In between getting out of jail and getting in the middle of a parking lot brawl, Katt Williams took the time to talk to TMZ about "Django Unchained" ... and threatened to beat the crap out of Quentin Tarantino if he gets the chance.
Williams didn't voice his opinion in a polite way like Spike Lee did. First he threatened to punch QT in the face, then told us, "Quentin Tarantino thinks he can say the N-word. But I checked with all of Ni**adom and nobody knows where he got his pass from. I hope he didn't get it from Samuel L. Jackson and Jamie Foxx cause they aren't going to help you when I see you."
When our photog tried to compare QT to Steven Spielberg (who made "Amistad" in 1997), Katt shot back, "Quentin Tarantino is no Steven Spielberg. Steven Spielberg doesn't wanna be black, Quentin Tarantino thinks he is. So when he meets a real ni**a, we'll see if he is or not."

According to our sources, LiLo is hell-bent on starting the year off right -- and making a good impression on the judgehearing her case -- which means no parties, no clubs and definitely no drinking on the last night of 2012.
It's a far cry from her past NYE extravaganzas ... where LiLo got her party on at shin-digs all over the world, including St. Barts and Italy.

A guy who claims Suge Knight hit him with his car last night when he peeled out of a Hollywood parking lot could barely walk afterward ... and he blames Katt Williams for the whole thing.
As TMZ first reported, Suge and Katt were involved in a massive brawl last night outside of Eden nightclub in Hollywood. When the dust settled, Suge sped out of the parking lot and nearly ran over several people.
TMZ caught with up a guy who says he was hit by Suge ... and had the limp to prove it. The guy didn't seem upset with Suge, but he was PISSED OFF at Katt, telling us, "Katt Williams is a punk. You talk sh*t and run? You a punk .. You taking all that sh*t, and you talk about you all that, and you run? Because of you, I got hit by the car!"
The guy also says he wants Katt to pay his medical bills ... but we don't think he should wait by the phone.
"Braxton Family Values" star Trina Braxton has some cold, hard thinking to do after her estranged husband cheated on her -- and she wants him to cough up some cold, hard cash while she does it.
Trina -- Toni Braxton's younger sis -- separated from her husband Gabriel Adrian-Solis back in October 2011 after eight years of marriage. Gabe has admitted to "infidelities" with numerous women, but has previously said he "never had sexual intercourse with another woman."
Trina recently filed for legal separation and in the docs, she's asking a judge to order Gabe to pony up an unspecified amount of money.
Interestingly, Trina says there is currently no plan for the couple to divorce and she'd actually like to work things out.

Freshly freed Katt Williams had a front row seat last night as good friend Suge Knight got into a CRAZY brawl outside a Hollywood club ... that ended with Suge nearly mowing down some people in his SUV ... just hours after Katt was released from jail.
It all went down outside the Eden club. When the video (which is understandably shaky) starts, the massive brawl is already in full swing and you can see Suge trying to go after someone while Katt gets away from the action, walking behind a dumpster.
As the camera pans back, you can see Suge on the left side of the frame in a tan long-sleeved shirt. Suge can be seen connecting with some sort of punch, but the actual blow is blocked from view.
The next time we see Katt, he's making his way to a black SUV while being chased by someone. Katt appears to get in the car before the guy is able to catch up to him.
Suge then gets into a white SUV and guns it, nearly hitting several people on his way out of the parking lot.
Katt and Suge were detained and cited by police a little over a week ago and Katt was just arrested Friday for child endangerment and had only been out of jail for a few hours before the brawl went down.

According to docs, the couple married in April 1990 and separated in January 2012. The duo has two children together ... neither are minors.
Lynne is asking for spousal support, but makes it clear in docs that she has no clue how much property she and her husband actually have.

Emmylou Harris is now in the crosshairs of the L.A. County District Attorney for allegedly hitting a car on an L.A. Freeway and then hightailing it out of there ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... the alleged incident occurred on October 1 at around 10:00 PM. They say Emmylou was driving a rental car on the 405 Freeway when she struck a car and took off without stopping or exchanging info.
We're told the CHP opened a hit and run investigation after the other driver filed a report. The investigation is now complete and we're told the file was sent to the D.A., who will decide if the country legend should be prosecuted.
Emmylou's rep acknowledges to TMZ she was involved in a "minor traffic accident," adding "she unintentionally rubbed bumpers with another vehicle." The rep says Emmylou didn't realize the cars made contact so she took off.
The rep calls it a "garden-variety accident that happens everyday on the 405," and Emmylou has turned the matter over to her insurance company.
FYI -- It's a crime to leave the scene of an accident that causes injury or property damage without stopping and exchanging info.
A Connecticut attorney blames the state for the brutal massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary -- claiming it FAILED to protect the children from harm's way -- and now he wants to sue for $100 million on behalf of one on the survivors.
According to the Hartford Courant, Irving Pinsky filed legal docs Thursday with the Claims Commissioner, asking permission to sue the state on behalf of a 6-year-old Sandy Hook student who survived the shootings (she was in another classroom at the time).
Pinsky claims the girl, only ID'd as "Jill Doe," suffered emotional and psychological trauma ... this according to local reports.
Pinsky believes the shooting was foreseeable, claiming a "fellow like Adam Lanza would have been known as a potential problem to the police."
The state is immune from most lawsuits, which is why Pinsky must ask for permission to even file the suit. No decision has been made whether or not the suit will go through.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD cops picked Katt up at his Woodland Hills home this morning, after an investigation from the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services concluded there were numerous guns and illegal drugs in the house that created a safety hazard for the kids.
Our sources say ... during the arrest various items were seized.
Katt is still in custody ... being held on $100,000 bail. As for the kids ... authorities have placed them in protective custody
We're told the case will go to the D.A. next week for possible felony child endangerment charges.
