Anesthesiologist at General Hospital, portrayed by Ron Melendez in 2007 during the first season of General Hospital: Night Shift. In the storyline, Archer self-medicates with gas to help himself sleep but soon becomes addicted; he is nearly killed when "psychotic" nurse Jolene Crowell tries to kill him by upping his dosage as he sleeps. He also becomes involved with fellow doctor Kelly Lee, who is herself battling a sex addiction and rebuffs his desire to pursue a relationship. They soon agree to be friends and help each other with their addictions. Archer subsequently appears on General Hospital sporadically until January 29, 2009, when he dies as the first victim of a bio-toxin accidentally released in the hospital.

Worked as Nikolas Cassadine's private escort until 2011, when she once again left town. Originally played by actress Brooke Radding in 1996, the character was last portrayed by actress Adrianne Leon when her birth date was revised to 1987 in 2004. Leon was nominated for two awards for the role in 2005: the Soap Opera Digest "Outstanding Female Newcomer Award", and "Outstanding Younger Actress" in the Daytime Emmy awards.

Mikkos, Victor and Tony's cousin. It was unclear if he was related to Petros, another cousin who bore a striking resemblance to Mikkos. Came to Port Charles from Brazil as the poor Cassadine, something no one was aware of, and established a business relationship with Sean Donely and the Quartermaines in February 1986. Helped Sean drive a wedge between Celia Quartermaine and Jimmy Lee Holt using Pilar. With the Donely/Cassadine merger now public knowledge, Monica began assisting them in bringing down the Quartermaines. After Jimmy Lee announced that the merger would make them richer, he and Edward Quartermaine decided to invest their fortune, unaware it was fake. Having obtained the entire Quartermaine fortune, Dimitri fled to Brazil just as the Quartermaines were informed of their losses. Maximus later met with Sonny and gave him some advice. He revealed that he knew of the ruse all along and that he was proud of Max for earning enough respect to get everyone to lie for him. (Julie Mond, 2009–2010; Brianna Brown, 2010–2011)

Ex-girlfriend and medical school classmate of Patrick Drake. Best friends with Louise Addison. Had a relationship with Terrell Jackson. Ex-lover of Johnny Zacchara. Obsessed with winning Patrick back and getting rid of his wife, Robin Scorpio. Stole Robin's HIV meds, tried to poison her I.V., broke into her and Patrick's home, kidnapped Emma, and jumped in front of Robin's car in an effort to make Robin look unstable. Held Robin, Patrick, Steven Webber, and Maxie Jones hostage in General Hospital. Shot Damian Spinelli. Eventually fell into a coma after being injected with drain cleaner, but woke up several months later. Threatened to inject Patrick with a syringe full of Robin's blood. Murdered in 2011 by Matt Hunter.

Doctor at General Hospital. Was married to Terry Brock. Responsible for the Lauralton Murders and the Brownstone Murder. Tried to kill Terry Brock. Was hit over the head by Terry with a rock and fell off a cliff.

Patrick O'Connor

(Guy Mack, 1985–1988)

Resident doctor at General Hospital. Brother of Kevin O'Connor. Pursued Terry Brock, but eventually gave up on her and left Port Charles.

Chinese woman from the Asian Quarter. Grandmother of Suki. Friend of The Ancient One.

Connor Olivera

(Michael Lynch, 1991–1992)

Friend of Mac Scorpio. Tried to protect Dominique Stanton from her abusive husband. Was on the run from immigration. Son of Sean Donely. Managed and sang at The Outback.

Brighton O'Reilly (deceased)

(Billie Hayes, 1981, 1985)

WSB Agent. Shot and killed by Victor Cassadine in 1981. Remembered in a series of flashbacks in 1985 showcasing the early adventures of WSB Agents Robert Scorpio and Anna Devane.

Finian O'Toole

(Arte Johnson, 1991–1992)

Mac Scorpio's first friend in Port Charles, having helped him escape and hide from his angry brother Robert. Was a very colorful man, having had five wives and numerous jobs. Became Sly Eckert's caretaker and was arrested after killing Sly's slimy mother, Nancy, who had been threatening to take custody away from Bill Eckert.

Delores Padilla

Detective for the Port Charles Police Department. Took on several of Dante Falconeri's cases after he was shot. Married to Eddie, who is currently suspected of assaulting strippers in Port Charles.

Jonathon Paget (deceased)

(Gregory Beecroft, 1990)

The pseudonym used by Duke Lavery after undergoing plastic surgery. Duke had been presumed dead in a building explosion by family and friends, but he had, in actuality, joined the Witness Protection Program. Unable to go on without Anna and Robin, a desperate Duke became Paget to return to his family. Robin immediately took to Paget, but Anna was suspicious of him and it wasn't until Olivia Jerome blurted out Paget's identity that Anna finally accepted that he was Duke. Paget (Duke) was killed soon after by Julian.

Blackie Parrish

Foster son of Rick and Lesley Webber. Foster brother of Laura Spencer. Sent to prison for eighteen months for manslaughter.
