Gary Moore - Parisenne Walkway (From "One Night In Dublin: A Tribute To Phil Lynott")
For more info - www.eagle-rock.com On 20 August 2005, on what would have been his 56th birthday, a statue of Phil Lynott was unveiled in Dublin's Grafton Street by his mother. There to witness the event were members of Thin Lizzy from throughout the band's career. Later that evening they joined forces under the leadership of Gary Moore for a concert that paid tribute to Phil Lynott's memory. The core band of Moore, Jethro Tull bass player Jonathan Noyce and Thin Lizzy's one and only drummer Brian Downey were joined by the stellar guitar talents of Brian Robertson, Scott Gorham and Eric Bell for a set of Lizzy and Gary Moore classics.

Parisienne Walkways - Gary Moore
Gary Moore is, in my opinion, one of the most under-rated, un-appreciated and un-publicized blues guitarists of our times. Here he is with his classic "Parisienne Walkways" from the "Ballads and Blues (1982-1994)" album.

Formula D Sonoma | Mad World
Formula Drift made its yearly stop in Sonoma, California last weekend. I’ve been looking forward to this event, simply because I live less than an hour away and I had a guaranteed bed to sleep in. However, the weekend was not without snags.
Upon my arrival, I found that I was not on the list for media, since KP Race and Victor Moore were unable to make it to Sonoma – this rendered my credentials were void. Therefore, I made the best of my bad luck and decided that if I couldn’t get the really close action shots, I would take a few steps back and shoot a different perspective. The next morning, I drove down to Borrowed Lenses in San Carlos and rented a tilt-shift lens. Over the past few months, my interest in these lenses has grown quite a bit and when I saw Mister Geoff Pitts from Thunder Drift taking photos with one at Formula D Las Vegas, I knew I had to try it. Fate truly couldn’t have presented me with a finer opportunity. Enjoy!

Gary Moore - Where Are You Now (from "Live at Montreux 2010" Blu-Ray/DVD/CD)
www.eagle-rock.com 2010 saw Gary Moore make a return to rock music after a long period of time exploring the blues. He was writing and working on a new rock album when all was brought to a halt by his untimely death on 6 February 2011. This concert from Montreux in July 2010 was his last performance to be filmed. The setlist draws heavily on his hugely successful rock albums of the eighties, stirs in a couple of his classic blues tracks with some memorable hit singles and includes three brand new songs that would have featured on the album left sadly uncompleted on his death. Gary Moore was one of the finest and most respected guitarists the British Isles have ever produced. This concert shows just what a talent we will miss. Tracklisting: 1) Over The Hills And Far Away 2) Thunder Rising 3) Military Man 4) Days Of Heroes 5) Where Are You Now? 6) So Far away / Empty Rooms 7) Oh Wild One 8) Blood Of Emeralds 9) Out In The Fields 10) Still Got The Blues 11) Walking By Myself 12) Johnny Boy 13) Parisienne Walkways Bonus Features Four previously unreleased tracks from Gary Moore's 1997 performance at Montreux: 1) One Good Reason 2) Oh Pretty Woman 3) Still Got The Blues 4) Walking By Myself

Gary Moore - Red House (The Strat Pack Live in Concert 2004)
Wembley Arena - a September 24, 2004, concert marking the 50th Anniversary of the Fender Stratocaster guitar. Pino Palladino: Bass guitar; Ian Thomas: Drums & percussion. Robert William Gary Moore (4 April 1952 -- 6 Feb. 2011), was a Northern Irish musician, blues singer and guitarist. In a career dating back to the 1960s, Moore played with artists including Phil Lynott and Brian Downey during his teens, leading him to memberships with the Irish bands Skid Row and Thin Lizzy on three separate occasions. Moore shared the stage with such blues and rock luminaries as BB King, Albert King, Colosseum II, George Harrison and Greg Lake, as well as having a successful solo career. He guested on a number of albums recorded by high profile musicians, including a cameo appearance playing the lead guitar solo on "She's My Baby" from Traveling Wilburys Vol. 3. Moore died in his sleep of a heart attack[2] in his hotel room while on holiday in Estepona, Spain, in February 2011. RIP "Red House" is a song written by Jimi Hendrix and originally recorded by The Jimi Hendrix Experience in 1966. The song, a slow twelve-bar blues, "is one of the most traditional in sound and form of all his official recordings". It was developed during his pre-Experience days while Hendrix was performing in Greenwich Village and was inspired by earlier blues songs. Hendrix recorded several studio and live versions during his career. A monaural recording from December 13, 1966 at the CBS Studios in London was ...
