  1. I just discovered your site and podcasts. I’ve already listened to a couple. Just want to say it’s nice to hear a science podcast that hasn’t been completely dumbed-down.

If you haven’t already reported on it, it would be great to hear you speak on network-level brain dynamics, brain rhythms, etc. (a la the work of Gyorgi Buzsaki).

    Thanks!

  2. Hi Ginger, thanks for a great show. I thought I’d let you know how much I appreciate it and how much intellectual pleasure it has given me. Carry on the great work.

    Cheers,

    Jacques

  3. Hi Ginger.
    Thanks for the great podcasts.

I am especially interested in anything about the topic of ‘improving ones self’ in a neurological way, as I seem to have trouble learning new things. (it is funny how much motivation can make a difference)

I listen frequently to you in the car on my commute, turning a nasty gas burning experience into a combination of global and intellectual warming ;>)

  4. Dr. Campbell,
Thank you so much for your work on these podcasts. I took your listener survey and will try to write a decent review on iTunes when I have the time to write something decent.
I’m very interested in the science dealing with the brain, though my work is graphic design and have no formal education/training in science or medicine. I’m able to keep up with most of your interviews, and what I’m not sure about, well that’s what google is for.
I was able to play the “female brain” episode for my wife, and it covered some of the things she and I had talked about before in conversations, so it was nice to have someone else saying similar things.
It is terribly hard not to try to problem solve when she’s upset, so I do my best to listen when it’s more an emotional problem than a practical one. But she also appreciates my advice, and I’m sure is perfectly capable of ignoring it when she doesn’t want to hear it anyway.
    Vive la difference!
Please keep up the good work.
