The Aka, also known as Hrusso, are found in the Thrizino (cultural hub), Bhalukpong (commercial hub), Buragaon, Jamiri, Palizi, Khuppi area in West Kameng of the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. Their language belongs to the Tibeto-Burman family.

For the convenience of administration, the Aka people elects a chief, who often acts the role of the village headman. Polygamy is widely practiced in their patrilineal society, and cross-cousin marriages are accepted. Like most tribes, the Aka have an elementary caste system, the aristocrat Kutsun and the commoner Kevatsum.

The Aka practice shifting cultivation and rear domestic animals such as the Mithun. Temporary huts, accommodated by young boys, are built near the field to guard the crops from the animals. The staple food of Akas is maize and millet. They plant leaves, pulses, potato and rice. Drinks locally made from fermented maize and millet include Lao pani, Mingri and the Aarah.

The Aka live in elongated houses made from bamboo, wood and cane leaves. Raised on platforms about 6 feet above the ground, the Aka house are further sub-divided into three sections. The granary is built away from the main house.

Justin Jaymes Graham (born September 10, 1988) is an American professional basketball player. Graham played college basketball at San Jose State University.

When Graham was in second grade, he met future San Jose State teammate Adrian Oliver. They would next play in the same Amateur Athletic Union team while in high school. At Ripon High School, Graham was a Division IV all-state selection in 2006 and led his team and league in scoring, assists, blocked shots and steals that year. In the fall of 2005, Graham signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the San Jose State Spartans. San Jose State signed him on November 9, 2005.

After redshirting the 2006-07 season, Graham averaged 2.9 assists per game and became the first San Jose State freshman to lead the team in assists. His next two seasons, Graham played or started in every game of the season. In the 2008-09 season, Graham was a conference leader in steals and assists: in the WAC, he had the second-most average assists per game and third-most steals. Before Graham's first playing season, coach George Nessman felt that Graham had "a chance to develop into a major difference-maker." On January 7, 2008, Graham scored on a jumper that would permanently put San Jose State in the lead over Santa Clara, and San Jose State won 62-59.
