Animist Example
Okay, I was thinking badly of Animist since it was nothing but a rumor. I take everything negative I have ever thought. Animist is use-able via a new skill called "Shapeshifting Mastery." However, you cannot use said skill unless you possess a "Dream Catcher." Basically, it's a wand that you use to transform into the monsters you can choose from. You can't just transform into whatever the hell you want, you have to actually hunt it down and kill it. However, certain transformations require you have certain ranks. For example, Incubi/Succubi require rank 1. Anyway, as you saw later in the video, I searched through my Character window and went to the Collection Journals, you saw there were two different ones. One is tamed animals, the other is for shape-shifting. Tamed animals was the one with the rabbit and the "X" over it. That journal you saw me scroll through was the list of all the monsters you could transform into. I realize I kind of rushed through it, but I promise, there's a lot. Some of them are a Banshee, a Balrog, a Shadow Alchemist, Incubi and Succubi, I THINK Tabhartas was one of them. There's just a lot, and I know this is a short video, but I wanted to get you guys a decent amount of footage. Anyway, the way it works, depending on the monster you're using, those are the skills you can use. For example, I was playing as the Werewolf and the Ghoul, I could use only Smash, Defense and Windmill. Tethra, I could only use Smash and Defense, and so on. For more ...

Revive European Animism Paganism, Wyrd, Asatru, Wicca
www.support.thunderwizard.com For 50000 years, Europeans were animist polytheists who believed that all of the manifested Cosmos possessed a spirit with which humans could directly interact and communicate. It has only been in the last 500 or so years that peoples of European descent have lived outside their immediate resources. This change took place when our European ancestors abandoned their ancient animist traditions. The consequences were devastating. Today our modern world was shaped primarily by people of European descent and it is this modern Western culture that has been separated from it's traditional animist ways that has created plagues, racism, slavery, global warming, nuclear weapons, air pollution, economic disaster, etc... These are not divine punishments, but merely the natural consequences of the decisions made by a people who have forgotten their ancient animist traditions. Let's return to our animist roots. Let's return to the "Old Ways" that kept our people and our traditions alive for 50000 years.

Why Teutonic Animism? (Shamanism)
www.thunderwizard.com Why study or practice Modern Teutonic Shamanism? Western culture has been disconnected from its original animist practices for 1000 -2000 years. Many Westerners are unsatisfied with Western religion and so the only choice for them is to seek for Earth centered spiritual practices outside of their own language and cultural parameters. For those who have the tenacity and discipline to learn such practices in their original cultural context, this can be a very fulfilling endeavor. However, many people do not wish to learn new languages and culturally specific practices. The end result is that without a clear and deep understanding of the practices they adopt, Westerners end up watering them down in order to be able to translate their concepts into Western cultural terms that are easily digestible. Since most modern Westerners already speak and think in Teutonic parameters, Teutonic Shamanism is simply the most immediate and understandable pathway for Westerners to be able to personally identify and internalize animist and shamanic principles.

FFTA - Animist SSCC Part IV: Jagd Hunt
This video was ready a month ago but I had serious trouble rendering it after all the editing was done. Hopefully, I'll be able to upload all the Animist SSCC videos that are worth your attention in the next week or so (I have over 30 GB of FFTA recordings on my hard disk right now :o. Most aren't anything flashy though so I won't upload those). There seems to be a very similar "queue" in my other series as well so be patient, k? Jagd Hunt was an incredibly annoying mission. There are still no easily accessible options to heal (however, there ARE two ways to restore your HP in this battle), the enemies are numerous and there are no laws that you could manipulate in your favour to make the battle somewhat easier. Although the Item command is banned in this challenge (just like it is in any other SSCC), I had to make an exception and allow it BUT *only to revive Marche when one single enemy remains on the field*. It's a Jagd so if Marche dies it's game over. And there's no bloody way Marche can survive here, not even a 0,01% chance, I imagine. On this attempt (after more than half a hundred failures), Marche dies immediately. The Assassin has an instant death attack and is therefore an opponent we shouldn't allow to come too close to us. That is easier said than done, however, as she is fast and WILL take 2 turns per Monty's one from time to time (depending on what he does). Then there's the Ninja. Double Sword essentially ends the battle, but I haven't had such close ...

FFTA - Animist SSCC Finale: Li-Grim
Don't forget to watch in high quality: www.youtube.com I'm really fond of this video and I hated to see its quality ruined by YouTube's compression so after I found out how to upload videos for the best quality I decided I'd reupload this one in a format that's actually watchable. Thanks, Archael! Copy&paste; from the old video description follows. After Llednar, who can be taken down easily in just three hits, and Remedi's first form, which can kited along with its dumb Totema, Li-Grim is one hell of a challenge. Having tried every single tactic I could think of, I realised that cunning alone does not give me any chance to win. Negative status effects cannot do much in this battle and though technically I could cast Sheep Count to induce sleep I see absolutely no reason to do so. That made me go a save back and level until Montblanc was level 40. After that, his defences were good enough to handle the boss with a bit of luck. The only reliable tools we have are Attack (less damage than Chocobo Rush, used to conserve MP; also, unlike CR, can hit critical which we hope for), Combo (used once when facing the enemy and you'll see why I regret not leaving it until the final hit), Chocobo Rush (when the enemy is far away: hit from afar and choose 'Wait' to get another turn in quicker, better than rushing towards the enemy and using the regular attack; I also once killed a Mateus without even targeting them deliberately and those girls are better eliminated), 100% Wool (sets up ...

Support Paganism, Heathenism, Pre-Christian European Animism
www.support.thunderwizard.com If the free ThunderWizard videos and podcast have been helpful to you, I would like to ask you for your support by making use of all of the materials I have made available to the public which include my books and DVDs. The revenue from these products will help me to focus my time and energies on this work. I have a bunch of new and exciting information that I would like to share with you... I have just published a new book entitled "Shamanism for 'White' People - Reclaiming Our Animist Heritage" I am currently working on three new books Rune Shamanism - The Lost Method of Galdor Awakening Sleipnir - Reviving Pre-Christian Germanic Animist Polytheism Mounting Sleipnir - The Nine Worlds and Eleven Directions of the Indo European "Medicine Wheel" It was my plan to publish these books and then immediately begin production on instructional videos for each book. I was on schedule to begin rolling these out by January 2013. However, my current moving situation threatens to change that timeline. I have been forced to cancel all of my local classes here in Boise. In order to make ends meet, once I arrive in Washington state, I will very likely have to find a job, get situated in a new home and begin the long process of finding local students. BUT! you can help speed up this process. Purchase some DVDs and Books, if not for yourself then perhaps for friends and family. You will be helping to educate people on their ancestral spirituality and you will ...

Moon God in Indo-European Animism Monne, Mannuz
www.ThunderWizard.com http The indo-European word for Human, Moon and Mind are all derived from similar root words found in various Indo-European languages. Our ancestors believed that the moon was connected to the spiritual mind. It was this divine mind that separated humans from animals. Only Man (mind) has the ability to reflect upon the pure divine Soul (Sawul/Sun) The mind reflects the Soul as the moon reflects the Sun. To the animist Germanic tribes, these were inseparable.
