awesome stall holders perform lovely dance in wonderful grainger market best ever
Working with choreographer Catherine Dufton, the stall holders of Grainger market devised choreographic routines. It is an idea from Anton Hecht who editied the work. Grainger Market is a Victorian market in central Newcastle upon tyne and is well worth a visit. The idea for the project arose from watching classic tv such as Morcambe and Wise breakfast sketch and the bugs bunny cartoon where he washes Elmo fudds hair. The work was supported by Newcastle City Council. The music is Rossini and is Royalty Free. Distributed by Tubemogul. I think it also fits together to the top, a campaign to bring independents back to you tube

Indonesia: Yogyakarta's Main Market & Food Stalls, Java
www.TravelsWithSheila.com Yogyakarta's main market has art, batik, food and spices. One shopkeeper insisted on showing me every spice practically known to mankind. Very kind, sweet and it was educational to see what real spices look like instead of in my local supermarket jars. The food sold outside looked very yummy and it was difficult to resist diving in and trying. But Yogyakarta is beastly hot and the food was sitting in the heat for who knows how long. I manage to get food poisoning even in nice restaurants without taking a chance. Oh well...

A warm Yorkshire Welcome to Dewsbury Market
www.kirkleesmarkets.co.uk A firm favourite with coach parties and visitors to the town and winner of the best market in the country 2007, Dewsbury Market is a superb destination for a day out. Coaches from across the North head for Dewsbury Market every week filled with avid shoppers who return regularly to sample the delights of this famous market. Market Hall, Monday to Saturday (1 day Tuesday) 8.30am to 4pm This fabulous Victorian Market Hall, which celebrated its centenary in 2004, was the focal point of trading in the town when it was built. When it became full the open market grew up around it. Today it is home to 38 permanent market stalls and is famed for its extensive range of fine foods and produce. Fresh meat and dairy produce, flowers, clothing and household items, together with the famous tripe stall ensure the Market Hall is as popular now as it was when it was built over 100 years ago.
