Harbor Freight Multi-Tool
Harbor Freight Variable Speed Multi-Tool. Purchased for $59.99. Its a pretty heavy unit, comfortable in hand. A soft start variable speed motor was a pleasant surprise. Normally, you'd pay a lot for a soft start motor on my brand name tools. I couldn't afford the Fein, which looks like a great tool. Need to find out if Fein or other manufacturer's attachments will work on this unit. Comes with case, sanding pad, linoleum cutters, wood, plastic and other types of cutters. Purchased the grout cutter for $14.99, but it isn't a good attachment. The diamond comes off pretty quick when working on grout- pretty abrasive stuff.

I know you guys wanted more progress on this, just letting you know it's not cancelled. It took me forever to figure out GIA. Didn't want to bother Melpontro or Dario sending them MPs (they probably get a lot of questions through MPs lol), so just wanted to learn how to do it by myself even if it took me longer. I made A LOT of Mental Ray tests but it never looked good (but I barely know how to use this kind of stuff so it's probably bad config). So then I figured out that the problem with V-Ray crashing on the other video was that I didn't convert the Standard Materials into V-Ray materials (I had no idea about that back then), and... I'm not 100% sure if I did GIA the proper way, but I think it looks ok. And the glitched models of the previous video was because of not using OgreMax (also didn't know that back then). A lot of UV Mapping had to be corrected and some quick Crazy Bump normal/specular maps were done, not the best but I think they do the trick. I'm just one person working on this and sometimes I'm lazy as hell and don't work on it 24/7 (I can even not make progress for weeks, even if I have enough free time), and I don't usually log in to Youtube so sometimes people think that I'm dead or something lol. Still not 100% happy with the stage, it lacks a lot of stuff and the Classic Sonic's layout is not finished (again, I'm lazy and not good at layout design), but at least I think there's some improvement over the last video. This time I'm showing off the the third island of my Singpleplayer map called Hongzhou Harbor, where the player will fight in a harbor and in jungle areas against the North Koreans. The beach and hill areas are still a Work in progress. I'm still in the phase of detailing and adding vegetation to the hill. LINKS BELOW This is a simple demo of an Air Eraser from Harbor Freight. For me it's yet another solution looking for a problem. It looks and works like an air brush (they have those, too), except you fill it with 280 grit aluminum oxide instead of paint. It works pretty darn good, and like all good sandblasters, leaves a mess of grit all around it you don't have a blasting box (they have those, too). This is a Chicago Electric 800 w Generator from harbor freight , Cold Start and Sound Level Test. I used a 500w light to put a load on it, and then measured the Decabels. I used an old sound meeter that seems to still work. I ran the gas out of the carb when i shut it off probly why it took somany pulls to start. Its a nice little generator for the price. I may do the same test on the Chicago Electric 3050w generator also. This is not a good generator for electronics such as computers and tv, you can add a power conditioner for under 100$ then it would be like an inverter generator.
