'Syrian rebels have fight with Jews ahead of them'
Syria has accused the US, France and their allies in the Arab world of sabotaging peace efforts by supporting rebels with arms, money and mercenaries. The country's foreign minister delivered a fiery speech on the final day of the UN General Assembly. Meanwhile, claims are emerging that some of the western-backed rebels - who also have the support of Israel - might try to target Jews if they manage to topple President Assad. Journalist Kapil Komireddi uncovered some of the evidence supporting these claims. Rebel victory possible in Syria, but at unacceptable price - Russia
Russia says it doesn't rule out the possibility of a rebel victory in Syria's long-running conflict, admitting that the Assad government is losing control of the country. The statement follows an international conference, where around a hundred states pledged to boost their support for the opposition. Surviving a Siege - Syria
For downloads and more information visit: www.journeyman.tv Bitter fighting and senseless death dominate the streets of Qusayr. As the UN meets to discuss the hopeless situation in Syria this shocking report displays the vicious reality at the coalface of the deadlock. "Here is where the soldiers of Assad used to be," Abu Arab, a Free Syria Army commander says as he stands on a deserted street that is now just a pile of rubble. Only a few months ago Qusayr, just outside of Homs, was a busy town with 50000 inhabitants. Now it looks deserted. As an important gateway for weapons, it has been relentlessly shelled by the army. The FSA has captured many tanks in the area, but many more remain, meaning that there is no end in sight to the bloodshed. The local hospital has no facilities and is full of wounded civilians. "We can't do anything in this hospital," the doctor says with dismay. A man whose back is peppered with shrapnel lives for only a few minutes after being brought in and so does an eight-year-old girl struck by a mortar explosion. The fighting is so close to the hospital that we see the windows blown in from bomb blasts and bullets can be heard whizzing by the windows. And as the civilian deaths mount up the desire for revenge intensifies, entrenching an already bitter conflict. "May God send somebody to shoot the man who shot you," one victim's relatives pray. Chemical Syria: 'Enemies of Allah will die like rabbits'
Syria's military is preparing to use chemical weapons against rebels, and is awaiting final orders from President Assad according to un-named US officials quoted in the American media. Washington says THAT would be all the reason it needs to intervene in the conflict. And as RT's Middle East correspondent Paula Slier reports, the timing of these unsubstantiated WMD revelations may not be coincidence. Also, RT talks to Dr. Ali Mohamad, the editor in chief of the Syria Tribune online magazine. Captured Syrian pilot speaks to Al Jazeera
A Syrian air force pilot captured by rebels after his plane was shot down has told Al Jazeera that he did not know he was bombing civilians. Captain Roni Ibrahim said he and his fellow pilots were isolated from the reality of the conflict. Ibrahim said he was speaking freely, though Al Jazeera was unable to verify the claim. Anita McNaught has this exclusive report from the northern town of al-Bab.

The Fighting Faithful: Jihad ravages Syria as Ramadan begins
Government forces in Syria are launching all-out counter attacks in the capital to reclaim districts held by rebels. But the country is now facing a new, religious front. It's split over when to start marking the Islamic Holy month of Ramadan. It's meant to be a time of peace and prayer in the Muslim world - but Syrians have little hope it will help curtail violence, as RT's Oksana Boyko now reports from Damascus. UK to intervene in Syria soon?
The UK's most senior general said on a BBC interview Sunday that Britain had in place contingency plans for a "very limited" response in the case of a worsening humanitarian situation in Syria within the next few months. The admission from Chief of the Defense Staff General Sir David Richards is the most serious warning yet that Britain is preparing for some kind of military involvement in Syria. RT talks more on Syria with political analyst Doctor Franklin Lamb. Syria. The other side.
Following the recent events that took place in Syria, people all over the world used to see this country like it presented by media. I have been twice there and can assure you Syria is a wonderful land with its age-old traditions and unique culture. First, I came to Syria together with my friends in August 2010. That's exactly when I shot my first video about the place. Later Blake Whitman showed it on vimeo.com HD channel. The movie was warmly met and watched by a great number of people, what gave me an opportunity to take part in another project in Syria in February this year. It was a documentary about the country made in 20 days. I was DOP in a second unit. The video you see I made together with my friend from my Syrian shot here, at home. I wish people remembered Syria a great and marvelous country like it really is! Thank you!

A Day in the Life of a Syrian Citizen Journalist
Hussein worked for his family's real estate company before the Syrian uprising became increasingly violent 8 months ago. Frequent bombings and gunfire between President Bashar al-Assad forces and Syrian rebels turned the country into one of the most dangerous place in the world. Most jobs in Syria, including Hussein's in Qusayr, disappeared.
Hussein, a pro-revolution activist who asked not to use his last name for fear of retribution, began taking pictures and videos of the violence and sending them to TV stations, free of charge. Blockades and attacks on foreign journalists in Syria has made real-time information about the conflict more and more scarce.
Broadcaster are increasingly relying on untrained citizen journalists like Hussein for insight into what's going on in the country.
In this eye-opening Storyhunter video, Hussein tells his story.

Syrian School - Part 2 - Rap Refugees
Episode two introduces Yarmouk School, which sits in the heart of a Palestinian Refugee Camp that’s sat on the southern edge of the city for over sixty years. Nearly all its students are Palestinian, coming of age in a society obsessed with its Palestinian identity and right to return to its homeland.
Two schoolgirls are breaking the mould. Shaza and Rahaf dream of serving the Palestinian cause though rap music, but their plans put them on a collision course with their parents and traditionalist head teacher as they try to bring their radical rap into the classroom.

Syrian Insurgents Force Prisoner to Become a Suicide Bomber
This video and story has now been completely taken down by the BBC. It was originally from the new york times. www.bbc.co.uk I have uploaded it on my channel in the previous video. But have also annotated my own version which is fair use incase they force me to take the other one down. It shows how callous and blood thirsty these NATO/Israel backed warcriminals can be! So much for freedom loving unarmed protesters
