JUNKYARD AIKIDO: A Practical Guide To Joint Locks, Breaks, And Manipulations
JUNKYARD AIKIDO A Practical Guide To Joint Locks, Breaks, And Manipulations Featuring Michael D. Janich www.staysafemedia.com Joint locking is one of the most complex, frustrating, and difficult-to-learn skill sets in the martial arts. Its practical application in self-defense is also widely misunderstood and sometimes highly overrated. When properly understood and applied, however, it can be an incredibly quick and efficient fight stopper. Junkyard Aikido cuts through the myth and misinformation to make joint locking skills accessible to any martial artist or self-defense practitioner. Using the proven analytical style that defines his popular instructional method, Michael Janich leads you step by step through both the techniques and the concepts of combative joint locks. Starting with the fingers and progressing methodically through the wrists, elbows, shoulders and neck, Janich shows you how to use the same motions of your body against both the right and left sides of your attacker to produce different, yet highly effective locks. Many of these simple mechanics also reveal the "hidden" applications of classical martial arts technique. Instead of throws and submissions, the applications of Junkyard Aikido focus on breaking joints and creating opportunities for disabling strikes that will decisively end a fight. It also teaches you locks as the basis for weapon strips and disarms, giving you a decisive advantage over an armed attacker. To complete the package, Janich ...

11. Basic Joint Lock (2)
In this video my father, Master Ko Baek Yong, shows you how to apply one of hapkido's basic joint locking technique. The video is about the lock and how to execute it, not yet on how to use the lock and work your way up to the lock. The technique is practically the same as in our previous video, only the attack is different. Straight grab, left hand grabs right wrist, or right hand grabs left wrist. Practice both sides! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. 손목칼넣기 (바깥쪽에서 안쪽)

Joint Lock Flow I
Applying joint locks effectively can take many years of training and, even then, you can still get it wrong. For me, locks compliment strikes but, having said that, it's not always appropriate to strike someone... however much you feel like doing so. Lock flows (or 'chaining' of locks together) is an important part of learning how to use an opponent's energy/power against them...

How to Use Wrist Grabs, Lapel Grabs with Street Chin Na: Joint Locking and Bone Breaking Techniques
Award-winning martial artist and self-defense expert Willie "The Bam" Johnson takes traditional Chin Na Kung Fu and expands it in Street Chin Na far beyond its original scope, making it a true combat art suitable for real-world self-defense application. The street predator is more skilled than he used to be, and with this brutal video production from Paladin Press, you'll learn how to take him apart joint by joint. Johnson starts off with the Chin Na warm-up: several grueling, heart-pumping exercises designed to increase grip strength, condition your limbs to withstand incredible punishment and build overall toughness. From there, he shows you how to exploit the weak parts of the human body, not through the arcane art of pressure points and acupuncture, but using body mechanics and joint manipulation; teaches you high-level sparring drills to prepare you for that one moment where you'll have to fight to save your life; instructs you in principles of motion that will teach you how to deal with any grab or strike your opponent might throw; and much more. This package includes the Chin Na/Street Combat Fusion program, a bonus DVD combining his Street Chin Na and Street Combat fighting programs into a fighting system that combines street attitude and devastating technique. Real Internal Martial Arts Lesson: Internal Joint Locking
Teacher Michael Lee Belliveau is teaching student Joe Holdsworth. Recorded on a saturday morning at Carkeek Park Seattle WA. The teacher is a 16th gen disciple of WuMaoGui in HeYiTongbeiQuan or tongbei for short. This part of the lesson developed from the part of the lesson on "strikes from the form". This lesson was about the concepts and theories of internal locking as opposed to joint locking. This is not meant as a demonstration or REAL full application of any of the power present. Those things are not for the camera...

How to train Joint Locks and Limb Destructions on the Heavy Bag
www.paladin-press.com For more information on this clip, please read this blog post: www.wimsblog.com In this video, I show a couple examples of how you can train joint locks and limb destructions on the heavy bag. They're just examples, nothing more. You can obviously train them in many other ways. Also, don't get hung up on the applications I show with my student. They are neither the only, nor the best way to get to the joint locks and arm breaks in a self defense situation. But they are easier to capture on film and therefor better suited for this video. As always, I hope you enjoy the information I present here and feel free to adapt it to your own training needs.

MINUS119 - "Body Fall" by Click Box
Click Box
Body Fall
MINUS119 12", WAV, MP3
Click Box are the Brazilian techno duo who have a long history of association with Minus. As well as playing on plenty of line-ups with fellow label acts, they have also released a number of well-received EPs on the imprint and now return with four new tracks, two of which will be pressed to vinyl, and two additional digital bonuses.
‘Body Fall’ is the opener, and is a dark, brooding track with exacting sound design principles right from the off. A firm beat underpins rattling hi hats and plenty of little FX flesh out the groove, including some fizzing synth stabs and dramatic, echoing claps. It’s the sort of track that bubbles along with out ever boiling over, keeping you locked until right at the end.
The flip is just as stern in its mood, with rattling percussion dissolving into a buried deep in the mix and heavily reverberating bassline. Abstract sound effects drop in and out as the whole thing rumbles along like pure, dark techno should.
The digital bonuses are just as essential: ‘Doubt’ has knackered sounding analogue lines tearing through the mix as housey hits and icy cymbals cut through the thick atmospheres, whilst ‘Brutal Shore’ is a patchwork of drips and clicks, ticks and hits that all come together like a prime after hours joint ready to unhinge your mind.
The Click Box sound is almost mathematical in its precision, meaning their first return to Minus for a while adds up to something really quite special one again.

Nelly - Hot In Here (Official Music Video 720p HD)
Hot in.....
So hot in herre.....
So hot in.....
[Nelly]
I was like, good gracious ass bodacious
Flirtatcious, tryin to show patience
Lookin for the right time to shoot my steam (you know)
Lookin for the right time to flash them keys
Then um I'm leavin, please believin
Me and the rest of my heathens
Check it, got it locked at the top of the four seasons
Penthouse, roof top, birds I feedin
No deceivin, nothin up my sleeve, no teasin
I need you to get up up on the dance floor
Give that man what he askin for
Cuz I feel like bustin loose and I feel like touchin you
And cant nobody stop the juice so baby tell me whats the use
[Hook x2]
(I said)
Its gettin hot in here (so hot)
So take off all your clothes
I am gettin so hot, I wanna take my clothes off
[Nelly]
Why you at the bar if you aint poppin the bottles
What good is all the fame if you aint fuckin the models
I see you drivin, sportscar, aint hittin the throttle
And I be down, and do a hundred, top down and goggles
Get off the freeway, exit 106 and parked it
Ash tray, flip gate, time to spark it
Gucci collar for dollar, got out and walked it
I spit game cuz baby I cant talk it
Warm, sweatin its hot up in this joint
VOKAL tanktop, all on at this point
Your with a winner so baby you cant loose
I got secrets cant leave Cancun
So take it off like your home alone
You know dance in front your mirror while your on the phone
Checkin your reflection and tellin your best friend,
like "girl I think my butt gettin big"
[Hook x2]
(Nelly hang all out)
Mix a little bit a ah, ah
With a little bit a ah, ah
(Nelly just fall out)
Give a little bit a ah, ah
With a little bit a ah, ah
(Nelly hang all out)
With a little bit a ah, ah
And a sprinkle a that ah, ah
(Nelly just fall out)
I like it when ya ah, ah
Girl, Baby make it ah, ah
[Nelly]
Stop placin, time wastin
I gotta a friend with a pole in the basement (What?)
I'm just kiddin like Jason (Oh)
Unless you gon' do it
Extra, extra eh, spread the news
Nelly took a trip from the Luna to Neptunes
Came back with somethin thicker than fittin in sasoons
Say she like to think about cuttin in restrooms
[Hook x4]
(Nelly hang all out)
Mix a little bit of ah, ah
With a little bit of ah, ah
(Nelly just fall out)
Give a little bit of ah, ah
With a little bit of ah, ah
(Nelly hang all out)

And a sprinkle of that ah, ah
