Choir of the Crickets
Who knew that the Crickets sing like humans? Watch! That will open your heart ... It seems that this sound comes from a CD released in 1992 by Jim Wilson & David Carson "God's Chorus". If someone knows if they have used the sound for their CD or if they have actually did that study themselves, please let me know. I would highly appreciate it. Thank you and enjoy this video.

Rich O'Toole - The Cricket Song (Official Video)
The Cricket Song (Official Video) Rich O'Toole Lyrics: The Air last night was warm and moist. In a dream I thought I heard your voice. Well I went outside and started to sing, the crickets where doing the very same thing. Me and the crickets sing all night long, Me and the crickets sing the same damn song. A song of how love should be, A song of how you should be with me. The crickets sing loud, but they sing good, The crickets sing like I wish I could. I sing good but the crickets sing best, Me and the crickets put the night to rest. Me and the crickets sing all night long, Me and the crickets sing the same damn song. A song of how love should be, A song of how you should be with me. --------------------------------------- Wonder if the crickets know, Where love comes from and where love goes. If they know they're not saying a thang, All they do is sit here and sing. Yea cause me in the crickets sing all night long, Me in the crickets sing the same damn song. A song of how love should be, A song of how you should be with me. Me and the crickets sing all night long, Me and the crickets sing the same damn song. A song of how love should be, A song of how you should be with me. Well I really think you should be with me. Well you ask the crickets and they'll agree, You ask the crickets and they'll agree.

Buddy Holly on the Arthur Murray Dance Party 12/29/57
Buddy Holly and the Crickets made an appearance on the Arthur Murray Dance Party on December 29, 1957. It was unusual to see a band like the Crickets performing on the show. This video includes the complete introduction by Kathryn Murray. Another interesting note...this footage is used on Dick Clark's "American Bandstand" compilations. Clark claims that the footage of the only appearance that Holly and the Crickets made on Bandstand in the fall of 1958 was destroyed in the 70s. They performed "Heartbeat". It's a shame that the footage was destroyed because it was Buddy's last appearance on TV before his death.

Shturcite(The Crickets) - Kletva (An oath)
The Crickets is the most popular and loved rock band in Bulgaria. They are together since 1967 - the days when in this country rock music was branded as an instrument of ideological diversion imposing pernicious influence on the youth. Still with the name of the band start the problems for the four musicians with representatives of the political regime in these days. The reason is the close meaning with the name of the Liverpool's band Beatles. Nevertheless despite all obstacles and bans thanks to the fans love and their talent, The Crickets manage to establish themselves as the biggest Bulgarian group for all times. Even in 1967 at Golden Orpheus International Festival The crickets together with the singer Georgi Minchev win fist prize with the song "White silence" -- the same song is announced Song of the year. In the next year 1968 their first album shows up, but the song "Ring" is number one hit in the year chart of Bulgarian National radio. 1969 is the year of their second album and their song "A song for the crickets" that becomes a favorite hit of the young people for the next couple of years. The band makes lots of concerts throughout Bulgaria and abroad -- USSR, Czechoslovakia, Poland and GDR. During the 70's The Crickets record four more albums, one of them in Germany where the songs "Remote bay" and "Give me little tenderness" leads the local charts. In 1978 starts the second decade of success for The Crickets. The album they record the same year reaches 100 ...

Buddy Holly & The Crickets - Everyday (Original)
Buddy Holly & The Crickets - Everyday (Original)
"Everyday" was written by Buddy Holly and Norman Petty and originally released in the fall of 1957 as the B-side to what would become one of Buddy's biggest selling singles, "Peggy Sue". The simplicity of the song is striking and added much to its appeal. Buddy is playing acoustic guitar and performing the vocals, Jerry Allison is slapping his hands on his lap for percussion, and Joe B. Mauldin is playing bass. Norman Petty's wife, Vi, is playing a keyboard instrument called a celeste which is typically used in classical pieces like "The Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy" from Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker". Buddy Holly died tragically in a plane crash on Feb. 3, 1959 along with Richie Valens and the Big Bopper.

AMAZING!!! "Gods Cricket Chorus"... You Have to Hear it to Believe it!!!
Check Out My Website: spiralcreations-mirrors.blogspot.com Check Out My Play List: www.youtube.com "THE STORY BEHIND GOD'S CRICKET CHORUS" This unusual recording contains two tracks... 1st Track: The natural sound of crickets chirping. 2nd Track: The sound of the crickets slowed down frame by frame to match and mirror the length of the average lifespan of a human being. The angelic chorus you hear accompanying the sound of the crickets is NOT a synthesizer or a chorus singing, it's the crickets themselves (slowed down) creating the effect. Really an amazing thing they've accomplished here. This recording can be played continuously in the background to create a natural soothing atmosphere for calming and healing. Gods Cricket Chorus was created in (1992) By Jim Wilson & David Carson

Shane Koyczan - Re: A Boy Called James - The Crickets Have Arthritis
I upload this video because this, I feel, is the perfect response to Dprjones' video, and though I may be late in doing so, I still feel that this beautiful story should be told. This is a song by Shane Koyczan called "The Crickets Have Arthritis." His way with words has a potency unrivalled in what may be a society, shriveled in it's intellectual inefficiency. The rest of this has nothing to do with the song, or with the reason for this video's upload. I just wanted to address this as it is related to a video related to VFX's actions with the children's hospital. Venom posted a video saying the reason he took down his account was because he received death threats from people claiming to be muslim. If this is true, then it is a grievous injustice towards free speech. However, if Venom had his account removed for legal reasons, as the context would imply, then it is but another lie amongst many to cover his sorry ass. I'd like to quote what his parents (seemingly) posted on his site: "This site has been taken offline by the parents of VenomFangX, they don't support/share his views and apologize if he has offended anyone. This site will be offline for good in 3 days." No mention of safety, no mention of religion, no mention of anything, other than that Venom may had done some controversial things (in their eyes) that they did not support, and that they were sorry to any who had been offended. See Dprjones' recent videos on venom for the info on how this was found out, since ...
