WORLD WAR 2 - LOST EVIDENCE - SAIPAN - PART 1
Go to: www.worldwar2treasure.com if you are interested in high adventure and want to participate in recovering World War 2 treasure. Massive looting as an extension of war is nothing new. The Japanese were serious, sober, and deliberate when they methodically and systematically looted thirteen Asian Countries during World War 2. They took treasure including precious diamonds and other gems, gold bullion, and solid gold Buddha's out of every hiding place. Much of this treasure did not make it back to Japan due to a World War 2 naval blockade of the Philippine islands by the United States, and has been recovered recently in underground hiding places. Widespread and systematic looting took place during World War 2 throughout Europe and Asia. For details, go to: www.worldwar2treasure.com

WW II : RARE COLOR FILM : SAIPAN AND MARIANAS
protectacow.typepad.com 740524r2.rom Conversations Prabhupada: No, it is going on. In India I know. They are selling sugar at two annas, four annas a pound, or seer, outside, and India, it is four rupees. What is this nonsense? This is going on. They want to import some war materials or something else, therefore they want export exchange. So they are sacrificing the convenience of the local people for export exchange. These things are going on. These politicians, they create an atmo... Therefore I say the head of the state, they must be clean. But they are all motivated. Therefore the whole world is in chaotic condition. Generally politician has got a particular motive behind him. And when he cannot pull on they declare war. That Pakistan. Pakistan, since the beginning of Pakistan they could not make any economic condition very sound. But when the people are too much agitated, they declare war with India. The whole attention is... And they have been educated in such a way that India is their strongest enemy. Anything Indian, they dislike in Pakistan. So this is going on by the politicians. They are creating situation because they are not honest, they are not clean. And a clean man cannot become politician. Mr. Lloyd George said that "consistency by the politician is the qualification of an ass." There cannot be any consistency amongst the politicians. So that is the defect, that the politicians are the heads, the leaders of the society, and they are in disagreement ...

(3/5) Pacific The Lost Evidence Saipan Episode 5 World War II
World War II SUBSCRIBE TO EXCELLENT WORLD WAR II VIDEOS Seven American battleships and 11 destroyers shelled Saipan and Tinian for 2 days before the landings, firing 15000 16-inch and 5-inch shells at the islands along with 165000 other shells of other caliber. To even begin to comprehend the magnitude of this onslaught, one needs to realize that a single 16-inch round weighs slightly more than a Volkswagen Beetle, besides being packed with high explosives. On the second day of the bombardment, this force was joined by 8 more battleships, 6 heavy cruisers and 5 light cruisers. The islands were ringed by American warships with their guns blazing. Shells rained down on the island, its villages, inhabitants, and defenders, gouging huge craters in the sand and coral. The earth trembled under the tremendous explosions of naval bombardment and simultaneous air attacks. The main invasion force landed along 4 miles of beach at Chalan Kanoa. Twenty-eight US tanks were destroyed the first day alone. The Japanese positioned colored flags in the lagoon to mark the range of the landing force and to register their howitzers on the invaders from locations behind Mount Fina Susu, and their shell fire rained down on the advancing American force every 15 seconds in a deadly cauldron of exploding steel. By nightfall of the first day, the Second Marine Division had sustained 2000 casualties. The fighting continued until July 9th, when organized resistance on Saipan ceased. When the fighting ...

Saipan, Micronesia
Saipan is part of the Northern Mariana Islands in the Micronesia region of the Pacific Ocean. About 4 hours flying time east of Hong Kong. It is about 44 square miles and has a population of under 70000. At the American Memorial Park and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Museum of History and Culture in Garapan, an in-depth display explains the Imperial Japanese expansion into the Pacific that went unchecked until Pearl Harbor. On June 15 1944 the United States Marines landed on the beaches of the southwestern side of the island and fought the Battle of Saipan against the Japanese. A task force had destroyed between 150 and 215 Japanese planes. The Marines fought hard and nearly all of the 30000 Japanese defenders were killed; Thousands of Japanese civilians also died, many threw themselves off Suicide Cliff. Also many natives jumped or were pushed off the cliffs by the Japanese soldiers who had spread propaganda that the concurring Americans would torture and maim the civilians. Today at Suicide cliffs there are many monuments placed by both Americans and Japanese acknowledging the bravery of those who lost their lives and a prayer that peace prevails in the future. Nearby is Banzai cliff where additional monuments are placed although there is some debate as to the belief that people actually plunged to their deaths there. Across the island are remains from the war. Japanese pill boxes and bunkers are peppered along the beachfront and near the airport ...
