We rented our kayak at www.pedalspaddles.com in Seachelt.
In this video Randall and I are going on a sea kayak trip in Canada, BC. We got caught in bad weather and were glad when we reached a beach with oysters all over it. These oysters were not affected by the red tide, which we double checked with the natives there and with the red tide alarm system online.

The Salton Sea, a man made f-k up they did their best with. Things looked good for a bit. Nice desert oases with fishing, and long beaches. But then the salt levels kept rising and rising. The fish started dyeing and so did the surrounding towns. Now this is all that remains. FISH PUCKS!

Sea
A sea is a large body of salt water that is surrounded in whole or in part by land. More broadly, "the sea" is the interconnected system of Earth's salty, oceanic waters—considered as one global ocean or as several principal oceanic divisions. The sea moderates Earth's climate and has important roles in the water cycle, carbon cycle, and nitrogen cycle. Although the sea has been travelled and explored since prehistory, the modern scientific study of the sea—oceanography—dates broadly to the British Challenger expedition of the 1870s. The sea is conventionally divided into up to five large oceanic sections—including the IHO's four named oceans (the Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, and Arctic) and the Southern Ocean; smaller, second-order sections, such as the Mediterranean, are known as seas.
Owing to the present state of continental drift, the Northern Hemisphere is now fairly equally divided between land and sea (a ratio of about 2:3) but the South is overwhelmingly oceanic (1:4.7).Salinity in the open ocean is generally in a narrow band around 3.5% by mass, although this can vary in more landlocked waters, near the mouths of large rivers, or at great depths. About 85% of the solids in the open sea are sodium chloride. Deep-sea currents are produced by differences in salinity and temperature. Surface currents are formed by the friction of waves produced by the wind and by tides, the changes in local sea level produced by the gravity of the Moon and Sun. The direction of all of these is governed by surface and submarine land masses and by the rotation of the Earth (the Coriolis effect).

A Woman
A Woman was Charlie Chaplin's ninth film for Essanay Films. It was made in Los Angeles at the Majestic Studio and released in 1915. The film starts with Chaplin meeting Edna (Edna Purviance) and her parents in a park; the mother is played by Marta Golden and the father by Charles Insley. In this film, Chaplin dresses as a woman to fool Edna's father. It was the third and last time Chaplin played the role of a woman on film. He played a woman in two Keystone films: The Masquerader and A Busy Day.

Afterward, she called cops and they were trying to reach the recording artist by knocking on his door. Brown, however, never answered and told them to get a search warrant if they wanted to search his home. He even threw a duffel bag containing a gun and other items out of his window.
Later on in the day, Brown's friends left his home -- including Ray J -- and eventually, the singer/songwriter left, himself.
After leaving his home and being questioned by police for sometime, authorities arrested him. Brown was booked at LAPD jail facility and will soon be transferred to country jail.

Alexis Arquette, the transgender character actress and sibling of actors David, Rosanna, Richmond and Patricia Arquette, died early Sunday morning in Los Angeles. She was 47 and surrounded by family who serenaded her with David Bowie’s “Starman,” her siblings said in a statement Sunday. “Alexis was a brilliant artist and painter, a singer, an entertainer and an actor,” her brothers and sisters said ...
