What lies beneath the Kermadec Islands?
bit.ly The ring of fire is where the Pacific plate meets the other major tectonic plates. 40000 kilometres long, it sweeps up the west coast of America, across to Asia, through Indonesia and PNG, above Australia, then down to New Zealand. 90 percent of the world's earthquakes take place along it, including those in Japan and Christchurch. GNS science educator Julian Thomson says that it can cause earthquakes any where, any time.

Kermadec Islands Expedition EXTENDED
In May, 2011, Australian Museum marine scientists joined scientists from New Zealand on an expedition to the remote, volcanic Kermadec Islands to investigate the biodiversity of this marine reserve. Initial sorting and curation of invertebrate samples is now complete. To date over 200 known species have been recognised in the collection. A quarter of these species represent the first distribution records for New Zealand waters, providing new insights into the connectivity of the Kermadec Islands with other areas. Approximately 18 undescribed species have also been recognised so far, including an octopus, sponge, sea cucumber, shrimp and crab. Museum scientists are currently writing formal descriptions of these new species and several articles reporting on the collections have already been submitted to the journals Bulletin of the Auckland Museum and Zootaxa with publication expected in 2012 and 2013. Kermadecs Young Blake Expedition.mov
30 Kiwi students headed out to NZ's northern most territory, the Kermadec Islands (about 1000km NE of Auckland city) on board the HMNZS Canterbury. This trip of a lifetime was organized by the Sir Peter Blake Trust and was hosted by the NZ Navy. Joined with some of NZ's most outstanding leaders, marine scientists, journalists, TV crew and a virtual field class of thousands. They experienced these remote pristine islands for themselves....I had the privilege of filming their "in water" experience. Check out more about the expedition here: www.sirpeterblaketrust.org

Earthquakes jolt Japan, Kermadec Islands, El Salvador, Chile, Mexico, Indonesia Puerto Rico
Earthquakes jolt Japan, Kermadec Islands, El Salvador, Chile, Mexico, Indonesia, and Puerto Rico. On Thursday, December 15, Japan's Izu Islands were shaken by two quakes of magnitude-5.3 and 5.6, just a day after Gifu prefecture was rattled by a temblor measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale as it hit 36 kilometers northeast of Nagoya. Also on Thursday, a strong 6.3-magnitude temblor rumbled the Kermadec Islands, 130 kilometers south of L'Esperance Rock. Meanwhile in Latin America, a magnitude-4.9 quake in El Salvador raised alarm amidst residents as it struck offshore just 72 kilometers southwest of San Miquel. The next day, two quakes of magnitude-5.2 and 5.5 hit off the coast of Aisén, Chile, some 327 kilometers west of Coihaique. In Mexico, residents of the southern state of Oaxaca on Friday reported being shaken by a 4.8-magnitude temblor centered 33 kilometers southwest of Pinotepa Nacional. On Saturday morning, the west coast of Sumatra, Indonesia was rattled by a 5.2-magnitude quake. Two temblors then hit Puerto Rico within minutes of each other, measuring 5.1 and 5.3 on the Richter scale. These struck some 20 kilometers southwest of Stella, prompting reports of power outages and minor property damage, and were followed by a number of aftershocks. Fortunately, none of the quakes resulted in immediate reports of major damage or injuries, and no tsunami warnings were issued. With relief for the safety of those in the quake-stricken regions, we pray that such disturbing ...

I believe that on or around the 17th of October will be the next major earthquake to occur, that I believe is caused by HAARP. High radiation out put recorded on HAARP's waterfall graphs is what prompted me to do this video. Peace
