surrounding him. I remember wanting to show someone this song and not being able to find it on youtube... * CHUMMING THE OCEANS South of the river's mouth Migration slopes slowly towards mainland. There, the salt air Fills the gills of the dead bait in hand. The deep is in riot, the coastline is quiet Asleep and divided in bands. Una vez hecho esto el resto es bastante fácil. ------------------------------ Mission 5: The Siege of Paris Difficulty: Hard My strategy for win this scenario is make a distraction to move to the English from their guard positions. At 1:45 the wall is attacked with 10 archers, make sure to do about 120 points of damage. When the archers have returned to the base they must keep on patrol position(3:10) if you don't, the english units will seek -and find- the archers (I don't know the exact reason). Once this is done the rest is pretty easy.
