Only, I don't see it that way. As polls in the eastern time zone close, the results in most states will be a foregone conclusion and Obama will open with a double-up lead in electoral votes, already amassing more than ⅓ the total needed to win. However, close states like New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Ohio, let alone deeply divided battlegrounds like Virginia, North Carolina and Florida, will need some more time before they're safely in either man's column. As the central time zone results come back, it becomes clear how the American heartland feels, and Romney will leap into the lead. By now New Hampshire and Pennsylvania - which, at times, flirted with the idea of going red - will be called for Obama. The Mountain Time Zone returns will actually keep Romney ahead, that is until Wisconsin, Iowa and Ohio - the key battleground state - are finally called for President Obama, bringing him to the doorstep of victory. The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is an agreement signed by the governments of Canada, Mexico, and the United States, creating a trilateral trade bloc in North America. The agreement came into force on January 1, 1994. It superseded the Canada -- United States Free Trade Agreement between the US and Canada. In terms of combined GDP of its members, as of 2010 the trade bloc is the largest in the world. NAFTA has two supplements: the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation (NAAEC) and the North American Agreement on Labor Cooperation (NAALC). Securing US congressional approval for NAFTA would have been impossible without addressing public concerns about NAFTA's environmental impact. The Clinton administration negotiated a side agreement on the environment with Canada and Mexico, the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation (NAAEC), which led to the creation of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) in 1994. To alleviate concerns that NAFTA, the first regional trade agreement between a developing country and two developed countries, would have negative environmental impacts, the CEC was given a mandate to conduct ongoing ex post environmental assessment of NAFTA. Watch in HD!!!! This Spot is Located at the very Western Edge of Union Pacific's Massive Bailey Yard in North Platte. Trains can be seen Exiting or Entering the Yard from two different Locations. Run through Trains (Coal, Grain, Autorack, etc) take the 2 or 3 Tracks farthest from the Camera to the get Fuel or a Crew Change. The Manifest's or Trains that are getting humped take the Track closest to the Camera to enter the West Receiving Yard. Yard Power can be seen coming out of the Yard, Switch onto a different Track and head back into the Yard (Dosent happen very often). This is a Great Location to Watch the Non-Stop Action coming in and out of UP's Bailey Yard. This is also where the Mountain Time Zone ends and the Central Time Zone begins. The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) is a multilateral agreement regulating international trade. According to its preamble, its purpose is the "substantial reduction of tariffs and other trade barriers and the elimination of preferences, on a reciprocal and mutually advantageous basis." It was negotiated during the UN Conference on Trade and Employment and was the outcome of the failure of negotiating governments to create the International Trade Organization (ITO). GATT was signed in 1947 and lasted until 1993, when it was replaced by the World Trade Organization in 1995. The original GATT text (GATT 1947) is still in effect under the WTO framework, subject to the modifications of GATT 1994. The Uruguay Round began in 1986. It was the most ambitious round to date, hoping to expand the competence of the GATT to important new areas such as services, capital, intellectual property, textiles, and agriculture. 123 countries took part in the round. The Uruguay Round was also the first set of multilateral trade negotiations in which developing countries had played an active role. Agriculture was essentially exempted from previous agreements as it was given special status in the areas of import quotas and export subsidies, with only mild caveats. And keeping in mind the history of the venue and the program, Neshaminy had no choice but to take this one very seriously if they hoped to improve to 3-0 on the young season. So with the weather cooperating magnificently, and a nice contingent of fans making the trek North for the game, let's get to it. With the Schmidtmen receiving the ball to start the game, it seemed as if hardly a second had ticked off the clock before Sean Ulmer was off to the races on a brilliant 49-yard touchdown scamper. And with the PAT true, it was then 7-0 for the Langhorne gang. But quickly showing they weren't going to be cowed at all, the Pats put three on the board in a hurry as they nailed a field goal halfway through the first-quarter. But keeping up the pace, it was Ulmer again as he finished off another quick Redskin drive on a two-yard burst that made it 14-3 as the first period ended. With the second-quarter underway it was then CB East saying "right back at ya'" as they went up top for a 38-yard aerial score. On November 16, 2011, author and activist Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz presented the lecture, "Looking North from Central America and the Burden of History." Dunbar-Ortiz grew up in rural Oklahoma, daughter of a landless farmer and half-Indian mother. From 1967 to 1972, she was a full time activist living in various parts of the United States, traveling to Europe, Mexico, and Cuba. In 1974, she became active in the American Indian Movement (AIM) and the International Indian Treaty Council, beginning a lifelong commitment to international human rights. In 1981, she was asked to visit Sandinista Nicaragua to appraise the land tenure situation of the Miskitu Indians in the northeastern region of the country. Her two trips there that year coincided with the beginning of United States government's sponsorship of a proxy war to overthrow the Sandinistas, with the northeastern region on the border with Honduras becoming a war zone and the basis for extensive propaganda carried out by the Reagan administration against the Sandinistas. In over a hundred trips to Nicaragua and Honduras from 1981 to 1989, she monitored what was called the Contra War. Her book, Blood on the Border: A Memoir of the Contra War was published in 2005. The lecture was part of Quinnipiac University's "International Education Week". It was sponsored by the Albert Schweitzer Institute, and Office of Multicultural and Global Education at Quinnipiac University.

On November 9, 1968, an earthquake shook a 580000 square-mile area of the central United States, including all or portions of 23 states. At its center in south-central Illinois, the quake reached maximum intensity VII on the Modified Mercalli Scale. The earthquake caused minor damage in the nearest metropolitan centers, Evansville, 50 miles to the east and St. Louis, 110 miles northwest, and also caused alarm in Chicago, over 270 miles to the north. It was also felt in NE Arkansas. The following source coordinates were determined by ESSA's National Earthquake Information Center: January 25, 1955 Earthquake Northeast Arkansas An earthquake occured in the New Madrid Fault Zone on Tuesday, January 25, 1955. A University of Arkansas seismograph recorded the earthquake as lasting ten minutes from 1:25 to 1:35 am central time. Saint Louis University pinpointed the earthquake as occuring about 200 miles south of Saint Louis, Missouri near the borders of Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee. Residents of Memphis, Tennessee reported feeling light shocks and having dishes and windows rattled. In Arkansas, the earthquake was felt in Blytheville, Lepanto, Osceola, Wynne, and Paragould. This was the second reported earthquake in a year on the New Madrid Fault Zone.

A total lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth passes between the sun and the moon, throwing the moon into shadow. "For people in the western United States, the eclipse is deepest just before local dawn," NASA scientists said in a statement. "Face west to see the red moon sinking into the horizonas the sun rises behind your back. It's a rare way to begin your day." Observers in Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, and central and eastern Asia should also be well placed for the celestial show. General Information: This is a video of me playing my original 2009 drum solo, entitled "The Great Resolve", at my high school graduation open house on Saturday, June 20th, 2009. The open house took place in the afternoon from one o'clock to five o'clock, US Central time. The solo itself took place in the middle of the party. The setting is the north garage at my home in Brainerd, Minnesota. I played the drum solo using my 10-piece DW Pacific FS Series birch drum set, which was a brand new kit at the time.
