The Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace (Greek: Αποκεντρωμένη Διοίκηση Μακεδονίας-Θράκης, Αpokentroméni Diíkisi Makedonías-Thrákis) is one of the seven decentralized administrations of Greece, consisting of the peripheries of Central Macedonia and East Macedonia and Thrace. With a population of almost 2.5 million, it is the second most populous in Greece after the decentralized administration of Attica. Its capital is Thessaloniki.
The Administration was created in 2011 as part of the government's large administrative reforms, the Kallikratis Reform. According to the Kallikratis Reform, the Decentralized Administrations are responsible for "perform[ing] general decisive authority in state affairs of their peripheries, according to Article 101 of the Constitution". The current Secretary-General of the Administration is Thymios N. Sokos.
