Moville, County Donegal
www.donegalcottageholidays.com Moville is located on the banks of Lough Foyle and is only a 30 min drive from the historic city of Derry. One of Donegal's heritage towns, Moville takes it's name from the Irish Maghbile, which means "Plain of the Ancient Tree" and refers to the site of an ancient monastery. A few miles to the north lies the fishing port of Greencastle where you can catch a car ferry across the Foyle to Magilligan - and onwards to the many beautiful sites of the Northern Irish coastline. A visit to the Giant's Causeway and The Dunluce Centre is highly recommended. For the golfer Moville is ideally situated for playing the courses of north Inishowen, Ballyliffen, Greencastle and

Enya was born in Gweedore, County Donegal, Ireland (From Where I Am)
ABOUT ENYA » Profile Full name: Eithne Patricia Ní Bhraonáin the name Eithne comes from Irish mythology and was chosen by Enya's grandfather, what's quite funny when you read the legend behind it Place of birth: Gweedore, Co. Donegal, Ireland Date of birth: May 17, 1961 Zodiac sign: Taurus Parents: Leo and Máire (Baba) Brennan Siblings: brothers Ciarán, Pól, Leon, Bartley; sisters Máire, Deidre, Olive and Bridin First language: Irish Gaelic Languages she speaks: Irish Gaelic, English Education: Loreto College, Milford, Co. Donegal "I'm happy about some aspects but I always have recurring nightmares about it. Last night I dreamt that the nuns came in and said "You've got to come back to school now", and I said "But I've got an interview to do tomorrow". But they just said "It doesn't matter - you've got to come back to boarding school." The nuns were extremely strict. Every moment of your day was allocated for something. If you were walking down a corridor, it meant that you were in the wrong place at the wrong time and you were questioned. You would have to have a very good excuse. Luckily there were day pupils as well so there were some boys there too. That's good because if you're a teenager at an all girls' school, boys become such a giggly topic of conversation." Marital status: single Height: 1.6m (5ft 3in) Eye color: greenish brown Hair color: dark-brown Producer: Nicky Ryan Lyricist: Roma Ryan Recording companies: Atlantic, WEA (since Watermark) Previous group ...
