"S.A.T.O." is the seventh song on Ozzy Osbourne's second solo album, Diary of a Madman. "S.A.T.O." is the only song off of the album that is in an E standard tuning as opposed to the E♭ tuning of the other songs. There is an argument on the meaning of the initials among fans, yet according to bassist Bob Daisley, "S.A.T.O." stands for "Sharon Adrian Thelma Ozzy". This is his explanation:

"...originally that song was called "Strange Voyage", and after I left the band, they changed the name to "S.A.T.O." and all that meant was Sharon Adrian Thelma Ozzy. Because Sharon at the time had a boyfriend called Adrian, and Ozzy's current wife at the time was Thelma. People were trying to figure out, 'Oh, it stands for Sail Across the Ocean' and all sorts of things, but it just meant that."

Tomimaru Okuni (大国 富丸, Ōkuni Tomimaru^?, born 1931) is a Japanese astronomer.

He is a prolific discoverer of asteroids. He has discovered 127 asteroids.

The 7769 Okuni asteroid is named in his honour.

The SAT is a standardized test for college admissions in the United States. The SAT is owned, published, and developed by the College Board, a nonprofit organization in the United States. It was formerly developed, published, and scored by the Educational Testing Service which still administers the exam. The test is intended to assess a student's readiness for college. It was first introduced in 1926, and its name and scoring have changed several times. It was first called the Scholastic Aptitude Test, then the Scholastic Assessment Test, but now SAT does not stand for anything, hence is an empty acronym.

The current SAT Reasoning Test, introduced in 2005, takes three hours and forty-five minutes to finish, and costs $49 ($75 International), excluding late fees. Possible scores range from 600 to 2400, combining test results from three 800-point sections (Mathematics, Critical Reading, and Writing).

Taking the SAT or its competitor, the ACT, is required for freshman entry to many, but not all, universities in the United States.

John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne (born 3 December 1948) is an English heavy metal vocalist and songwriter, whose musical career has spanned over 40 years. Osbourne rose to prominence as lead singer of the pioneering English band Black Sabbath, whose dark and hard sound helped spawn the heavy metal genre. Due to Sabbath's dark style, Osbourne became known as the "Prince of Darkness". Osbourne is also known as the "Godfather of Heavy Metal".

In the early 2000s, Osbourne's career expanded when he became a star in his own reality show The Osbournes, alongside wife/manager Sharon and two of their three children, Kelly and Jack. A documentary about his life and career, God Bless Ozzy Osbourne, premiered in April 2011 at the Tribeca Film Festival and was released on DVD in November 2011. Osbourne has achieved multi-platinum status as a solo artist and with Black Sabbath and has sold over 100 million albums worldwide.

John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne was born in Aston, Birmingham, England, on 3 December 1948. His father Jack worked shifts as a toolmaker at GEC. His mother Lillian worked for the car components firm Lucas. John was the fourth of six children. Ozzy had two brothers (Paul and Tony) and three sisters (Jean, Iris and Gillian); they lived in a small two bedroom home at 14 Lodge Road in Aston. The nickname "Ozzy" was first used when he was in primary school. Although called "John" by his first wife Thelma, Osbourne states that it has been a long time since he's recognised himself when called by his formal name.

Yoshihiro Sato (佐藤 嘉洋, Satō Yoshihiro^?, born January 25, 1981) is a Japanese kickboxer competing in K-1 at middleweight (-70 kg). He is the former world champion of Muay Thai in WKA and WPKC, and he won the Japanese national tournament of K-1 twice in 2006 and 2007. His official nickname is "Mugen Sniper" which means Infinite Sniper.

He was born in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan on January 25, 1981. He started learning kickboxing in 1994 when he was in his 2nd year of junior high school. Originally, Sato had been going to visit a boxing gym with his friend, but he argued and fought just before visiting. Sato was defeated completely in the fight. For this incident, he visited "Nagoya JK Factory", a kickboxing gym near to Sato's house, and started learning kickboxing. He won the Glove karate open championship tournament when he was just 16 years years old, still in his 2nd year of high school. He also won the championship the next year in 1997.

He passed the examination for professional kickboxing of New Japan Kickboxing Federation (NJKF) in 1998. He won his first match against Isao Miyamoto by decision on December 25, 1998. He changed his weight class from lightweight to welterweight in April 2000. He moved to All Japan Kickboxing Federation from NJKF in June 2001. He won the title of WKA World Muay Thai Welterweight by KO Milan Stevic in Germany on 23 November 2001. It was the first time for him to fight in the oversea.
