Francis - Trailer (1950)
The truthful soldier Stirling didn't know how to lie about his source of information, the talking army Mule, Francis, so he was treated as a lunatic and led to one after another hilarious situations, where the mule was the only one that appeared in his right mind. In the process of all this, the mule assisted in uncovering a spy, Mareen, who pretended to be lost among the jungles, but was actually... This is a perfect family film, even amusing to the adults. If people all have enough sense as this talking mule does, the world will be a much better place than its present condition.

Never on a sunday - Connie Francis (the 1950's era)- lyrics in info
Originally sang by Connie Francis and others followed later the same song Oh, you can kiss me on a Monday a Monday a Monday is very very good Or you can kiss me on a Tuesday a Tuesday a Tuesday in fact I wish you would Or you can kiss me on a Wednesday a Thursday a Friday and Saturday is best But never ever on a Sunday a Sunday a Sunday cause that's my day of rest Most any day you can be my guest Any day you say but my day of rest Just name the day that you like the best Only stay away on my day of rest Oh, you can kiss me on a cool day a hot day a wet day which ever one you choose Or try to kiss me on a gray day a May day a pay day and see if I refuse And if you make it on a bleak day a freak day or a week day Well you can be my guest But never ever on a Sunday a Sunday the one day I need a little rest Oh, you can kiss me on a week day a week day a week day the day to be my guest

It's a Great Life (1950's sitcom) "Private Eyes" (James Dunn, Frances Bavier) Pt. 1 of 3
PART ONE OF THREE. In this uproarious sitcom, which ran from 1954-1956, Michael O'Shea and William Bishop play two bachelors renting a room from brother and sister Earl (James Dunn) and Amy Morgan (Frances Bavier.) In this complete episode, Steve and Earl get mistaken for private eyes, and end up on the wrong side of the law - with side splitting results! Frances Bavier went on to play Aunt Bee in The Andy Griffith Show.
