Shallon Lester (born January 23, 1980) is an American author and television personality. She is the central figure in reality show Downtown Girls and blogger for Glamour magazine and a popular video blogger for DoubleAgent.com. In 2008 she published a teen fiction novel, Hot Mess co-written with Slept Away author Julie Kraut. Her second novel, a collection of humor memoirs called Exes and Ohs: A Downtown Girl's (Mostly Awkward) Tales of Love, Lust, Revenge and a Little Facebook Stalking, was released June 7, 2011 through Random House.

She has been a gossip writer for the New York Daily News as well as Associate Editor for FHM magazine. She is romantically linked with Joel Lindpere of the New York Red Bulls major league soccer team.

He Said was the name used by Wire member Graham Lewis for his solo record releases in the 1980s.

The first He Said album titled Hail was released by Mute Records in October 1986. It was produced by Graham Lewis and John Fyer and recorded at Blackwing Studios in London. Collaborators on the album included fellow Wire member Bruce Gilbert and musician Brian Eno, who played a Yamaha DX7 synthesiser on the track I Fall into Your Arms. Two singles were released from the initial album, including Pump and Only One I. The CD release included the September single release, Pulling 3g's / Pale Feet.

In July 1988 Mute released the single Could You, again produced by Lewis and Fryer. This single was included on the last He Said album titled Take Care which was released by Mute the following year.
