Bagalkot or Bagalkote is a town in the Indian state of Karnataka. Bagalkote is the district headquarters of the Bagalkot district. It is one of the major towns in North Karnataka.
According to stone inscriptions in the surrounding area, the town's name was formerly Bagadige. According to legend, the town was given to the Bajantries (musicians) by Ravana, the king of Lanka who ruled this area. One of the Bijapur kings is said to have presented the town to his daughter as bangle money (a tradition in which the daughter is given money to buy bangles, sarees, gold ornaments from her parents after the marriage). Consequently, the place acquired the name Bagdikot, which later became Bagalkot. Bagalkot remained under successive dominions of Vijayanagar emperors, Peshwas, Hyderali of Mysore, Maratha rulers, and finally the British in 1818. In 1865, it was established as a municipality and civic amenities were provided to the residents of Bagalkot. The place was a noted centre of freedom movement and the Unification movement.
Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest". Customer service is also often referred to when describing the culture of the organization. It concerns the priority an organization assigns to customer service relative to components such as product innovation and pricing. In this sense, an organization that values good customer service may spend more money in training employees than the average organization, or may proactively interview customers for feedback.
From the point of view of an overall sales process engineering effort, customer service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. From that perspective, customer service should be included as part of an overall approach to systematic improvement. One good customer service experience can change the entire perception a customer holds towards the organization.

Agasthya Lake seen aerially while flying over Badami or Vatapi in Karnataka. See Badami with the Buthanatha temple at the end of Lake Agasthya with the stairs where local women do the washing of their clothes. The Badami cave temples are a complex of four Hindu, Jain and possibly Buddhist cave temples located in Badami, a town in the Bagalkot district in northern part of Karnataka, India. The caves are considered an example of Indian rock-cut architecture, especially Badami Chalukya architecture, which dates from the 6th century. Badami was previously known as Vataapi Badami, the capital of the early Chalukya dynasty, which ruled much of Karnataka from the 6th to the 8th century. Badami is situated on the west bank of an artificial lake ringed by an earthen wall with stone steps; it is ...

PICCOLA KATY dei Pooh
============
Oh piccola katy...
Piccola Katy stanotte hai bruciato
tutti i ricordi del tuo passato
tutte le bambole con cui dormivi
ed il tuo diario che sempre riempivi
solo con cio' che faceva piacere
a chi di notte lo andava a vedere...
Oh piccola Katy...
Piccola Katy, stanotte hai capito
chiudi pian piano e ritorna a dormire
nessuno nel mondo ti deve sentire...
