Peppino De Filippo (August 24, 1903 - January 27, 1980) was an Italian actor.
De Filippo was born in Naples, brother of actor and playwright Eduardo De Filippo and of Titina. He made his stage debut at the age of six. He played in several movies such as Rome-Paris-Rome, Variety Lights, A Day in Court, Ferdinand I, King of Naples and Boccaccio '70. He is however most remembered for his several artistic partnerships with Totò, on movies such as Totò, Peppino e la malafemmina and La banda degli onesti.
He died in Rome.
Son of playwright Eduardo Scarpetta and brother of Eduardo e Titina, he debuted still in his childhood.
After several attempts with different acting companies, as a utility player, in 1931 he and his siblings founded the Compagnia Teatro Umoristico: i De Filippo. It was a very successful experience, featuring tours all over Italy, new comedies, enthusiastics ratings by critics, and sold out in theaters.
However, in 1944, due to a controversy with his brother, Peppino abandoned the company. The separation would allow him to find his own stylistic footprint as an author, being easily distinguishable from Eduardo's: Peppino's comedies are usually easier and more brilliant.

Filippo Brunelleschi (Italian pronunciation: [fiˈlippo brunelˈleski]; 1377 – April 15, 1446) was one of the foremost architects and engineers of the Italian Renaissance. He is perhaps most famous for his studies of linear perspective and engineering the dome of the Florence Cathedral, but his accomplishments also include other architectural works, sculpture, mathematics, engineering and even ship design. His principal surviving works are to be found in Florence, Italy.
Little is known about the early life of Brunelleschi, the only sources being Antonio Manetti and Giorgio Vasari. According to these sources, Filippo's father was Brunellesco di Lippo, a lawyer, and his mother was Giuliana Spini. Filippo was the middle of their three children. The young Filippo was given a literary and mathematical education intended to enable him to follow in the footsteps of his father, a civil servant. Being artistically inclined, however, Filippo enrolled in the Arte della Seta, the silk merchants' Guild, which also included goldsmiths, metalworkers, and bronze workers. He became a master goldsmith in 1398. It was thus not a coincidence that his first important building commission, the Ospedale degli Innocenti, came from the guild to which he belonged.
Filippo Inzaghi, Ufficiale OMRI (Italian pronunciation: [fiˈlippo inˈdzaɡi]; born 9 August 1973) commonly known as Pippo, is a World Cup and UEFA Champions League-winning Italian professional footballer who is currently a free agent.
Inzaghi became the first striker to score in all international club competitions open to European teams after his double against Boca Juniors during the FIFA Club World Cup final in 2007.
Filippo Inzaghi is currently the second all time most prolific goal scorer in European club competitions with 70 goals only beaten by Raúl's 77 goals. He is also Milan's top international goal scorer in the club's history with 43 goals. He also holds the record for most hat-tricks in Serie A (10), and the UEFA Champions League (three – tied with Michael Owen and Lionel Messi).
The brother of fellow footballer Simone Inzaghi, Inzaghi got his start playing for hometown club Piacenza Calcio as a teenager in 1991, but made only two league appearances before being loaned to Serie C1 side Leffe, with whom he scored an impressive 13 goals in 21 matches. In 1993, Inzaghi moved to Serie B club Verona and scored 13 goals in 36 league appearances. Upon his return to Piacenza, he scored 15 times in 37 games helping his team win Serie B and proving himself to be an exciting young prospect.
I'd like to stay and introduce myself to you
And all your friends who tell you what you do is good
I fall down laughing as they offer you their gratitude
For making them believe the things you do
(chorus)
I feel so tired and I'm leery that the time
You spend with me is of design
I come to see you live your life out on parade
As if your will is so benign
I say goodbye and through the doorway
I will leave you to the key to all the happiness you find
You fill my resevoir with shame
And resignation to banality that fills your little mind
(chorus)
Mercury baby, airless and waiting
Revolving at a high velocity
Proud to be much closer to the sun
Shine your light on everyone
The answer is waiting and soon I'll be fading
Albert would be proud if he could see
I recall the words you offered me
Full of hate and ridicule
Oh I remember everything you do
Spend your money on the flower seeds
The giant outer planets dwarf the world
And shade your everyday with circles
I will meet you there
With the face of a grown up on
My little head
And you will hold my hand just like before
On to Venus you shall go I will too
And don't complain there is no foliage
I'm headed half way up to you
I've gathered everyone I know
Send your children to the west I will breed
And kneel down to a day old deity
I'm happy just to have a brand
Bold flashing dagger teeth
Powerful and tree-like limbs of allosaurs go by
Oh a hundred million years ago
There wasn't need of lumbering sauropods
For man would soon give birth to god and breed
But you were made into a jellyfish discovering the flow of time
And never hearing "The Who Live At Leeds"
Talk of tomorrow, or spoil the gathering
End all of your sorrow for what it's supposed to mean
Bold flashing dagger teeth
Powerful and tree-like limbs of allosaurs
Escaping from the ultrasaur in time
But you were made into a jellyfish discovering the flow of time
And never hearing "The Who Live At Leeds"
Talk of tomorrow, or spoil the gathering
My dog used to play dead all the time
I'm a girl and he was never alive
How on earth did I ever survive
I don't know
Her mom used to make her head explode
I never thought ask her why
And her daddy used to make her cry
So it goes
But now her father only beats her about half the time
He likes my songs
the words'll rhyme
He tells me stories I don't want to know
You have made mistakes
So I say goodbye
Your iron will fail you now
And so you throw it to the wind
See you are a creep
A long and lonely time ago
Somebody told you to believe
And you were young and so naïve
And they give you a clue
And they cut you up in two
I kissed the letter that you sent to me
I realize now that you are the one to
(3 4 5)
You are the passport to the sanitarium
And all the records that you stole from me
(chorus)
I realize now that you are the one to
See it through
I cornered you at the Woolworth
Now my wish came true
They said to talk to you
I wasn't going to
I read the letter that you sent to me
I sympathize with what you have to go through
You wear your face up like a true chameleon
And all the hours that you stole from me
Sidney Trefusis has ceased to live today
Agatha Wylie said she'd throw it all away
I heard it a long time ago
The things she said to me
My head hasn't really felt too great
For as long as I can remember
And my reality disintegrates
So I'm back where I belong
Making may way back to the womb
Fed on a diet of disease
Craving degeneration in the air I breathe
I'm a stupid little animal in outer space
The result of a bad decision
And I can't help but feeling out of place
On the third planet from the sun
Making my way up to the moon
Changing shape into the stars
Sorry I will be very far away from you
Making may way back to the womb
Fed on a diet of disease
Craving degeneration in the air I breathe
I haven't seen you for a long long time
Must've been about a year or two
I think about the time I wanted you
To heal the wound in my heart
(chorus)
Invited you to my home, Maria said you'd appear
Didn't know what to do
But lie in the wake of my own half regretted idea
I consummated with you
I haven't seen you for a long long time
Must've been a minute or two
I think about the time I wanted to
Reveal the world in my head
Prosthetic, ovulating
And a barrel of brains if you need one
Self hated, complicated
You're in need of a cure and she is one
(chorus)
You'll survive a vegetable
The meat's diseased and she said so
I won't try to persuade you anymore
Some say to just forget her
It'll worry you well if you let it
Make everyday pathetic
You're in need of a cure and she is one
(chorus)
A long time ago I went and lost my way
So I took some drugs to equalize
And found someone to sympathize
Solvents glue and heroin she said
I don't want to do that at all
I took her to see Robert Mitchum in
Night of the Hunter
Shelley Winters has a vision of
Righteousness from up above
She trades her children for the love
Of a preacher with a soul decay
(chorus)
Could it be the son went down to stay
The virgin Mary sold herself today
Promise of the future and she feels
That he's still in love with her
Love and hate tattooed upon the
Knuckles of a preacher man
I could tell she wishes she were dead
A vacuole where she's been led
Forgetting of the father's son
On the day the law took that away
A vestige of our travelling
On a road straight out to ruin
It's evidently a big surprise
That I don't know what I'm doing
Help is here somewhere
Residing in the carcasses of everybody
want to lead the people
You love god and you like to feed it
Fear and shame hold hands and hide
In the form of a real solution
Help is here somewhere
Residing in the gallantry of everybody
Waiting through the continuum of time
Your longitude and latitude collide
You say you want to lead the people
You love god and you like to feed it
Fear and shame hold hands and hide
In the form of a revolution
Help is here somewhere
Residing in the carcasses of everybody
Waiting through the continuum of time
There's no debating about what it is that I'm supposed to do
One period of hesitation and my plans have fallen through
(chorus)
And now the forces of evil conspire
To take away what cynicism inspired
I guess we'll die with our heads still full of nothing
But that theory's still brand new
And fear and hate will fornicate inside my television world
With politicians exercising nepotism with the girls?
Father tried today to appreciate his son
Follow 103 to the crematorium where I pay my bills
And climb up to the highest hill
And throw a part of me away
Satan rose today to annihilate the world
God bless his little boy heart as he goes and
Falls in love with a pretty girl
He loves vanity in girls
'Cos it tears them all up inside
In my head life's forever a condition
Find a heart and deliver it to me
Science is about a quarter superstition
And every woman
Every woman every man
You gotta wake up
You got to wake up
Cause all the people
all the people in the world
You gotta wake up
You got to wake up
And every season will be a season of love
And every morning the sun’s gonna shy
Cause everybody
You got to wake up
You gotta wake up
You got to wake up
Wake up, wake up everybody
Now it’s the time
One day we’ll join hands together
No one will cry
Searchin’ for your destination
Finally you’ll find
Wake up, wake up everybody
It’s a dance, a feeling passin’ through
It will shake you, there’s nothing you can do
You got to smile like a positive woodoo
Just move your feet it’s diggy doggy doo
All the friends, the brothers of tour crew
In the place, a jammin’ overtoure
All together like a rendez-vous
everybody, it’s diggy doggy doo
Diggy - doggy - doo, Diggy – doggy - doo
Diggy - doggy - doo, Diggy – doggy - doo
Diggy - doggy - doo, Diggy – doggy - doo
Diggy - doggy - doo, Diggy – doggy - doo
In the morning sometimes I feel blue
Hangin’ on, crazy lazy…booh!
Watchin’ TV, look for something new
“What’s the time?” – “7.42!”
When I saw you swimming in the pool
You were naked, really pretty cool
When you asked me: “What do you wanna do?”
That’s my answer : “Diggy – doggy…doo!”
Diggy - doggy - doo, Diggy – doggy - doo
Diggy - doggy - doo, Diggy – doggy - doo
Diggy - doggy - doo, Diggy – doggy - doo
