Two Hearts - Phil Collins 1988 movie Buster - spsyed
Two Hearts - Phil Collins, born Philip David Charles "Phil" Collins, 30 January 1951 in Chiswick, London-UK. He was given a toy drum kit for Christmas when he was five year old. Collins started his music career with "The Real Thing," "The Freehold," "Flaming Youth" bands in the mid-1960s, and moved to "Genesis" in 1971, turned solo in September 1981, and by 2002 his total worldwide sales as a solo artist were 150 million. He has won seven Grammy Awards, an Academy Award, and two Golden Globes for his solo work. In 1988, Collins starred in the movie "Buster" about the 1960s Great Train Robbery in England-UK. The two songs became popular but the movie failed to impress the cinema going audience. Collins released 48 singles, 35 music videos, and 12 albums. For more information on Phil Collins visit www.atlanticrecords.com Lyrics: Well, there was no reason to believe, she'd always be there, But if you don't put faith in, what you believe in, It's getting you nowhere, Cos it hurts, you never let go, Don't look down, just look up, Cos she's always there to behind you, just to remind you, Two hearts, believing in just one mind, You know we're two hearts, believing in ...

Muslim democrats, Ron Paul reject imperial interventions - spsyed analysis on Libya
Muslim democrats reject imperial interventions -- spsyed analysis on Libya. The interventions in Libya would be disastrous: remember Iraq and Afghanistan? US ambassador to Libya Gene Cretz has created another pro-American puppet outfit to topple Gaddafi. The US made National Transitional Council (NTC), headed by former minister Mustafa Abdel Jalil and Dr Mahmoud Jebril, is now to set to do American biddings for no-fly zone, invasion and occupation. Cretz is also working with Egyptian and Tunisia armies to install pro-American governments in Cairo and Tunis. However, over 1.5 billion Muslim democrats are uprising against decades of imperial corporate interventions by the funding of despots, dictators and puppets, so the last thing they need is more of the same from the US funded puppets, such as Mustafa Abdel Jalil and Dr Mahmoud Jebril head the National Transitional Council (NTC) set to topple Gaddafi. The 2012 US Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul said leave Libya alone, reminding outgoing (here today, gone tomorrow) US president Barack H Obama that no-fly zone over Libya is an act of war that would require congressional approval. "The lessons of Iraq and Afghanistan are that western interventions, such as now being advocated for Libya, will have disastrous consequences, not least for the Libyan people and could be the prelude to yet another trillion dollar war, collateral murders and more war crimes" according to John Rees from UK-based 'Stop the War Coalition ...

Royal wedding London Fri 29 April 2011 - spsyed edit
British royal wedding Friday 29 April 2011 London (c) St James' Palace. After a five-month long engagement and some seven years of living together, HRH Prince William Arthur Philip Louis and Catherine (Kate) Elizabeth Middleton finally tied the knot in London on Friday 29 April 2011 as the world watched. The newly weds are now known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The live televised historic event was viewed by over two billion people. Middleton wore an ivory white lace and silk gown that might not redefine modern fashion — but in its extraordinary elegance. The Victorian style wedding gown was a hand-embroidered English and French Chantilly with slight padding at the hips and 58 organza-covered buttons snaking up the back. It had a discreet v-neck, long lace sleeves and a train that measured almost nine feet (270cm) long. It was designed by Sarah Burton of Lee Alexander McQueen CBE who committed suicide in 2010. Burton also designed the white, cowl-neck column gown worn by maid-of-honor Pippa Middleton, the bride's sister. The Queen wore an Angela Kelly-designed sunshine yellow dress and coat with a matching hat. The Duchess of Cornwall — Prince William's stepmother — wore a champagne-coloured dress and pale blue and champagne coat with lush embroidery by British designer Anna Valentine. William wore the uniform of his honorary rank of Colonel of the Regiment for the Irish Guards. The Dean of Westminster officiated most of the service, with the Archbishop of ...

Wikileaks expose secret American war crimes -- spsyed analyses leaked Afghan War Diary logs, and cablegate. Before it is too late, defend your right to know. WikiLeaks released over 92000 secret US military reports 'Afghan War Diary' covering its war imposed on Afghanistan. The leaked reports are written by US soldiers and intelligence officers. They describe a number of bloody operations carried out by US Task Force 373, a secret American assassination gang in the region. Wikileaks reveal civilian killings, 'friendly fire' deaths and shadowy American special murder gangs. The leaks also describe the majority of lethal US military actions from 2004 to 2009, giving the precise geographical location of each event, and major weapon systems used against unarmed Afghan civilians. Whistleblowers may email secret documents and videos to tyneham at boxbe dot com ; The leaked irrefutable evidence documents the conduct of the war imposed civilians in Afghanistan and Pakistan. US military continue to kill unarmed civilians in fake encounters, classifying the crimes against humanity as 'insurgent killed,' thus evading, subverting and perverting justice. The leaks continue to expose war crimes, lies, deceptions and propaganda that enable American war criminals to downplay and dismiss any criticism. Jinnah: India-Pakistan partition - spsyed review
Jinnah 1998 movie tribute - spsyed review. Watch the full movie linked here. The story of Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. Mohammad Ali Jinnah (25 December 25 1876 -- 11 September 11 1948) was a 20th century lawyer and statesman. As the founder of Pakistan, Jinnah is popularly and officially known in Pakistan as Quaid-e-Azam (Great Leader) and Baba-e-Qaum (Father of the Nation). Jinnah was liberal to his bones. Pakistan is the outcome of the Hindutva-dominated Indian Congress party leaders being unwilling to share power with the Muslims. Jinnah rose to prominence in the Indian National Congress initially expounding ideas of Hindu-Muslim unity and helping shape the 1916 Lucknow Pact between the Muslim League and the Indian National Congress; he also became a key leader in the All India Home Rule League. He proposed a fourteen-point constitutional reform plan to safeguard the political rights of Muslims in a self-governing India. Jinnah later advocated the Two-Nation Theory embracing the goal of creating a separate Muslim state as per the 1940 Lahore Resolution that Hindutva-dominated Indian Congress part rejected. In 1946, the All-India Muslim League won most reserved Muslim seats in the elections of 1946. It was a landslide vitory for Jinnah at a time when the Indian Congress party was dominated by Hindutva mob. After the British and Congress backed out of the Cabinet Mission Plan Jinnah called for a Direct Action Day to achieve the formation of Pakistan. As the Indian ...

The Tillman Story 2010 movie trailer - spsyed backgroud analysis, tributes
'The Tillman Story' 2010 movie -- spsyed review with background anaylsis on Tillman, highlighting his life, tributes, photographs and interviews with friends, coaches, mentors, and peers. The Tillman Story is a gripping film made by London-based Passion Pictures and its media partners. The Tillman Story is a riveting account of how a soldier's death in Afghanistan was spun into a web of scandalous public lies and cover ups by the US government and military officials. The Tillman Story is one of the most important movies you will ever see about the officials. That makes The Tillman Story a riveting, enraging documentary film, deserving 9.5 out of 10. Patrick Daniel 'Pat' Tillman (06 November 1976 -- 22 April 2004) gave up his $3.6m professional Arizona football career in May 2002 to serve the US Army Rangers. Tillman became an instant symbol of patriotic fervour and unflinching duty for a pack of 9/11 lies. But the truth about Pat Tillman is far more complex, and ultimately more heroic, than the caricature created by the media. And when the US government turned his death into war propaganda, they took on the wrong family. New York Times foreign correspondent Dexter Filkins said: "after Tillman's death, Army commanders, aided and abetted by members of the Bush administration, violated many of their own rules, not to mention elementary standards of decency, to turn the killing into a propaganda coup for the American side". Amir Bar-Lev's emotionally powerful and ...

Stop wars, hate, racism: veterans speak out - spsyed
Stop wars, hate racism. US soldiers, who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, testify what they experienced there; why they fought, oppose the wars or commit suicide; and how they are judged, and broken. They give profoundly moving, powerful and compelling testimonies. Inhumane and illegal torture of innocent prisoners from Bagram, Abu Ghraib and Gitmo prisons to the massacre of innocent Muslims, are not isolated incidents perpetrated by bad seeds as the American governments claim, but evidence of an endemic problem. These video clips should be part of any army recruitment campaign as well as all educational establishments around the world. Pakistan floods - Angelina Jolie 2010 appeal - spsyed analysis
Pakistan floods - Angelina Jolie appeal. UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie has pledged her support to help victims of Pakistan's super floods of the century. It is worse than the entire population hit by the Indian Ocean tsunami, the Kashmir earthquake, Cyclone Nargis and the earthquake in Haiti, combined. The massive challenge was too huge for any government or party to undertake on its own. Some 12 per cent of the population, over 20 million people, have been affected by one of the worst catastrophes in Pakistan's history. More than eight million need food, shelter and water. The distribution of aid cannot keep pace with the sheer scale of the massive disaster. The super floods, triggered by torrential monsoon rains in July-August 2010, engulfed Pakistan's Indus river basin, killing over 3000 people. The floods of the century have ravaged Pakistan. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon visited Pakistan to assess the clossal damage caused by the devastating super floods. He met the country's politicians to discuss the country's worst floods in decades as popular anger mounts over the government's failure to tackle the crisis. Ban urged the international community to speed up its assistance to Pakistan. He spoke on the urgent need of over 20 million people affected by the super floods. While the severity of the needs of the Pakistan floods victims has not yet been fully assessed, the number is greater than those who were affected by the 2005 South Asia tsunami (5 ...

Sylvia's Mother Says - Dr Hook, and the Medicine Show was a soft rock band formed in 1969 New Jersey. The band mainly consisted Dennis Locorriere (main singer), Ray Sawyer (the one with an eye patch), George Cummings (guitar), Billy Francis. The eyepatch Sawyer wears is the result of a near-fatal 1967 car accident in Oregon. The band's lineup changed a few times over the years. The band released 18 albums, and 21 singles. Almost all their singles were certified million-sellers. Ray Sawyer turned solo in 1983, and the band's last known farewell tour was in 1985. Their super hits include: "Sexy Eyes," linked here www.youtube.com "When You're In Love With A Beautiful Woman," and "Sylvia's Mother Said". Lyrics, Sylvia's Mother Says... Crackin' Rosie 1970 Neil Diamond - spsyed
Crackin Rosie 1970 by Neil Diamond, born 24 January 1941 Neil Leslie Diamond Brooklyn, New York, to a Jewish family descended from Russian and Polish immigrants, is an American singer-songwriter with a career spanning over five decades from the 1960s until the present. In this video clip Diamond is seen performing the song as he ages over the years. "Cracklin' Rosie" is a type of wine drunk by a native Canadian tribe that Diamond visited. The tribe had more men than women. "Cracklin' Rosie" was the nickname the tribe used for their homemade alcoholic brew, which the single men, who did not have dates, would sit around the fire and drink together. In terms of wine itself, the title is seen to refer to (misspelled) rosé wine which is "crackling" - a US term equivalent to pétillant or lightly sparkling. A Crackling Rosé is produced by, for example, Paul Masson Vineyards and Beckett's Flat. "Cracklin' Rosie" is a bottle of wine. This was Neil Diamond's first American #1 hit, although he had previously written a number of hits for other artists including "I'm A Believer," which was a 1966 #1 for The Monkees. Two years after "Cracklin' Rosie," he topped the American charts again with "Song Song Blue" and in 1978 his duet with Barbara Streisand, "You Don't Bring Me Flowers" became his third and last US #1. As of 2001, Diamond sold over 115 million records, and 75m albums worldwide including 48 million in the USA alone. Diamond is considered to be the third most successful adult ...

Americans killed OBL again, or Akbar Khan? spsyed investigates
American killed Osama Bin Laden again, or Akbar Khan? spsyed investigates. Pentagon has doctored and released a short video clip, after it removed the audio track, claiming to show OBL. People who thinks this Pentagon video clip is genuine needs to have their head examined. The biggest casualty of war on terrorism is the truth. The fake video clips prove nothing. Laden has died many times since December 2001. Analyse the guy (Akbar Khan) holding the remote control in his right hand (Laden was left-handed!) and flips between channels. His eyebrows are different as is the shape of the nose and the width of the face. His Beard and mouth look different. This man in the video does not even look like Laden. The length from his thumb knuckle to the tip of his thumb is much longer than the one you'll see of Bin Laden's actual photo with his right hand raised. 9/11 has become the excuse, for everything from curtailing human rights, imperial interventions for greed, through to torture and suffering. It means another 9/11 style attack is almost ready to roll out. Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari has denied that his country knew about Osama Bin Laden's presence in Pakistan. Those who live close to the AbbottAbad house say that Bin Laden was never in that house. 'I have lived here all my life. I have never seen Laden come or go from here. We are a close-knit community. At least we would have seen him once, but we did not. And even if he was killed, the Pakistani Army should have ...

Argentina (Part 7) Argentinian Culture, People & Places Slideshow Series
http://nomadicsamuel.com : Argentina Explorer (Argentine culture, people, places) slideshow series showcases Argentinian people, places, culture & religion. Each slideshow video consists of 20 photos from various places in Argentina, including Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, Iruya, Tilcara, Huacachina, Norte Argentino & other spots. Some of the highlights of this series includes shots of Buenos Aires, Steak, Tango, Dancing, Rugged Scenery and Argentine culture. Start free associating on the word 'Argentina,' and it's quickly apparent why the country has long held travellers in awe: tango, beef, gauchos, fútbol, Patagonia, the Andes. The classics alone make a formidable wanderlust cocktail.
Just wait till you get here. Arriving in Buenos Aires is like jumping aboard a moving train. Outside the taxi window, a blurred mosaic of drab apartment blocks and haphazard architecture whizzes by as you shoot along the freeway toward the centre of the city. The driver -- probably driving way too fast while chain-smoking and talking incessantly about government corruption -- finally merges off the freeway. Then the street life appears -- the cafes, the purple jacaranda flowers draped over the sidewalks and porteños (residents of Buenos Aires) in stylish clothing walking purposefully past the newspaper stands, candy kiosks and handsome early-20th-century stone facades. And it's not just BA that's a stunner -- Córdoba, Mendoza and Bariloche each have their unique personalities and attractions, and are all worthy of your visit.
Natural Wonders
While Argentina's big cities have a lot of urban pleasures to offer, their real purpose is to springboard travellers into the country's greatest attraction: the natural world. From mighty Iguazú Falls in the subtropical north to the thunderous, crackling advance of the Perito Moreno Glacier in the south, Argentina is a vast natural wonderland. The country boasts some of the Andes' highest peaks, several of which top 6000m near Mendoza and San Juan. It's home to rich wetlands that rival Brazil's famous Pantanal, mountains painted in rustic colours, deserts dotted with cacti, massive ice fields and arid steppes in Patagonia, cool lichen-clad Valdivian forests, glacial lakes, Andean salt flats, a spectacular Lake District, penguins, flamingos, caimans, capybaras and more. All unforgettable sights and adventures waiting for you to experience and be amazed by -- and you will be, bet on that!
Argentine Culture
Tango is possibly Argentina's greatest contribution to the outside world, a steamy dance that's been described as 'making love in the vertical position.' In Buenos Aires especially, you'll find endless venues for perfecting your tango moves, from dance salons to milongas (dance events) to atmospheric cafes. Satisfying that carnal craving for juicy steaks isn't hard to do in the land that has perfected grilling those wonderfully flavourful sides of beef. Parrillas (steak houses) are on practically every corner and will offer up any cut you can imagine. Add an exhilarating passion for fútbol -- Argentines are truly devoted to this sport and experiencing a live match should be on your itinerary -- and you have a rich edgy culture, part Latin American and part European, that you can't help but fall in love with: lonelyplanet.com/argentina#ixzz29SPSyMGw

Argentina (Part 53) Argentinian Culture, People & Places Slideshow Series
http://nomadicsamuel.com : Argentina Explorer (Argentine culture, people, places) slideshow series showcases Argentinian people, places, culture & religion.
Reel Bad Arabs - exposing racist hate - spsyed review
"Reel Bad Arabs" (52mins) with Jack Shaheen, exposing racist hate. Hollywood, and even the Indian Bollywood, film and media industry is obsessed with "the three Bs" belly dancers, billionaire sheiks and bombers. In every movie they make, every time an Arab utters the word Allah, and something blows up. This groundbreaking documentary dissects a slanderous aspect of cinematic history that has run virtually unchallenged from the earliest days of silent film to today's biggest Hollywood blockbusters. Reel Bad Arabs exposes a long line of degrading images of Arabs from Bedouin bandits and submissive maidens to sinister sheikhs and gun-wielding "terrorists" along the way offering devastating insights into the origin of these stereotypic images, their development at key points in European and American history, and why they matter so much today as they continue to indoctrinate hate, racism and discrimination against Muslims and Arabs. The images serve to naturalize prejudicial attitudes toward Arabs and Arab culture, in the process reinforcing a narrow view of individual Arabs and the effects of specific US domestic and international policies on their lives. By inspiring critical thinking about the social, political, and basic human consequences of leaving these Hollywood/Bollywood media caricatures unexamined, this informational and educational documentary challenges reasonable viewers to recognise the urgent need for counter-narratives that do justice to the diversity and ...

CIA mind control poison French food, air - spsyed probe (info)
CIA mind control poison French food and air. A 50-year mystery over the 'cursed bread' of Pont-Saint-Esprit (southern French village), which left hundreds of residents suffering mass insanity and hallucinations, has been solved after a writer discovered the US had spiked the bread with LSD as part of CIA mind control experiments back in 1951. At least five people died, dozens were locked up in asylums after witnessing terrifying hallucinations of dragons and fire. In the horror scenes an 11-year-old tried to strangle his grandmother. Another man shouted: "I am a plane", before jumping out of a second-floor window, breaking his legs. An American investigative journalist, Mr Hank P Albarelli junior, has uncovered evidence suggesting the CIA peppered French food with the hallucinogenic drug diethylamide (the D in LSD). The outbreak resulted from a covert experiment directed by the CIA and the US Army's top-secret Special Operations Division (SOD) at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The scientists who produced both alternative explanations worked for the Swiss-based Sandoz pharmaceutical company that secretly supplied LSD to the Army and CIA. Albarelli came across CIA documents while probing the suspicious suicide of a biochemist who fell from a 13th floor window two years after a mystery illness. The French Government has officially denied any involvement in the case, and French intelligence chief have demanded the CIA explain itself. The CIA is yet to come forward. Such criminal CIA ...
