  Marshall Bruce Mathers III (born October 17, 1972), better known by his stage name Eminem (often stylized as EMINƎM) and by his alter ego Slim Shady, is an American rapper, record producer, songwriter and actor. Eminem's popularity brought his group, D12, to mainstream recognition. As well as being a member of D12, Eminem is also one half of the hip hop duo Bad Meets Evil, with Royce da 5'9". Eminem is one of the best-selling artists in the world and is the best selling artist of the 2000s. He has been listed and ranked as one of the greatest artists of all time by many magazines including the Rolling Stone magazine which has ranked him 82nd on its list of The 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. The same magazine has declared him The King of Hip Hop. Including his work with D12 and Bad Meets Evil, Eminem has achieved ten number-one albums on the Billboard 200. He has sold more than 42 million tracks and 41 million albums in the United States, and nearly 90 million albums worldwide.
  Eminem quickly gained popularity in 1999 with his major-label debut album, The Slim Shady LP. That first album, The Marshall Mathers LP and his third major album, The Eminem Show, all won Grammy Awards, making Eminem the first artist to win Best Rap Album for three consecutive LPs. The Marshall Mathers LP is also considered one of Eminem's best and most successful albums. Eminem then went on hiatus after touring in 2005. He released his first album since 2004's Encore, titled Relapse, on May 15, 2009. In 2010, Eminem released his seventh studio album Recovery, which was an international success. Recovery was also named the best selling album worldwide of 2010 joining The Eminem Show, which was the best seller of 2002. Eminem won Grammy Awards for both Relapse and Recovery, giving him a total of 13 Grammys in his career. Eminem has named Masta Ace, Big Daddy Kane, Newcleus, the Beastie Boys, Dr. Dre, Tupac Shakur, AZ, Nas, and Ice-T amongst others as his influences.

  Maroochydore
  Maroochydore is an urban centre on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
  Maroochydore is a major commercial area of the Sunshine Coast with most shopping precincts located in the central business district. It is home to the Sunshine Plaza shopping centre and the Sunshine Coast's major bus interchange for TransLink services on Sunshine Coast. Maroochydore is also a venue of major surf sport carnivals, and is a popular holiday point from which to travel the rest of Queensland.
  The name Maroochydore comes from the Yuggera language word 'Muru-kutchi', meaning red-bill: the name of the black swan, commonly seen in the area.
  Maroochydore is the sixth town mentioned in the original (Australian) version of the song "I've Been Everywhere".
  Maroochydore is not strictly defined, but the boundary used by Sunshine Coast Regional Council (formerly the Maroochy Shire) includes a region from the southern boundary of Sunshine Coast Airport to the Mooloolah River at Mooloolaba and Kawana Way. This corresponds to the historic Australian Bureau of Statistics urban centres of Maroochydore–Mooloolaba and Mudjimba.   WonderCon is an annual comic book, science fiction, and motion picture convention, held in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1987.
  The convention was conceived by retailer John Barrett (a founder of the retail chain Comics and Comix) and originally held in the Oakland Convention Center, where it remained until 2003, when it moved to San Francisco's Moscone Center. The show's original name was the Wonderful World of Comics Convention.
  Retailer Joe Field (of Flying Colors Comics and Other Cool Stuff) and his partner Mike Friedrich owned and operated the convention for fifteen years. In 2001, they brokered a deal with the management team that runs the San Diego Comic-Con International to make it part of the Comic-Con International convention family. This gave the San Francisco show a wider audience and has made it a venue for previews and early screenings of major motion pictures, in particular ones based on comic books. These have included Spider-Man 2 in 2004, Batman Begins and Fantastic Four in 2005, Superman Returns in 2006, 300 in 2007, Watchmen in 2009, and Kick-Ass in 2010. All of these events featured the stars of the films fielding questions from the audience. In addition, WonderCon features an event called "Trailer Park," wherein trailers for upcoming films are shown.

• Ahmad Brooks
  Ahmad Brooks (born March 14, 1984) is an American football linebacker for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round of the 2006 NFL Supplemental Draft. He played college football at Virginia.
  He is the son of late NFL defensive tackle Perry Brooks.
  Brooks attended C.D. Hylton High School in Woodbridge, Virginia, which he helped lead to two VHSL state championships during his three-year tenure (1999–2001). Brooks battled injuries throughout his high school career, but he had a very productive year in 2001 - he had 207 tackles (144 solos), including 34 for loss, and he also rushed for 848 yards and 10 TDs while averaging 12.6 yards per carry. The semifinal loss to Thomas Dale High School of Chester, VA in 2001 was the only Hylton loss in three years in which he played. He was named as USA Today’s National Defensive Player of the year after the 2001 season. He participated in the 2002 U.S. Army All-American Bowl game. In 2002 he played at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Virginia.

  Andrew Warren Katzenmoyer (born December 2, 1977) is a former American college and professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for two seasons. He played college football for Ohio State University, and became the first Butkus Award-winning middle linebacker to play for the Buckeyes. He was selected in the first round of the 1998 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots, and he played his entire professional career for the Patriots.
  Katzenmoyer was born in Kettering, Ohio. He and his family moved to Westerville, Ohio when Andy was 5. He attended Westerville South High School, and played high school football for the Westerville South Wildcats.
  Katzenmoyer attended Ohio State University, where he played for the Ohio State Buckeyes football team from 1996 to 1998. In the first game of his college career, he became the first true freshman to ever start at linebacker for the Buckeyes. As a junior in 1998, he was recognized as a consensus first-team All-American, and won the Dick Butkus Award and Jack Lambert Trophy.

  Antonio Cromartie
  Antonio Cromartie (born April 15, 1984) is an American football cornerback for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He was drafted by the San Diego Chargers 19th overall in the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida State.
  Cromartie is credited with the longest play in NFL history, returning a missed Ryan Longwell field goal 109 yards for a touchdown on November 4, 2007.
  Cromartie, born in Tallahassee, Florida, was a versatile player at Tallahassee's Lincoln High School. Throughout his senior season, Cromartie recorded 12 tackles and 2 interceptions, returned 3 punts and 2 kicks for TDs, had 450 yards and 1 touchdown on 30 catches and ran the ball 13 times for 242 yards and 3 touchdowns. This was enough to earn Cromartie 2002 USA Today defensive player of the year. Considered a four-star recruit by Rivals.com, Cromartie ranked sixth among cornerback prospects in the nation.

  Cory Redding
  Cory Bartholomew Redding (born November 15, 1980) is an American football defensive end for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Texas.
  Redding has also played for the Seattle Seahawks and Baltimore Ravens.
  He was born in Houston, Texas, the son of Carl Benjamin Redding and Mary Zerlene Brantley.
  Redding played football at North Shore High School. In his senior year in 1999, he was named USA Today's Defensive Player of the Year and was a consensus All-American choice. He also excelled in track and field, winning the state Class 5A title in the discus as a junior and senior (career best toss of 193'9").
  Redding played college football for the Texas Longhorns at the University of Texas. During his four years there, he was a two-time All-Big 12 Conference selection and played in every game, including a string of 35 consecutive starts on the defensive line.
  He finished his collegiate career with 201 tackles (123 solos), 21 sacks (174 yards) and 53 stops (third on the school's career-record list) for losses of 249 yards.

  Derrick Brooks
  Derrick Dewan Brooks (born April 18, 1973) is a former American college and professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for fourteen seasons. He played college football for Florida State University, and was twice recognized as a consensus All-American. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the first round of the 1995 NFL Draft, and he played his entire professional career for the Buccaneers. An eleven-time Pro Bowl selection and nine-time All-Pro, Brooks was named AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2002, and earned a Super Bowl ring with the Buccaneers in Super Bowl XXXVII.
  Brooks attended Washington High School in Pensacola. In his senior season in 1991, Brooks carried Pensacola to the state playoff semifinals, where they lost to the eventual champion Bradenton Manatees. In 2007, he was named to the Florida High School Association All-Century Team, which selected the Top 33 players in the 100 year history of high school football in the state of Florida's history.

  Dexter Lavista Daniels (December 8, 1973) is a former American college and professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for a single season in 1996. Daniels played college football for the University of Florida, and thereafter, he played professionally for the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL.
  Daniels was born in Valdosta, Georgia in 1973. He attended Valdosta High School, where he played high school football for the Valdosta Wildcats and was named USA Today Defensive High School Player of the Year in 1991.
  Daniels received an athletic scholarship to attend the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and played for the Florida Gators football team under coach Steve Spurrier from 1992 to 1995. The Gators won Southeastern Conference (SEC) championships in 1993 and 1994, and finished the 1995 regular season as the 12–0 SEC champions, but were ultimately defeated 62–24 by the Nebraska Cornhuskers in the Fiesta Bowl for the national championship. Daniels was a first-team All-SEC selection after his senior season in 1995.

  Gerald McCoy (born February 25, 1988) is an American Football defensive tackle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Oklahoma, and earned consensus All-American honors. McCoy was the third pick overall in the 2010 NFL Draft.
  McCoy was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He prepped at Southeast High School in Oklahoma City. After notching 83 tackles, including 23 tackles for loss and 20 sacks, he was named All-area, all-state and all-metro as a junior in 2004. As a senior he logged 82 tackles, 20 sacks and recovered nine fumbles. McCoy received numerous awards including 2005 National Defensive Player of the Year by USA Today. He was ranked as the top defensive tackle of the class of 2006 by a number of recruiting services, including Rivals.com. Following his senior season, McCoy was invited to play in the 2006 U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
  McCoy attended the University of Oklahoma, where he played for coach Bob Stoops' Oklahoma Sooners football team from 2006 to 2009. As a a junior and senior, he was a first-team All-Big 12 selection in consecutive years. As a junior in 2008, he was a first-team All-American; as a senior in 2009, he was recognized as a consensus first-team All-American.

  Jadeveon Clowney
  Jadeveon Clowney (born February 14, 1993) is an American football defensive end. He recently graduated from South Pointe High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Clowney was named South Carolina's 2010 Mr. Football, and considered the consensus No. 1 football recruit in the United States for his class.
  For the 2010 season, Clowney had 162 tackles, 29.5 sacks, 29 tackles for loss, 11 forced fumbles, 6 fumbles recoveries, 43 quarterback pressures and five defensive touchdowns. South Pointe was 38-6 during his three varsity seasons. He is considered the best college football prospect in recent memory.
  Clowney was named by ESPN, as well as Scouts and Rivals, as the top college football recruiting prospect in the nation leading into the 2011 NCAA Signing Day, (February 2, 2011). Clowney himself stated in an interview that he had narrowed down his prospects to the Alabama Crimson Tide, the Clemson Tigers, and the South Carolina Gamecocks; however, he did not commit on National Signing Day. On February 14, 2011, his 18th birthday, Clowney committed to the University of South Carolina.

  Kenny Phillips
  Kenneth Phillips (born November 24, 1986 in Miami, Florida) is an American football safety for the New York Giants of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Giants 31st overall in the 2008 NFL Draft. He played collegiately at the University of Miami.
  Phillips attended Miami Carol City High School in Miami, Florida where he played safety. As a senior in 2004, played free safety and finished with 84 tackles, six interceptions, three fumble recoveries, four defensive touchdowns and three punt returns for touchdowns. Phillips intercepted 16 passes during his high school career. He also played in the prestigious U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
  In 2004, Phillips was the nation's top safety prospect and USA Today Defensive Player of the Year. Phillips was a Parade All-American and was selected to the PrepStar Top 100 Dream Team. He was rated the nation's No. 1 safety prospect by leading college recruiting magazines Rivals and Scout and the No. 12 and No. 10 overall prospect by Rivals and Scout respectively. He was considered the No. 1 prospect in Dade County by The Miami Herald and the No. 1 prospect in the state by the Orlando Sentinel.

  Kory Minor (born December 14, 1976) is a former American football linebacker. He played 30 games in four seasons for the Carolina Panthers. Minor was an outside linebacker at Notre Dame from 1995–1998, while recording 245 tackles, 43.5 for loss, and five interceptions. He was a seventh-round pick in the 1999 NFL Draft, selected 234th overall by the San Francisco 49ers.
  A native of Inglewood, California, Minor attended Bishop Amat High School in La Puente, California, where he was a teammate of Daylon McCutcheon. He had 20 ½ sacks as a senior while earning consensus All-America notice and being named Defensive Player of the Year by USA Today.
  At Notre Dame, Minor could not live up to the great expectation, yet was steadily productive. Notre Dame coach Bob Davie called him their “best defensive player right now, based on productivity.”
  Minor is currently an owner of multiple Domino's Pizza franchises in California. In the summer of 2009, he began appearing in Domino's American Legends pizza commercials. He promotes the Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza in a face off against the Memphis BBQ Chicken pizza, whose promoter suggests that Minor "put some South in his mouth".

  Lamont Green (born July 10, 1976) is a former American football linebacker. He played one game for the Atlanta Falcons in the 1999 NFL season before retiring due to injuries. Green was an All-Conference linebacker at Florida State University from 1994-1998. In his senior year, he was selected as team captain and played an integral part in the team's run for the National Championship in the 1999 Fiesta Bowl.
  A Miami, Florida native, Green attended Miami Southridge High School, where he helped the Spartans to the Class 5A state championship and was named Defensive Player of the Year by USA Today. Considered the No. 1 high school football recruit in the nation in 1994, Green chose Florida State over the University of Miami.

  Marvin Austin (born January 10, 1989 in Washington, D.C.) is an American football defensive tackle for the New York Giants of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Giants in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at North Carolina.
  Austin attended Ballou High School in Washington, D.C., which he led to their first D.C. Interscholastic Athletic Association title in 2006. He was named High School All-Metro First Team by Washington Post in 2005 and 2006. In 2005, he helped Coolidge High School (also in Washington, D.C.) to the DCIAA title game for the first time since 1986. Following his high school career, Austin played in the 2007 U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
  Austin was recruited by numerous top programs around the country including Florida State, Southern California and University of Tennessee. Austin was considered an elite prospect and was ranked third overall in the country in Scout.com's final rankings and was USA Today's National Defensive Player of the Year.   Patrick De'mon Peterson (born July 11, 1990) is an American football cornerback for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Louisiana State University, earned All-American honors, and was recognized as the best college defensive back in the country. He was drafted fifth overall by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2011 NFL Draft.
  Peterson attended Blanche Ely High School in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he played running back and defensive back for the Blanche Ely Mighty Tigers high school football team. In his junior campaign he recorded 11 total touchdowns on offense, while recording seven interceptions and 54 tackles on defense. He also returned three kick-offs for touchdowns and added 10 rushes for 213 yards. As a senior, Peterson compiled 733 yards rushing and 11 touchdowns (9 rushing, one kick return and one punt return). Defensively, he had 21 tackles and five interceptions.
  Besides numerous All-American team selections, Peterson was named “Defensive Player of the Year” by USA Today. He also participated in the 2008 U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

  Quintus Alonzo McDonald (born December 14, 1966 in Rockingham, North Carolina) is a former American football linebacker who played professionally in the National Football League.

  Sean Gilbert (born April 10, 1970 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania) is a former professional American football defensive lineman who was selected by the Los Angeles Rams as the third overall pick of the 1992 NFL Draft. A 6'5", 318-lb. defensive tackle from the University of Pittsburgh, Gilbert played in 11 NFL seasons from 1992 to 2003 for the Rams, Washington Redskins, Carolina Panthers, and Oakland Raiders. He was a 1993 Pro Bowl selection for the Rams, recording 10.5 sacks. He is also the uncle of and advisor to New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis.
  Gilbert played football for the Aliquippa Quips. As a senior Gilbert was a Parade Magazine All-America and the USA Today Prep Defensive Player of the Year and the Associated Press named him to its First-team All-state after leading the "Quips" to a 14-1 record and a Western Pennsylvania AAA championship. He made 91 tackles as a senior and recovered two fumbles for touchdowns. He also played guard on offense for Aliquippa.
  As a defensive tackle Gilbert was an All-America choice in 1991. He had 99 tackles (21 for a loss) and 6 sacks in his final two seasons at Pitt. In 1991 against Penn State, Gilbert totalled 11 tackles (6 for a loss) and 1 sack. One observer said Gilbert, "played like a man possessed". As a senior Gilbert had 17 tackles for a loss and 4 sacks. Gilbert played in 6 games, missing almost half of the season with a knee injury. He did not play as a freshman due to the NCAA "Prop 48 rule". While playing at the University of Pittsburgh, he played with a stellar list of teammates and coaches. On the coaching staff while he was there were Jon Gruden, Mike McCarthy and Marvin Lewis; all who later became NFL head coaches. His teammates included NFL standouts Curtis Martin, Billy Davis, Keith Hamilton, Anthony Dorsett, Jr., former WWF wrestler Matt Bloom as well as sports and entertainment attorney E.   Shaun Michael Cody (born January 22, 1983) is an American football nose tackle for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the second round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He played college football at Southern California.
  Cody was born in Whittier, California. He attended Los Altos High School in Hacienda Heights. Cody also garnered USA Today All-USA Defensive MVP. He played in the first ever U.S. Army All-American Bowl game on December 30, 2000.
  Cody attended the University of Southern California, and played for the USC Trojans football team from 2001 to 2004. He was recognized as a consensus first-team All-American as a senior in 2004, after he had a career-high 45 tackles (29 solo), 10 sacks, 13 stops for losses, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and three pass deflections. He was team captain and voted PAC-10 co-Defensive Player of the Year. He was the first Trojan since Chris Claiborne in 1998 to garner Pac-10 Conference Defensive Player of the Year honors. Cody started for his third season as a junior defensive tackle in 2003, starting all 13 games, he had 26 tackles, including 10.5 for losses (with 6 sacks), plus a forced fumble, a deflection and 3 blocked field goals. He was named to the 2003 Third-team AP All-American and the First-team All-Pac-10.
