Sacred Spain: Art & Belief in the Spanish World - Trailer imamuseum.org October 11, 2009-January 3, 2010 Allen Whitehill Clowes Gallery in Wood Pavilion The first exhibition to examine the religious visual culture of 17th-century Spain and Latin America will open at the IMA on October 11, 2009. Sacred Spain: Art and Belief in the Spanish World brings to life the challenges faced by visual artists such as El Greco, Francisco Zurbarán, Alonso Cano, Franciso Ribalta, Bartolomé Esteban Murillo, Juan de Valdes Leal, Juan Correa, Cristobal Villalpando and others, who were charged with the creative task of making religious imagery that was useful, truthful and moving. The exhibition will feature 70 works—including paintings, polychrome sculpture, metalwork and books, many of which have never before been seen in the United States—that not only illustrate religious iconography and allegory, but also bring to light the significant role of the artist in 17th-century Spain.

Luis Royo Fantasy Art
Luis Royo Fantasy Art
Beautiful Sexy Fantasy Art by Luis Royo and Other works.Luis Royo (born 1954 in Olalla, Spain[1]) is a Spanish artist, known for his sensual and dark paintings, its apocalyptic imagery, his fantasy worlds and mechanical life forms. He has also recently moved into sculpture. Royo has produced paintings for both his own books and exhibitions and other media; such as video games, music CD and novels covers, tarot cards. He is famous for his work collected in books published worldwide. [edit] Education and early years Shortly after his birth, Royo's family moved to Zaragoza, where he first started school, his first memories are accompanied with drawing which plays an important role in his life. His practical standpoint, acquired from his economically humble family, led him to study Technical Drawing for construction. He soon discovered that geometric forms did not satisfy him fully. Later, he began to study painting, decoration and interior design at the Industrial School and the School of Applied Arts, and combined with different jobs in interior design and decoration studios in 1970 and 1971. During this time he also combined his work with paint. Influenced by the student revolts of May 1968, he painted large format tiles with social issues and made exhibitions from 1972 to 1977. The discovery of adult comics with the work of artists such as Enki Bilal and Moebius captive him in 1978 and started drawing comics for different fanzines and comics exhibiting at the Angoulême ...

Que Nadie Sepa Mi Sufrir...my violin, flute and art.
Here is a classic Peruvian waltz by Ángel Cabral and Enrique Diezo. I'm improvising the violin and flute parts, and my talented friend, Guadalajara Keith, is playing guitar and singing. My paintings and drawings are all freehand (no French curves, no straight edges) and employ water color, pastel, acrylic, ink, and pencil.

www.facebook.com Peligro!!! Love this song. What I said at the end is, please subscribe, & like my video :) Haha. Love you guys. Less than three. Wasn't able...to take critic distance Mistaken again...typical story and in an irrational... electric pulse my heart runs in your direction... You erratic humor causes... damage to me I follow you without thinking.... automatically If i take one more step, I would not be able to go back I don't know how to return over and over again I have to fight myself........ [Chorus] I live in danger and again I walk in a line of fire you kiss me and i fall in your game afraid to fall in your voice im lost I dont hear my sixth sense ohhhh................. You use against me, your hipnotizing voice Again I go towards you, there is no logic I dont know how to cross.... a maze that I built I wanna get out of here Over and over again, I run into you [Chorus] x3 I live in danger and again I walk in a line of fire you kiss me and I fall in your game afraid to fall in your voice im lost I dont hear my sixth sense *2nd time* ohhhh.......... *3rd time *ohhhh.......... Thanks Andres for the English lyrics!!!

Flamenco Spanish Guitar.Excellent !!! Enjoy This Acoustic Amazing Gypsy rumba
Flamenco is a style of music and dance which is native to several regions of southern Spain. Along with its Romani origins, Spanish, Byzantine, Sephardic and Moorish elements have often been cited as influences in the development of flamenco. It has frequently been asserted that these influences coalesced near the end of the reconquista, in the 15th century. The origins of the word flamenco are unclear. It was not recorded until the late 18th century. Flamenco is popularly depicted as being the music of Andalusian gitanos (gypsies) but historically its roots are in mainstream Andalusian society, in the latter half of the 18th century.[note 1] Other regions, notably Extremadura and Murcia, have also contributed to the development of flamenco, and many flamenco artists have been born outside the gitano community. Latin American and especially Cuban influences have also contributed, as evidenced in the dances of "Ida y Vuelta". On November 16, 2010, UNESCO declared Flamenco one of the Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. The Golden Age During the Golden Age of Flamenco, between 1869--1910, flamenco developed rapidly in cafés cantantes, a new type of venue offering ticketed public performances. Dancers became a public attraction. Guitar players supporting the dancers increasingly gained a reputation, and so flamenco guitar as an art form was born. Silverio Franconetti, a sailor of Italian descent is said to have been the first "encyclopedic" singer ...

Band: Dir En Grey Song: Kasumi (Vulgar) Subs: Spanish English Lyrics: I was crying, a candied apple in one hand... into the darkness of dead time. "Mama, where are you Mama?" imprint your details in my eyes, and hold you. Gion Hill in August when the bugs chirp noisilly and the store that sells folding paper fans. The smiling Month of May this child wished for never comes.* I let the paper balloon fly high into the sky, At that point the tears well up, the red candy melts away with my memories until there's nothing. I awake around 4 in the morning, to her tiny cries echoing, I put her to bed with a reading of her favorite picture book. in the darkness... goodbye. I let the paper balloon fly high into the sky, At that point the tears well up, the red candy melts away with my memories until there's nothing. how many more years will it be before these tears end? the sun sank to the dead bottom and there lies the truth and... At one o'clock in the afternoon on a windless day, there now she lies silently, still underneath the tatami enjoy!
