Peter Duncombe, a terminally ill patient at St Nicholas Hospice Care, wrote the poem, "We Want Snow At Christmas", in 1970. Coming back to it years later, his recent request was that it might be made into a song. 18-year-old musician and composer, John Young, was commissioned for the task.
