KBIQ, known as "Q102.7", is a Christian Adult Contemporary radio station broadcasting at 102.7 FM. The station serves the Colorado Springs, Colorado, area of the United States. The station is owned by the Salem Media Group.
The radio station, 102.7 was built by Bud Edmonds and was the first stereo FM radio station west of the Mississippi River. It was operated as KCMS (Colorado's Classical Music Station). Edmonds operated it out of a studio he built in his garage at 66 Minnehaha Avenue. At times, Edmonds and his wife would take turns operating the Seeburg record changer, announcing the music that was being played and changing the albums. The station simul-cast with its AM counterpart at 1530 after the FM tower was moved to the top of Cheyenne Mountain.
In early 1970, Edmonds sold the station to a group of retired Air Force officers who intended to take the AM station into an "information and education" format, taking the call letters KEDI. The FM became a music station, playing classical during the day, and free form album rock at night.
Me dices que
a llegado el momento
de terminar lo nuestro
y te vas a marchar
Y aclaras que
como pasa en un cuento
siempre existe un principio
luego llega el final
Me dices que
es mejor que sigamos
cada quien por su lado
que me busque otro amor
Que asi es mejor
que para ti es perfecto
que se acabo aquel cuento
que digamos adios
Que poca, marcharte
sin sentir remordimiento
causarme un gran dolor
y un cruel tormento
al dar punto final
a nuestra historia
Que poca, me pides
que nomas seamos amigos
se me hace que te fallan
los sentidos, que poca
pena tienes al pedirlo
Me dices que
es mejor que sigamos
cada quien por su lado
que me busque otro amor
Que asi es mejor
que para ti es perfecto
que se acabo aquel cuento
que digamos adios
Que poca, marcharte
sin sentir remordimiento
causarme un gran dolor
y un cruel tormento
al dar punto final
a nuestra historia
Que poca, me pides
que nomas seamos amigos
se me hace que te fallan
los sentidos, que poca
madre tienes al pedirlo
