Rajiv Kapoor (born 25 August 1962) is an Indian film actor, producer, director and a member of the famous Kapoor Family.

Early life[link]

He is the youngest son of famous actor/director Raj Kapoor.

Career[link]

He had a short stint in the Hindi film industry, acting in only 13 films. His first film was Ek jaan hain hum (1983), with Divya Rana, Shammi Kapoor, Pran, and Gulshan Grover. His next film was Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985), directed by his father Raj Kapoor. This was Raj Kapoor's last film. He was not as successful as his other brothers Randhir and Rishi, but he is noted for his role in Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985) starring opposite Mandakini which was one of the biggest hits of the year. He acted in a string of other unsuccessful films and made his last film appearance in Zimmedaar which released in 1990. He then turned to producing and directing. He produced Henna (1991) which was directed by his brother Randhir and then made his directorial debut with PremGranth (1996) which starred his brother Rishi and Madhuri Dixit. After that film became a "disaster" at the box office,^[1] he didn't direct again.

In 1999 he produced Aa Ab Laut Chalen which was directed by his brother Rishi. Since then he has not been active in film producing or directing. In 2001, he married an architect Aarti Sabharal, but the marriage ended in divorce two years later.

Hemant Birje (born 1965) is a Bollywood film actor. In 1985, he debuted as Tarzan in Babbar Subhash' s Adventures of Tarzan, also starring Kimi Katkar.^[1] He has had mixed success in later films. He was a regular actor in Mithun Chakraborty films. In 2005, Birje appeared in Garv: Pride and Honour, starring Salman Khan.^[1] He has also appeared in Malayalam and Telugu movies.

Mithun Chakraborty Miṭhun Chôkroborti, born as Gouranga Chakraborty on June 16, 1950) is an Indian film actor, social activist, and entrepreneur, who has won three National Film Awards. He made his acting debut with the arthouse drama Mrigayaa (1976), for which he won his first National Film Award for Best Actor.

He gained a fan following as a dancing star and went on to establish himself as one of the most popular actors of India, particularly recognized for his role as street dancer Jimmy in the 1982 Bollywood movie Disco Dancer. He also attracted worldwide audiences, particularly in the former Soviet Union^[2] where he became a household name for his role in Disco Dancer.^[3] He later won two more National Film Awards for his performances in Bengali film Tahader Katha (1992) and Hindi film Swami Vivekananda (1998).

Chakraborty has appeared in about 400 films^[4] including Bengali, Oriya and Bhojpuri pictures. He owns the Monarch Group, which has interests in the hospitality sector^[5] and educational sector.^[6]
