Our group consisted of Captain Tahsin, his wife, Rengin, two British friends: Noah and Jack, a Norwegian named Ida, a German couple: Roland and Daniela, and me. And, of course, Gatito. Our first day would be a fairly long one in open water until we got to the San Blas Archipelago where we would spend the next 3 days. Tahsin & Rengin handled the boat while the rest or us lounged. Most had taked Dramamine and were crashed out for the day. Better than being sick! I had some pills, too, but they didn't make me sleepy although I still didn't do much because it was hard to move around the boat in the waves without falling over. The boat was 45 feet long and quite roomy. Jack and Noah shared the fore cabin, Ida, Roland and Daniela had the aft cabin, and I slept on the couch. There were 2 heads, and a nice kitchen and dining table. Tahsin strung out a fishing line and when we got to the shallow near Kuna Yala, he had a bite! I looked off the back of the boat and could see the fish leaping out of the water as we sailed along. Very cool! Reeling the fish in took quite a bit of effort as it was huge! I was holding the camera sideways for the movie and can't figure out how to rotate it... hopefully you'll be able to see it well enough. Tahsin was very pleased as he <b>...</b>
