The Battle is a 1911 American war film directed by D. W. Griffith. The film was set during the American Civil War. It was shot in Fort Lee, New Jersey, where many early film studios in America's first motion picture industry were based at the beginning of the 20th century. Prints of the film survive in several film archives around the world including the Museum of Modern Art, UCLA Film and Television Archive, George Eastman House and the Filmoteca Española. It was Lionel Barrymore's motion picture debut.
Schlachtbeschreibung (English edition: The Battle) is a 1964 German novel by Alexander Kluge. The novel is a historical account of the battle of Stalingrad in the form of an experimental montage of materials, including diary entries, government reports, and interviews.
A battle or battaile was a medieval military formation, analogous and ancestral to the modern term battalion. In late medieval warfare, field armies were often drawn up into three main battles, also called guards: the vanguard, the middle guard, and the rearguard, often abbreviated to simply the van, middle, and rear. These terms imply, correctly, that the van preceded the middle, which in turn preceded the rear, into battle if the battles were arranged sequentially as a column. If arranged abreast, the van was on the right and the rear the left.
Song, LLC was a low-cost air service within an airline brand owned and operated by Delta Air Lines from 2003 to 2006.
Song's main focus was on leisure traffic between the northeastern United States and Florida, a market where it competed with JetBlue Airways. It also operated flights between Florida and the West Coast, and from the Northeast to the west coast.
Song's aircraft were fitted with leather seats and free personal entertainment systems at every seat, with audio MP3 programmable selections, trivia games that could be played against other passengers, a flight tracker, and satellite television (provided by the DISH Network). Song offered free beverages, but charged for meals and liquor. Both brand-name snack boxes and healthy organic meals were offered. The flight safety instructions were sung or otherwise artistically interpreted, depending on the cabin crew. In addition to crew uniforms designed by Kate Spade, customized cocktails created by nightlife impresario Rande Gerber and an in-flight exercise program designed by New York City fitness guru David Barton, the airline created its own distinct mark in the industry. The Song brand was placed on more than 200 flights a day which carried over ten million passengers.
Song is the third and final album of Lullaby for the Working Class. It was released October 19, 1999 on Bar/None Records.

Don’t need to believe
You know how it’s supposed to be
I know that it’s never easy
So wave your white flag at me
Yeah
You’re waiting for a lifetime
And when you feel the time’s right, choose
You wasted all your lifelines
Form it out and speak the truth
So we sing:
We’re the ones that will march like the thunder
We’re waiting for you
We’re the few that the world will remember
And we’ll get through so let the thunder roar
Yeah let the thunder roar
We don’t understand
The frailty in what we have
So no one said that it was easy
Why would there be a bigger plan (Plan)
Yeah
You’re standing at the start line
And when you see that green light, move
You wasted all your lifelines
Form it out and speak the truth
So we sing:
We’re the ones that will march like the thunder
We’re waiting for you
We’re the few that the world will remember
And we’ll get through so let the thunder roar
Yeah let the thunder roar
So let the thunder roar (Roar, roar, roar, roar)
If we were to do it again
Would we be exactly the same
Would we hear the call
If we were to do it again (If we were to do it again)
Would they be exactly the same
Would they hear this call
March like thunder, the treaty is over
We’re the ones that will march like the thunder
We’re waiting
We’re the few that the world will remember
And we’ll get through so let the thunder roar
Yeah let the thunder roar
Yeah let the thunder roar
