Farewell My Summer Love is a compilation of archived Michael Jackson recordings in January to September 1973. The album was released by Motown Records in the U.S. in May 1984.
The nine songs featured on the album were reportedly lost by Motown but rediscovered in 1984. To give the album a more 1980s sound, Motown remixed the songs and added all new musical overdubs. The task of playing the updated sound was given to musicians Tony Peluso, Michael Lovesmith and Steve Barri. Together with drummer Mike Baird, they recorded new guitar, keyboard, percussion drum parts for the songs. The album reached #46 on Billboard's pop album chart and #9 on the UK albums chart and sold over three million copies worldwide. On July 9, 1984, the album was certified Gold by the BPI for selling at least 100,000 copies in the United Kingdom.
The title song became a Top 40 hit in the US, reaching #38, and a Top 10 hit in the United Kingdom, reaching #7. At the time, Jackson was riding high on the success of his best-selling "Thriller" album. A follow-up single, "Touch the One You Love", was released in the US and backed by "Girl You're So Together", but it failed to chart. In the UK, however, "Girl You're So Together" was released as a single, with "Touch the One You Love" on the B-side, and became a top 40 hit.
Dance Dance Revolution Extreme (ダンスダンスレボリューションエクストリーム, Dansu Dansu Reboryūshon Ekusutorīmu) is a music video game by Konami and is the eighth release in the main Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) series. It was released on December 25, 2002 for Japanese arcades, on October 9, 2003 for the Japanese PlayStation 2, and on September 21, 2004 for the North American PlayStation 2. This game is the ninth release in North America, but despite having the same name as its Japanese counterpart, its soundtrack is significantly different and won the Video Music Awards in 2005 on MTV for * Best Video Game Soundtrack.
Despite its single-region arcade release, its popularity caused it to be exported or pirated and placed in game rooms worldwide. Examples of these bootleg titles are "DDR MegaMix" and "DDR Extreme PLUS". Dance Dance Revolution Extreme was the last game in the DDR Arcade franchise for 4 years until Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova in 2006. The arcade release of the game contains one of the largest soundtracks of any DDR game, featuring 240 songs, as well as music from other Bemani music titles. Konami issued an "in-game" thank you to the fans of Dance Dance Revolution and announced a rejuvenation of the entire series, but did not go into details. Konami's announcement led people to believe that DDR Extreme might be the last DDR release or that the series might be rebooted in the same manner as Beatmania and Beatmania IIDX. However, it continued to be released for video game consoles. It is possible that this meant the changes in SuperNova (the ability to have all difficulties at once and the massive difficulty spike) but this is unlikely.

Summer Love is now available in English. Pratima Sharma translated the book from Nepali to English.
A sequel titled Saaya was released in September 2014.

At that time, they fall in love but as the college finishes, Atit has to go to Dhangadi and Saaya; Norway. But as time passed, Atit starts a search for Saaya and goes to Norway. He meets his friend at that moment and tells the story as it happened.

"Summer Love" is a song recorded by American singer-songwriter Justin Timberlake for his second studio album, FutureSex/LoveSounds (2006). It was written and produced by Timberlake, Tim "Timbaland" Mosley and Nate "Danja" Hills. "Summer Love" is a dance-pop and pop song about "wanting to fall in love with the lusty seasonal lover". Its instrumentation consists of keyboards, drums, guitars, pianos, and handclaps.
"Summer Love" received generally positive acclaim from music critics; with some comparing it to his work with NSYNC. "Summer Love" reached number six on the Billboard Hot 100 and number one on the Billboard Pop Songs chart. It was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for selling over one million units. The song also peaked at the top ten in Belgium and Canada. "Summer Love" was included in the set list of Timberlake's second worldwide tour FutureSex/LoveShow in 2007.
When composing songs for his second studio album FutureSex/LoveSounds, Timberlake went to former Justified collaborator Timbaland's studio in Virginia Beach, Virginia to begin sessions for his second album. However, not one of them had an idea of what the album would be–no plan for it and even a title. "Summer Love/Set the Mood (Prelude)" was written and produced by Timo "Timbaland" Mosley, Nate "Danja" Hills and Timberlake himself. The song was recorded by Jimmy Douglas, while its mixing was done by Douglas together with Timbaland. The keyboards were provided by Timberlake, Timbaland and Danja; the latter also played the drums in the single.

One of the more favored arcade mixes of DDR probably for its extensive song list with its fair share of revivals, so much that fans made a modified version of this mix called "DDR EXTREME PRO" which is basically this mix with EX score in normal gameplay. This mix left quite a bang before they went into a four-year hiatus. Green songs - New DDR EXTREME songs Yellow songs - Bemani crossovers Purple songs - DDR Solo, Club version and Home version songs Blue songs - DDR 1st to DDRMAX2 songs Red songs - Boss songs

Oooh,
Farewell my summer love, farewell
Girl I won't forget you,
Farewell, my summer love, farewell, ooh
I found my happiest days,
When you came to see your grandma in may
I bumped into you by the corner store
I told you that you sure looked good, now
Your grandma's house was next to mine
We were together most of the time
But summer's gotten away from us
Time's moving too fast for us
(Bye, bye)
Don't turn around
'Cause you might see me cry
Farewell my summer love, farewell
Girl I won't forget you
Farewell, my summer love, farewell, ooh, yeah
When you return to your hometown
And you discuss your trip
Will I be the guy that you put down
Or someone that you don't forget, no?
I'll never forget you
And maybe next year
When you're out of school
You'll return, but until you do, baby
(Bye, bye)
Don't turn around
You might see me cry
Farewell my summer love, farewell
Girl I won't forget you
Farewell, my summer love, farewell, yeah
Oooh
Farewell, farewell
Oooh,
Farewell, farewell
If you remember my name,
(Drop a line)
Drop a line sometime, yeah
Yeah, ooh
Girl I won't forget you
Farewell my summer love, farewell
Girl I won't forget you
When you return to your hometown
And you discuss your trip
Will I be the guy that you put down
Or someone that you don't forget, no?
I'll never forget you
And maybe next year
When you're out of school
You'll return, but until you do, baby
(Bye, bye)
Don't turn around
You might see me cry
Farewell, my summer love, farewell, oohh, yeah
Farewell, my summer love, farewell
