The Tactics of Fake Faith Healers Exposed(Must see )
Believe it or not the primary purpose of a faith healing crusade is to obtain new names for the fake healer's mailing list. A major source of income for a faith healing ministry is derived from their mail order business such as books, tapes, and love gifts. The big fish are "love partners" that can be deceived into sending in monthly donations, revenue from tax returns, estate sales, and even Living Trusts. The Anointing, Selling The Act - Watch a Benny Hinn faith healing service and you will hear over and over again, "God told me." Fake healers sell their act by giving the impression that they are speaking to God and hearing from Him personally. After all if God talks to them they must be legitimate. Kenneth Copeland goes so far as to stop right in the middle of his speech saying, "Yes, yes, okay, thank you Sir," to give the impression that God just told Kenny something. Kenny quickly follows this up by interjecting some revelation on planting "financial seeds," with his ministry of course. Tongues - Faith healers want people to believe they can perform miracles. To build this false impression they imitate as often as possible the gifts of the Spirit given to the early church. Have you ever heard someone speak in tongues during a service? This is done to show that they are legitimate because they have the "anointing." I have listened to many people babbling like a one-year-old but I have never heard someone actually speak with the gift of tongues. Am I saying these ...

Why would a Surgeon Lie about Faith Healing? (Raising the Dead)
Dear YouTube. A privacy complaint has been issued against this video. I would like to explain whey this video does not violate the privacy of Chauncey Crandall. First Dr Crandell objects to the the intro which contains his image. The Image used is a headshot Dr Crandall uses for publicity and is available on several different websites which can be found here. www.google.com (Shorten version of above link): bit.ly The same publicity headshot is used at the 2:54 mark. Again this is publically available on several websites. The next complaint comes at the 3:03 mark which Dr. Chauncey claims is copyrighted material. First I would like to remind Dr Chauncey and YouTube that he does not own the copyright to that material as it belongs to the 700 club which he was being interviewed on. The use of the 700 Club's video is protected under the fair use clause of the copyright act which allows for limited use of copyrighted content for the purpose of criticism and commentary. The next privacy complaint is the 4:22 mark. Dr Chauncey objects to the photo of his son. I would like to remind Dr Chauncey and YouTube that the 4:22 mark is a screen shot of one of Dr Chauncey's websites chaunceycrandall.com and the photo of his son was put there by Dr Chauncey not by me. Therefore this video does not invade Dr Chauncey's privacy because I am simply showing content that he made publically available himself via his own websites and television interviews. The privacy complaint is just his ...

Sean Faircloth Discusses Children Harmed by "Faith-healing" with Liz Heywood
This video contains graphic descriptions of physical harm. Over 35 states have laws giving some greater leeway to "faith-healing" parents to engage in medical neglect of children. For every child that dies in a so-called "faith-healing" home, many children suffer horrible pain but survive. Liz Heywood describes the agonizing pain she suffered as well as psychic trauma resulting from so-called "faith-healing" to author Sean Faircloth, author of Attack of the Theocrats and Dir. of Strategy and Policy for the Richard Dawkins Foundation US. There are numerous "faith-healing" congregations. Christian Scientists are the most well known.

Secret Footage of "Faith Healer" Peter Popoff in Toronto May 2011
Join or Make a Charitable Donation to Support the Centre for Inquiry's efforts! www.cficanada.ca/support. More secret footage and explosive documentation to be released soon. Members of Think Again! TV and the Centre for Inquiry, via a secret source, obtained invitation-only tickets to a live faith healing/supernatural debt relief event featuring Peter Popoff at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on May 26, 2011. Footage shows Popoff engaging in "healings", hosting testimonials and requesting large sums of money from the audience. Also features a sick man being turned away, and the description of an altercation in which - rather ironically - the organist for this "faith healer" wished upon us death by cancer. Background: Peter Popoff was a famous 1980s faith healer proven a fraud by skeptic James Randi on the tonight show with Johnny Carson. Randi and his assistants used a radio scanner to intercept transmissions from Popoff's wife Elizabeth giving the prophet information about members of the audience, including their address and ailments. After being exposed, his popularity declined sharply, and Popoff declared bankruptcy in 1987. 20 years later, Popoff returned, ironically now combining supernatural debt relief, of all things, with his old faith healing tricks. He has become a profitable prophet once again.

Sacred Marriage 2: The Refining Fire (How to Make a Great Rub)
We are all in the gutter, but some of us look at the stars-Oscar Wilde
They dream in courtship, but in wedlock wake…Alexander Pope
Because marriage, more than any other relationship, reflects God’s involvement with us and bears more potential to draw our hearts to heaven, it can more readily give us a taste of hell (Dan Allender & Tremper Longman III)
We all associate the image of fire with hell. And many marriages in American have gone through this fire of Hell. Whether the marriage ends or the couple stays together, marriage is seen by some as hell on earth.
The Apostle Peter was well acquainted with fire.
He denied Jesus while warming his hands over fire. Jesus questioned his love while fish were roasting over fire. In both cases he associated fire with a test. One he failed another he passed. I think that is why he wrote these verses in 1 Peter 4:12-13 (NLT):
1 Peter 4:12-13 (NLT) Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you. Instead, be very glad—for these trials make you partners with Christ in his suffering, so that you will have the wonderful joy of seeing his glory when it is revealed to all the world.
1 Peter 1:6-7 (NLT) So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you have to endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.
Fire is certainly viewed as destructive and dangerous. Fires destroy forests, but fires also lead to renewal. Fire burns away the dross surrounding certain metals and reveals the pure gold or silver. The fires of life can destroy our marriage, or, if survived, purify our marriage. The fires of our marriage can draw our hearts to heaven or leave us with the taste of hell.
In the movie Fireproof
Captain Caleb Holt (Kirk Cameron) is a firefighter in Albany, Georgia. His seven-year marriage to Catherine is falling apart. Neither one understands the pressures the other faces, and after a heated argument in which Caleb screams in Catherine's face, she declares she wants out of the marriage, and takes off her wedding ring.
While Caleb claims to his friends and co-workers that Catherine is over-sensitive and disrespectful, Catherine simultaneously claims to her peers that Caleb is insensitive to her needs and doesn't listen to her. Further catalyzing Catherine's motivation for divorce is Caleb's addiction to Internet pornography and a large sum of money ($24,000, to be exact) he has saved up for a fishing boat he intends to buy, ignoring the fact that Catherine's disabled mother is in need of hospital equipment that she cannot afford, and which insurance refuses to cover. Caleb tells his father John about the impending divorce, and John challenges Caleb to commit to a 40-day test called, "The Love Dare." Caleb reluctantly agrees to do the test, but more for the sake of his father than his marriage. Catherine initially sees through Caleb's half-hearted attempts to win back her heart, which deepens Caleb's frustration. But with his father's encouragement, Caleb continues with The Love Dare, and eventually makes a life-changing commitment to God, unbeknownst to Catherine.
The movie has some various twists but the end result is Caleb and Catherine realize they need each other, and at the end they renew their vows in an outdoor ceremony, this time as a covenant with God. Their marriage is FIREPROOF.
Marriage is a Covenant
Did you see your marriage vows as a marriage Covenant? Did both you and your spouse get married knowing you were making a covenant before God! You did, whether you realized it or not.
Definition: a binding and solemn agreement to do or keep from doing a specified thing; compact
We know of Covenants from the Bible. God put a rainbow in the sky as a covenant that He would never destroy the world by rain. He made a Covenant with Abraham, He made a Covenant with David, He made a Covenant with all who by faith believe in Jesus Christ. That Covenant was sealed by the blood and body of Jesus.
When we get married, we enter into a covenant before God. In a Covenant, you make a binding agreement to stay with this woman or man until they die. In that Covenant we also promise to do so and so.
Most people believe “Well, my husband broke his promise to love me, or take care of me or so and so, so it’s OK for me to break my promise to him.” Or, well my wife is no longer the person I married, so my vow does not apply.
WE draw a line in our marriage
“I’ll keep my end of the covenant as long as you don’t cross over this line.” I’ll keep my word as long as you don’t … … … But as soon as you do, that’s it, I’m out of here!
That would be OK if marriage

Glyncora + Mark (Wedding Video in Maui, Hawaii) NDE by Marrone
UPDATE:
This video received the 2011 SILVER Award in the "Wedding Highlights" category at WEVA.
Maui is one of the most romantic and peaceful places in the world. With the sound of the ocean surrounding you, breathtaking sunrises and spectacular scenery, It's no wonder Glyncora (Cory) and Mark chose Maui for their destination wedding.
The bride and groom welcomed 60 of their very close family and friends at the Four Seasons Maui, a five star luxurious resort, situated near Wailea Beach. It was the site for their intimate ceremony and elegant reception overlooking the ocean under the hawaiian moon.
For the wedding film, we spent 2 days with the bride and groom. Upon our arrival, we scouted out some areas where we could film their casual session, and we found some great spots along Makena Road. We loved the combination of lava rock, sand and gushing waves. What was best was that Cory and Mark had total faith in us and allowed us to be as creative as possible. They were so natural and so in love, they made it easy for us to capture such stunning moments.
We travelled for 2 hours in the middle of the night up narrow winding roads to HaleakalÄ, Mauiâs highest peak of 10, 023 ft to film an unbelievable time lapse of the sunrise. We used 4 cameras (including an iPhone) to make sure we caught it!
We also had the pleasure of attending a full-out Luau complete with Hula Dancers, fire-breathers and great food. Hawaii is truly a healing place.
The film we put together combined footage from the wedding day, the luau and the casual shoot we did before the wedding. By using time shifting we were able to weave these events together and create this touching film. Every wedding brings new inspiration and depth to our films, capturing such precious moments, and shaping them into our memories is our passion.

The Power of A Mother's Love
Mother’s come in all sizes and ages. Some of us had young mothers, some had older mothers. Some of us had petite mom’s some had larger moms. Regardless of the age or size of our Mom’s, I know something all Mom’s have in common. When push comes to shove, when the gates of hell open up, when the world falls apart, there is nothing stronger than a mother’s love for her children. Sorry Dad’s. You don’t come close.
A mother’s love for her children is one of the strongest forces in this world. I believe it is so strong because it is chiseled directly from the heart of God!
What makes God’s Love so powerful, and what makes a mother’s love so powerful, is a special bond!
A Mother bonds with her child through countless hours, countless feedings. This is her baby, her child. God’s love is so powerful because of His relationship to those He loves. God had a special relationship with His people, the Jews. It was a covenant relationship. It made the Jews special, beloved to Him. His love for them was different than His love for the gentiles because of that Covenant Relationship. Through Jesus Christ, we have a New Covenant Relationship with God. We are born again and become children of God. We enter into a new and special relationship with God. He has a special Love for His children. Just as a Mother has a special love for her own children, so does God have a special love with His children.
THE POWER OF LOVE IS BECAUSE OF THE RELATIONSHIP!
Just like you don’t pull on superman’s cape, your don’t spit into the wind, you don’t pull the mask off the old lone ranger and you don’t mess around with a Mom and her children.
Fremont, CA (KPIX) - A Fremont, California woman is recovering from severe injuries to her arms after a pit bull terrier attacked her in her own garage, forcing her to stash her baby in a garbage can for protection.
Thirty-two-year-old Angela Silva received 50 staples and countless stitches as a result of Tuesday's attack.
Silva says her neighbor's dog wandered into her open garage and lunged at her and her four-month-old son.
After she put the child in a plastic garbage bin, the 80-pound pit bull terrier, "Swisher", continued pursuing the baby and knocked over the bin as Silva fought the animal off with her arms. Two men across the street eventually came to her aid and chased away the dog.
"My flesh was flying off of my arms," she says. "I just don't think that I would have been able to stand up any longer."
Mighty Pharaoh tried to kill the Jewish babies.
The Jewish Mom’s were so tough they were having the babies one day and out working in the field the next, their babies hidden away. One Mom was bold enough to make a basket of reeds and then waterproof it, and then put her baby Moses in it to float downstream. Mom’s do amazing things because of their love for their children.
Jeremiah 9:23-24 (NASB) Thus says the Lord, "Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord who exercises lovingkindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things," declares the Lord.
This morning we need to understand Three things that God Delights in, and once we understand these, we can better understand the power of a Mother’s Love. But first, let me ask you a couple of questions that this verse brings up…
1. What Do You Boast About?
let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me
You may be smart, you may have wealth, but God says that doesn’t matter. If you are going to boast in anything, boast in knowing and understanding God. That requires growing relationship with Him. That requires an intimacy with God such that any time you pick up His Word you are immediately overwhelmed with a flash from God!
Like the TV series Chuck, who has the Intersect in his brain. Whenever he sees someone or something that is in the Super Spy data base, he flashes on it and all this information comes to his mind. He always gets overwhelmed for just a bit when he “flashes” on the information.
Do you have that kind of relationship with God? Do you boast to your friends that you have such a special relationship?
I know that our world has become so infected with sin that homes and families are fractured and tormented. Not everyone has a wonderful mom who loved them and nurtured them. Our Mom’s may be flawed in several ways, but there is always something you can boast in about your mom. It may be her cooking, her crafts, her drive, her protection, her prayers, her drive. Dig deep and find something to boast in about your Mom. Boast about her to your children, and even your grandchildren. Honor her. She gave you life.
We honor God because He gave us life. If we are to boast, boast in God, in that you know Him and understand Him.
2. What Are God

Faith Healing Death - Oregon City Followers of Christ Church
The death of a 16-year-old Oregon boy being treated by a faith healer could have easily been prevented according to a state medical examiner. The 16-year-old member of a faith healing church died of uremic heart failure caused by a stricture in his urinary tract, according to autopsy results. The condition could have been treated with a catheter in a routine outpatient procedure. Instead, 16-year-old Neal Beagley's urinary tract became inflamed and closed off. He was unable to urinate, which made his bladder and kidneys stop functioning, the autopsy showed. Toxins backed up into his blood stream. Beagley had started complaining about stomach aches and shortness of breath last week. The family told police he did not want medical attention. Gladstone police said relatives and church members told them the teenager refused treatment for the illness, as he was entitled to do under Oregon law. The family belongs to the Oregon City Followers of Christ Church. Like all members of the religious order, Beagley did not receive medical care. His condition worsened Sunday and members of the church gathered for prayer, Benton said. The church is a fundamentalist Christian denomination that recently made headlines after two members were arrested and accused of using prayer instead of medical care to try to cure their deathly ill daughter. In March, the boy's 15-month-old cousin, Ava Worthington, died at home from bronchial pneumonia and a blood infection. Her parents, Carl and Raylene ...
