Fixed Penalty Fines
[NOTE - READ DESCRIPTION FULL] * People are not understanding the purposes of the video, and posting completely insane comments like it is acceptable for sombody to recieve an £80 fine for something smaller than 1 inch. Let me clear this up. The "Apparent" Litter was placed on-top of a cigarette dispose section (Perfectly Legal) To which it must of blown off, When i was made aware of this, i PICKED IT UP and placed it in my pocket, but was STILL given the fine!* Fixed Penalty Fines... Another way to prosecute the innocent! In this video i discuss Fixed Penalty Fines, and how i received one for apparently littering a piece of paper, that you would have problems seeing with the naked eye. While criminals aren't sentenced to prison, the innocent citizens of this country are forced to pay more and more each day for the smallest of crimes, which are classed as 'offenses' I do not condone littering, but isn't their a limit on what can be classed as litter? How is it justice when a tiny piece of paper, that even a modest respectable person would have no remorse of throwing on the floor can land you in a fine upto £2500 My case is still being investigated, so i will be sure to up date you as soon as i can. Lucas Moura SKILLS - scores fine goal and wins penalty as Sao Paulo beat Cruzeiro
It was a great game for top transfer target Lucas Moura as his team Sao Paulo beat Cruzeiro in the Campeonato Brasileiro. Visitors Sao Paulo took the lead after 13 minutes when former Sevilla man Luis Fabiano seized on Rafael Donato's mistake. But a minute later and the defender made amends with this equaliser. Three minutes later and Cruzeiro's defensive frailties were again displayed. Moura cut inside his man beautifully before firing a fine goal into the bottom corner and Jadson made it 3-1 just after the interval. Donato headed in another goal back to give the hosts hope. But Moura was again causing trouble - this time winning a penalty. Fabio kept out Fabiano, but they couldn't force an equaliser as they slump to defeat and second place in the table. AMAZING Goalkeeper saves same penalty three times
A Bolivian goalkeeper has pulled off one of the most amazing sequences of penalty saves ever seen on a football pitch after he saved the same penalty three times. With the scores locked at 1-1 with 16 minutes left, Carlos Arias of Bolivian top-flight side Oriente Petrolero was called upon to try and stop a spot-kick taken by Universitario's Gabriel Rios. The striker hit a fine penalty that was screaming towards the top corner, but Arias pulled off a marvellous dive high and right to push the ball around the post, showing why he has earned 39 international caps for his country. Everyone in the stadium was impressed with Arias's heroics apart from referee Evert Cuellar, who judged that Arias had come off his line early and ordered the spot-kick to be retaken. It's an offence that is almost never given, particularly given that Arias was only a foot or two off his line - but Cuellar stuck to his guns and Rios lined up again. His second effort was solid if not brilliant, and as Arias again guessed correctly he parried it easily. But Cuellar was still not satisfied, claiming that the goalie was once again off his line. They had been angry the first time, but second time around the furious Oriente players lost the plot completely. After failing to intimidate the match officials into changing their minds, they stormed off the pitch back towards the dugout and initially refused to play on. A nine-minute break ensued, after which Oriente decided they should play on. Once again ...

How to deal with Penalty Charge Notices issued by civil enforcement.
Thanks to psychodrilla for this upload. If you did not interrupt the flow of commerce, or other peoples rights of access, if you did not cause anyone any loss, you dont have to pay any fine. Thats why parking tickets hardley ever go to court, most parking fines dont have a victim. Bill of Rights Act 1689: "That all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of particular persons before conviction are illegal and void". "Before conviction" means that no fine or forfeit can be imposed until and unless the individual is convicted in a court of law. The Bill of Rights Act cannot be repealed. It is a constitutional Act that protects our constitutional rights. Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights, protects the right to a fair trial. In civil cases it protects the right to a public hearing before an independent and impartial tribunal within reasonable time. courtesy of the BBC consumer show WATCHDOG this is real and legal/lawful NOTICE: "Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Video The Penalty Miss That Got Steve McClaren The Sack At Wolfsburg
Now far be it for us to claim that this one penalty miss by Diego was the sole reason for Steve McClaren's departure from Wolfsburg, as the team' record of one win in 10 games seems closer to the real breaking point. But it seems Diego's penalty miss against Hannover played a key role in proving that the 'Wally with the Brolly' had lost the dressing room. As was evidenced by comments yesterday from Wolfsburg director of sport Dieter Hoeness: "The players argued about it [the penalty] like kids in a playground, and because of that we were beaten in a match that we should never have lost." To set the scene, Wolfsburg were 1-0 down at Hannover on Saturday when they won a penalty on 80 minutes after Emanuel Pogatetz fouled Diego. The Brazilian playmaker picked up the ball and ignored the claims of regular spot kick taker Patrick Helmes, to step up... and smash the ball against the bar. McClaren's final act as Wolfsburg coach was to fine Diego for taking the penalty. Whilst a very small incident in McClaren's time at Wolfsburg, it could well be the defining moment.

Anonymous: Operation S.978
A lot of people were requesting a video on Bill S.978 and I got tired of sending links, so I'm just posting it on this channel. Please spread, we need to get the word out. TRANSCRIPT _______________ To the people of the world, We are Anonymous. The United States Congress is trying to pass a bill that will make it a criminal offense to stream copyrighted material without authorization. This means, that any videogame game play, demos, or tutorials will be taken off the web. The penalties for this bill are not only massive, but pose both the option of jail time and the paying of a hefty fine. Uploading a video to YouTube or some other means of multimedia communication can land someone up to 5 years in prison based on the idea of copyright infringement. However, as always, congress has decided to take their tyrannical scheme one step further. If a video is deemed as copy right infrigement, you upload more than one copyrighted works and the "retail value" of your performances exceeds a certain limit, you are deemed a criminal in the eyes of the United States Congress. In short, this means that if the government thinks that you have cost the copyright owner too much money, then you can do both jail time and pay a large fine. On top of that, if you simply provide a link to a copyrighted video, you could face penalties as well. Gamers, your opinions are apparently becoming too much of a risk to the governments money. By providing your guidance to games, your opinions, and your ...

Yellow box junction penalty charge notice PCN appeal video, TFL
My appeal was upheld - stormcab.blogspot.com all the hard work was worth it. We received a PCN from TFL for stopping in a box junction, that was very faded and did not adhere to other guidelines regarded being enforceable. I made this video both to help in our appeal, and to be a some guidance for others fighting to have their PCNs overturned.

Serena Williams argument with umpire 2011 US OPEN Final but Avoids Ban
Check Out www.stevegtennis.com for more action WAS THE PENALTY FAIR? PLEASE COMMENT YOUR OPINION!!! ANGRY Serena Williams outburst at the US Open 2011 final. She gets fined $2000 but escapes ban. Williams blames her outburst on Emotions..Was the umpire Eva Asderaki correct to give the point to Stosur? Was there any difference between the noise Serena made and a mega loud grunting sound made by many other Women on the tour? If she had made such a sound when her opponent was about to put away an easy ball then maybe a point penalty against her would have been fair, but surely the umpire should be able to apply rules to the situation, and if that was done there is no way the point should have been give to Stosur. Regardless, maybe this would not have effected the result. What do you think?

Citizen shows Mayor Michael Bloomberg he is not ABOVE the Law !
A fed up Manhattan resident records Mayor Michael Bloomberg landing his personal helicopter in a heliport that is closed on weekends because of the air and noise pollution in direct violation of the law. This is the very same billionaire mayor that has been ticketing New Yorkers into poverty with smoking, parking, bicycle, dog walking, public trash can, seat belt, cell phone, beer, schools ... you name it, this tyrant has a law and penalty for it. New Yorkers have been bombarded with tickets and summonses as this billionaire flies over our heads breaking laws himself that he will never have to answer for because he claims he is busy do the people's work which actual consist of him flying his girlfriend and her dogs around in his half million dollar helicopter. This is one of Jim Hoffers best reports ever as he confronts the hypocrisy of this mayor that truly believes he is ABOVE the law. This is is a clear example of what a tyrant is, a man in a position of power that believes he is exempt from the rules and laws that the citizenry must obey.

NBA to Fine Flops
David Stern and the National Basketball Association has decided to take the art of "flopping" head on. Stern has instituted rules and a series of fines for a first time offender all the way up to a 5th time offender. During the regular season, if a player flops more than six times they are subject to a suspension! Is the rule good for the NBA?
