Will Wright (game designer)
William Ralph "Will" Wright (born January 20, 1960) is an American video game designer and co-founder of the former game development company Maxis, and then part of Electronic Arts (EA). In April 2009, he left EA to run "Stupid Fun Club Camp", an entertainment think tank in which Wright and EA are principal shareholders.
The first computer game Wright designed was Raid on Bungeling Bay in 1984, but it was SimCity that brought him to prominence. The game was released by Maxis, a company Wright formed with Jeff Braun, and he built upon the game's theme of computer simulation with numerous other titles including SimEarth and SimAnt.
Wright's greatest success to date comes from being the original designer for The Sims. The game spawned multiple sequels like The Sims 2, The Sims 3, and The Sims 4 and expansions packs, and Wright has earned many awards for his work. His latest work, Spore, was released in September 2008 and features gameplay based upon the model of evolution and scientific advancement. The game sold 406,000 copies within three weeks of its release.

William Henry "Will" Wright (March 26, 1894 – June 19, 1962) was an American actor. He was frequently cast in westerns and as curmudgeonly old men. Over the course of his career, Wright appeared in more than 200 film and television roles.
Career
Born in San Francisco, Wright worked as a newspaperman before beginning a career in show business. He started his acting career in vaudeville and later moved to the stage. While on the NY stages, he picked up some film roles at Vitaphone Studios in Brooklyn; one confirmed sighting is in the Edgar Bergen & Charlie McCarthy short subject Pure Feud (1934) as 'Lem'. Wright also worked in radio, appearing in more than five thousand radio programs. His radio performances have included Zeb on Al Pearce and His Gang, George Honeywell in My Little Margie, Mahoney on Glamour Manor and the title character, Ephraim Tutt in The Amazing Mr. Tutt. He has also guest starred on radio shows, such as The Man Called X, The Charlotte Greenwood Show and The Jack Benny Program (he later appeared on the television version of the program).
Will Wright (cyclist)
Will Wright (born 4 July 1973) is a Welsh racing cyclist, he has twice represented Wales in the Commonwealth Games, and is also the proprietor of the Stockport based cycle retailer.
Will began cycling in his early teens, joining 'Manchester Velo' on their weekly club runs each Sunday, but only once he had completed his paper round. The nickname given to him then was Willie Feet due to his unusually large feet.
After finishing his secondary education, Will went to work for 'Marple Cyclesport'. Having gained some success whilst racing, Wright was selected to represent Wales at the Commonwealth Games in Victoria, Canada in 1994. It was there at the Games that Wright rode his first track competition, having never before ridden the track. He competed in the Games once more, closer to home in Manchester in 2002, but unfortunately fell during the men's points race final after hitting a fallen rider; footage of which can be seen on the BBC Motion Gallery.
Will took over 'Bardsley Cycles' at 482 Manchester Road, Stockport, Greater Manchester in the 1990s, which was subsequently renamed 'Will's Wheels' which also sponsors it's eponymous cycling club, 'Will's Wheels Cycling Club'. As well the cycling club, Will's Wheels supports local cycle races by providing prizes which Wright himself has been known to present Will retired from competitive cycling to spend time with daughters Emily and Megan, and wife Sarah.
