Entertainment law (or media law) is legal services to the entertainment industry. Entertainment law overlaps with intellectual property law (especially trademarks, copyright, and the "Right of Publicity"), but the practice of entertainment law often involves questions of employment law, contract law, torts, labor law, bankruptcy law, immigration, securities law, security interests, agency, right of privacy, defamation, advertising, criminal law, tax law, International law (especially Private international law), and insurance law.
Much of the work of an entertainment law practice is transaction based, i.e. drafting contracts, negotiation and mediation. Some situations may lead to litigation or arbitration.
Entertainment law covers an area of law which involves media of all types (TV, film, music, publishing, advertising, Internet & news media, etc.), and stretches over various legal fields, including but not limited to corporate, finance, intellectual property, publicity and privacy, and first amendment.
Media may refer to:
Electronic media are media that use electronics or electromechanical energy for the end user (audience) to access the content. This is in contrast to static media (mainly print media), which today are most often created electronically, but do not require electronics to be accessed by the end user in the printed form. The primary electronic media sources familiar to the general public are video recordings, audio recordings, multimedia presentations, slide presentations, CD-ROM and online content. Most new media are in the form of digital media. However, electronic media may be in either analogue electronics data or digital electronic data format.
Although the term is usually associated with content recorded on a storage medium, recordings are not required for live broadcasting and online networking.
Any equipment used in the electronic communication process (e.g. television, radio, telephone, desktop computer, game console, handheld device) may also be considered electronic media.

This is why the alternative TRUTH media exists, to bring you the evidence of what REALLY happened. Eye witness reports and NEW video now prove that the mainstream media's narrative that alleged shooter Stephen Paddock was a "lone gunman" is 100% patently false. The mainstream media and law enforcement are lying to the American people about what actually happened in Las Vegas. PLEASE support our sponsor! The European Parliament (EP) is set to debate Poland’s new media law during a plenary session in Strasbourg on Tuesday, January 19. Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydlo will take part in the debate. Poland has received widespread criticism in recent weeks over a controversial media law that allows the ruling conservative Law and Justice (PiS) party to appoint the heads and civil service directors of state-owned media broadcasters, with EU media watchdogs arguing that the new law jeopardises press freedom. Oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh...
Senti tu aliento cerca
Y no me pude controlar
Abri la puerta y nunca supe regresar
Nos convertimos juntos en esferas de cristal
Y nos fuimos flotando hacia el mar
Y es que no quiero perderte
Entre la vida y la muerte
Entre el amor y la suerte
Gravitaremos por siempre si
Y es que no quiero perderte
Entre la vida y la muerte
Entre el amor y la suerte
Gravitaremos por siempre si...
Así si oh oh...
Oh oh
Oh oh...
Y es que no quiero perderte
Entre la vida y la muerte
Entre el amor y la suerte
Gravitaremos por siempre si...
Y es que no quiero perderte
Entre la vida y la muerte
Entre el amor y la suerte
Gravitaremos por siempre si...
Así si oh oh...
Oh oh...
Y es que no quiere perderte
Oh oh oh...
