By request!! Here are our guinea pigs, their grooming and set-up. We don't keep them in a cage, I like my fur babies to have plenty of space to run and play, there seemed to be some confusion with the size of our pigs total cage and run space, it's 10' x 5'. This is an excellent size space for 2 pigs. Not to mention, as long as they're supervised our babies are free to come out and play in the living room as they please. Everyone has different ideas of how to care for their pigs, that's great, feel free to share how you like to care for your pigs in the comments. Please keep it nice, as it is unnecessary to fight with others or leave rude comments, those doing so will be blocked and comment removed. FAQs How often do you bath a Guinea Pig? Only when necessary, generally once every couple of months. We recommend using Gorgeous Guineas. gorgeousguineas.com What do they eat? Our pigs prefer Sunburst Guinea Pig pellets, Timothy hay, plenty of fresh veggies, leafy greens, grass, fruit, fresh clean water (we give ours spring water) they need all of this on a daily basis. Don't forget to supplement their diet with vitamin C drops or tablets for Guinea Pigs. What type of bedding should I use? We recommend a 50/50 blend of Aspen wood shavings and paper bedding, this is both safe and highly absorbent. DO NOT use pine, cedar, hay, straw or other aromatic types of wood shavings. Hey guys! It's GuineaPiggies4ever with today's video: How To Introduce Guinea Pigs This is one of my all-time requested videos, so here it is. In this video, I covered how to prepare for introducing guinea pigs, supplies needed, and signs to look out for. I hope you learned something new; lots of information in this video! Today's introduce went pretty good. No fights or anything harmful to the pigs. I will keep introducing them this week, and I'll update you guys on everything. Please watch the whole video if you really want to learn new things and see the pigs interact together! OVERALL: The bonding went great for today, day one. I kept them in the playpen for another hour after the video. The pigs seemed to calm down more and were just hanging around eating. No hair loss, no fights, etc. Mounting ended after the video basically. Then, I just cleaned all their cages and put them back in their original homes. :) Also, look out for my next video sometime this weekend. (: Comment, rate, and subscribe. Bye! As promised this is the first installment of my journey to the remote islands and villages of Papua New Guinea on the vessel the True North.
I was asked by owners Craig Howson and Mark Stothard to record the journey through the lens of my trusty 5D mk2 in a way that highlights the beauty of this spectacular country.
I was slightly nervous about PNG as you hear stories about it being an unsafe travel destination but this could not be further from the truth. It was so the opposite that I hope my short productions can dispel any doubts people have about this wonderful country.
Northstar Cruises have been building and fine tuning their Adventures in Paradise PNG tour for 5 years now and it's a credit to the crew of True North for it's well planned, interactive, and safe tour through one of the most remote places in the world.
Papua New Guinea is one of the most beautiful, clean and friendly places I have ever visited and am hoping to return one day to see more of this spectacular land.
It's a photographers paradise and as with the remote Kimberley of Western Australia one of the best travel experiences available.
For all of you who care this production was shot by me using the following equipment. Boy was I tired after I got back.
Two Canon 5D mk2's, Canon lenses 16/35mm, 24mm, 85mm, 18mm tiltshift, 400mm. Fostex FR2LE Field Recorder, Rode Mic's, Azden Wireless Mic's, Aqua Tech Water Housing, Various filters, Lee, Polarizers etc. Macbook Pro, MacPro, Final Cut Studio 7.

Dancing with the Huli Wigmen
This was a surprisingly not-so-difficult clip to get. I arrived in Tari, Papua New Guinea with no plans or arrangements and no idea what I was doing.
I met Patrick on the runway and told him I hoped to find the Huli Wigmen. He said "no problem" and we hopped in a truck.
I visited some Huli villages and wandered around the area all morning. Patrick took me to the Wigmen's village and introduced me. It took them an hour or so to get dressed up, and then we had to sit around waiting for the rain to stop.
It stopped, then this happened, then I paid them for their time, and that was that.

A human body is injected in a cistern. Over the course of 45 minutes, the pressure of the liquid exerts upon him multiple neurosensorial transformations. From his epidermal fiber to his nervous system, he reacts to influxes of viscosity in this liquid chamber. His cortex, lac king oxygen, gradually loses all notions of the real. Like a human guinea pig: a matter-body whose psychologica l states are the object of kinetik tableaux, of singular temporal spaces.
It was in 2008 that Herman Kolgen initiated the IN/JECT project . The genesis of the principal visual material for this project was a shoot, in an immense cistern filled with water, which lasted six consecutive days. Yso had to be immersed for over eight hours a day in the glass tank, oscillating between weightlessness and lack of oxygen. With the aid of various digital video recording and photographic systems Kolgen assembled many series of temporal sequences, images that he then assembled into a flexible and modular body. It’s a matter of a narrative progression, in perpetual circles of influence and movement, where the real is in dislocation. IN/JECT is a modular projection/performance in HD format and multichannel audio.

Children Of Papua New Guinea
I was fortunate enough to be invited back on True North to experience their "Adventures in Paradise" tour which started in Kavieng In Papua New Guinea and finished at Alatou.
It is an amazing journey which allowed us to interact with many villages that still had no resemblance of twenty first century life. It was like stepping back in time to another world. I was given the opportunity to film many of the children in these villages and I have put together a short collage of some of these.
It was an incredibly moving experience. The excitement on their faces at our arrival and the warmth shown to us was something I will remember for a long time.
The "True North" is the only adventure vessel which visits these areas and makes a logistical nightmare seem effortless. It was a trip of a lifetime and I hope to revisit this amazing country one day.
