Name | Debra Miceli |

Names | Alundra Blayze as Madusa Miceli. In a tournament final, she won the AWA World Women's Championship over Candi Devine on December 27, 1987. She later lost the title to Wendi Richter on November 26, 1988. Hennig and Madusa joined the Diamond Exchange, a stable led by Diamond Dallas Page that included Badd Company. With Badd Company she faced the team of the Top Guns (Ricky Rice and Derrick Dukes) and Wendi Richter at the only AWA pay-per-view SuperClash III. Both Badd Company’s Tag-Team Title and Wendi Richter’s AWA World Women's Championship were on the line, but since Richter pinned Miceli, Badd Company remained the champions. In 1988, Miceli was also the first woman to be awarded Pro Wrestling Illustrated's Rookie of the Year. Miceli and her partner Eddie Gilbert defeated Vachon and Cactus Jack, which resulted in Vachon having her head shaved. She acted primarily as Alliance member Rick Rude's manager. and Miceli was brought in by the company to revive the women's division. In mid-1994, Bull Nakano joined the WWF roster and began feuding with Miceli, who was still using the name Alundra Blayze. Blayze defeated Nakano at SummerSlam, but lost the belt to her on November 27, 1994 in Japan. Five months later on April 3, 1995, Blayze regained the title from Nakano on an edition of Monday Night Raw. As part of the storyline, immediately following the win, she was attacked by Bertha Faye, who broke her nose. In reality, the storyline was written so Miceli could take time off to get breast implants and a nose job. In December, due to financial troubles the WWF was having at the time she was released from her contract and was stripped of the title following her jump to rival company World Championship Wrestling, and the WWF Women's Championship remained vacant until 1998. showed up on WCW Monday Nitro on December 18 where she threw the WWF Women's Title belt into a trash can. Miceli immediately began using the Madusa name again, and the company brought in Bull Nakano to feud with her; they battled in a match at Hog Wild in August 1996. Due to pre-match stipulations, Madusa was allowed to destroy Nakano's motorcycle after the match. On June 15, Hokuto retained the title against Madusa at The Great American Bash in a Title vs. Career match. The latter then took a nearly two year hiatus from the company. |

Candi Devine (born ca. 1960; aka Candi Divine) is a former American professional wrestler. Her sister, Rose Rummel (aka Rose Love; Rose Devine), was also a wrestler.
She won a battle royal to fill the vacated title in 1984. Devine competed at the AWA's SuperClash, WrestleRock '86, Battle by the Bay and War in the Windy City cards. She was recognized as champion several times during that time period, mostly being awarded the belt by default as the number one contender (a common practice of the AWA), and trading it with Martel. Her feud with Martel carried over to Wild West Wrestling. She even tagged with Fabulous Lance aka Lance Von Erich against Martel and Iceman King Parsons.
She was very active in the AWA in late 1989 and throughout 1990 as part of the Team Challenge Series, wrestling in mixed tag team matches and in singles matches against Wendi Richter and Magnificent Mimi. She won the title the final time on December 6, 1989 when she defeated Judy Martin to determine the new Women's Champion after Richter vacated the belt.
On June 9, 1991, Rockin' Robin defeated Devine to become the first UWF Women's Champion at UWF Beach Brawl, the company's first and only pay-per-view. Devine won the UWF Women's Championship in 1994 after she defeated Tina Moretti, and again in 1996.
Candi Devine occasionally does local shows for LadySports.com and SlamminLadies.com. Devine defeated Bambi on a USWO card on October 14, 2005.
Longtime PGWA fans know that Candi Divine never gave anything less than her all in the ring. Now, the PGWA is asking fans to help give to her.
Candi's partner of 17 years, Tom Burton, recently passed away at the too-young age of 46, the victim of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. In addition to dealing with her loss, Candi is also responsible for a great many bills, and frankly the expenses are simply too much for her to handle alone.
That is why the PGWA is turning to Candi's many fans. Our relationship with Candi goes back all the way to our very beginning; she was one of the very first wrestlers to work with the PGWA at our founding in 1992, and she continued to step into our ring for many years after that. In 2008, Candi was a special guest at our "A Banner Night" live card in Millersville, Tennessee, where she was awarded the Penny Banner Spirit of Excellence Award.
Candi debuted as a teenaged phenom in the early 1980's, going on to become one of the best-known ladies in the sport. Among her many championship accomplishments was winning the AWA Women's Title no less than three times. In 1994 she was honored by the Cauliflower Alley Club for her accomplishments and her contributions to the sport of wrestling.
Tom Burton was well known to fans both across the United States as well as in Japan as 'Dirty White Boy' Tom Davis, working for the WWF, WCW, USWA, and a host of independent organizations.
