Somewhere in a plush South Bombay night club a young 22 year old over doses on drugs. Somewhere else a drunken 20 year old runs over sleeping street dwellers. Somewhere else a small group of 18 year olds get into a rabid fight after a rock concert - the rich in the city are getting richer by the day - their crimes are getting more random & more uncontrollable - the cops in the city are not able to deal with it - they cannot relate to the rich youth - they cannot understand their problems & they cannot help them in any possible way. Not only can they not understand or relate to them but they are also unable to investigate these crimes thanks to the clout and connections the rich criminals have. And this leads to immense frustration in the police force. Senior Inspector Damodar Deshmukh is one such frustrated, honest cop who is unable to deal with the aggravation of having unsolved cases which remain unsolved because of the various obstructions that the rich are able to put in the path of his investigations. But what is one lone cop to do? Specially when he has no access to the worlds of the rich -- in fact he has no access into their minds either. As he puts it, he can still understand crimes which have a motivation of hunger, greed, need -- crimes committed daily by the poor, the dispossessed, the homeless. Aarti feels upset when she overhears their conversation. Satyendra and Shobha get shocked when they see Aarti. A furious Aarti rejects Yash's proposal as she does not want to separate from Ansh. She questions Shobha on how she could even think of accepting Scindia family's demand. Aarti threatens to commit suicide, if Shobha and Satyendra tried to separate her from Ansh. Shobha tries to pacify Aarti but fails. After Aarti leaves, Shobha decides to call up Gayatri and reject Yash's proposal. Gayatri informs her husband that she has told Satyendra that they would not accept Ansh. Yash overhears their conversation. Meanwhile, Shobha calls up Gayatri. Gayatri receives the call and does not realize that the call is connected. At that time, Yash tells his father that he would not marry the woman who agrees to separate from her son. He explains that the woman who can separate from her own biological child will never be able to take care of her step-daughters. Yash's father too agrees and states that they would accept both the Aarti and her son. Shobha overhears their conversation and gets surprised. After Yash leaves, Gayatri informs Shobha about her husband's decision. She also accepts the alliance and asks Shobha to select a mahurat. Gayatri, however, is unconvinced with her husband's decision. Her husband tries to convince her saying that they would do a favor on Aarti by accepting Ansh and thus that she never went against them and always danced to their tunes. After ...

the film was shot in 2011.
we started the project spontaneously in february in burkina faso and two shots from there even survived over the process. we continued to shoot additional scenes at the north sea cost without still knowing all of the story we would be telling at the end. then in hamburg we shot most of the scenes and finished it in brussels in july.
all in all i would say:
round about 7 days of shooting.
lots of nice shots we didn't put in the final editing ;)
shot on canon eos 5d mkII with older nikon prime lenses.

Remember the final WSX which took place in China, Pierre Lelievre had won the first place and the 4th for Anthony Finocchiaro.
After this event, they took the road towards Shanghai and we spend some days in this great city, they are obviously taken the time to do some pictures and film their sessions Freeride, a good opportunity to test new products such as Seba Soulplates that you'll be able to find around the world by January / February.
In the meantime, enjoy yourself with this video! we work on other video freeride / aggressive soon.
