How To Write a Film Score (Behind the Scenes)
This is a look at what goes on behind the scenes of film projects. Sorry the volume is a little low. I had to balance the soft delicate music with my speaking voice so I turned it down a bit. Listen here: soundcloud.com FAQs: What Program Do You Use? -Logic Pro 9 What Sample Libraries Do You Use? -In this particular video, I used East West Hollywood Strings and Symphonic Orchestra, Spitfire's Albion and Felt Piano, CineSamples' HollyWoodwinds, Drums of War 2, and Piano in Blue, and finally 8dio's Epic Taiko Ensemble. Can I Use Your Music in My Videos? -Yes, the music on my channel, unless otherwise stated in the description, is fair game. I just love getting a little credit in your videos please. I love to get emails from you showing me what you did with my music too! Brendan Cherry's Channel: www.youtube.com

Get my Music here: adrianvonziegler.bandcamp.com or on iTunes: itunes.apple.com Get real CD's here: www.cdbaby.com Facebook / Twitter / Merchandise: www.facebook.com twitter.com www.redbubble.com This song took lots and lots of work and it will be an essential part of the next Celtic/Gothic focused album. I thought about uploading it as „Epic Music" but I realized that the word epic is not a genre, it is a quality. I feel that the listener is the one who has to decide whether a song is „epic", and not the composer. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it. =) Self-composed 100% as always, on keyboard. Hans Zimmer: the Conscious of Creating the Film Score
Hans Zimmer talks about the conscious approach to creating the score. The tremendous amounts of energy, the thought process, the process of talking it out. Hans brings us in, closer, to the processes of the generations of many variables of sounds which ultimately form one. (Read more at - www.themusicfoundatin.com)

Film Score Audition - Fiona Joy Hawkins
Do you need music for film or TV? I'm an Aussie and I'm a story teller. I believe I can turn pictures into music to bring out the essence of the subject matter and enhance visual images. I need someone to GIVE ME A GO. Think of this as an audition. I'm calling this 'Imaginary Film Score'........its based on story board in my head and is a mix of themes and improvisations while thinking about a theme (the destruction of the planet in this case) -- you will note that the happy theme is at the end when the human race is gone and the planet is free to renew itself. I never said musicians weren't weird! If you want to hear the lyrics (ethereal layered vocals) and orchestration that I imagine will go with this piece you can contact me via my website at www.fionajoyhawkins.com . I would love to record them for you -- particularly if your name is Steven Spielberg, Peter Jackson, James Cameron, Ron Howard or Francis Coppola I have charted at the top of New Age and I also cross over into Celtic and world flavours. You can listen to Blue Dream to hear instrumentation. This was kind of an accident..... (trust me, if I knew this was going to be filmed I would have put make-up on, it just 'happened') - Its partially an improvisation and I'm choosing to think it happened for a reason. Maybe its the 'break' I'm waiting for. And....maybe I'll meet you because of it. Buy BLUE DREAM (winner of Best Instrumental Album, Best Accoustic Album, Best New Age Album and ARIA Finalist) at www ...

Film Music - Countdown
Get my Music here: adrianvonziegler.bandcamp.com or on iTunes: itunes.apple.com Get real CD's here: www.cdbaby.com Facebook / Twitter / Merchandise: www.facebook.com twitter.com www.redbubble.com This is a Score that should describe a Scene in a War Movie or Thriller. Running out of Time, trying to prevent a Catastrophe in a Stealth Mission. The Middle Part was how I thought the Music should change if the Protagonist nearly got hit by an Explosion and therefore his Senses become numb for a While, especially Hearing and Balance. Composed 100% by myself as always, arranged on Keyboard and produced with Magix Music Maker Pro 16. The Picture is an Artwork from either a Movie or a Game, I really don't know. I got it from a free Wallpaper Site. © All Audio Material is copyrighted by Adrian von Ziegler.

Film Score - Revenge
I was browsing around for a new desktop wallpaper and stumbled upon this Spawn wallpaper/painting. I was so inspired by it that I decided to compose a music piece around it. It's crazy I imagined an entire story from this one piece of still art. I believe you can hear that story in this song. Credits I got a lot of feedback and support from various people while making this song. Most importantly a buddy of mine Kristian Urosevic did all of the guitar you hear throughout the song. His amazing guitar work really brings out the story that I wanted to portray. Reason Film Scoring is a series of tutorials about how to create filmscores with the Reason orchestra refill. In this first episode, I talk a little bit about ways to create some realistic trombones for your scores. Learn about combining piano and mezzo/forte samples to create a rising trombone sound! The song at the end of the tutorial is called "Facing The End", which is the main theme to the "Facing The End" series by TheMinecraftMuse. Thanks for the opportunity of scoring your series, Muse!
