In subsequent years, Dean has acted in over a dozen plays; some of the roles include Rudy in the war drama Loyalties, Polo in A Hat Full of Rain along with the theater production Eight Story Hotel which he co-wrote with an ensemble of actors produced by Studio C Artists. He also played the lead role in the horror short, The Devil's Grave. As Martha Keller said of Al Pacino, "He's always working even when he's not working, and he doesn't always know it. He constantly talks about characters. He plays many parts every day." That's how Dean feels about the work. As a means to improve his acting abilities, Dean Ghaffari is always trying to learn something new every day on his craft.- published: 14 Oct 2013
