Now, almost all of National Capital Territory of Delhi, with exceptions of the old city called Old Delhi, Civil Lines area, Trans-Yamuna region, some rural areas and some underdeveloped parts of Delhi (e.g. Ashok Vihar, Timarpur, Nangloi, Sultanpuri, Mangolpuri, Badarpur etc.), is designated as 'New Delhi' in postal addresses. Especially, almost all the places in South, South-west, Central and West districts of Delhi are designated as New Delhi. Most of the time, the terms Delhi and New Delhi are used interchangeably.

Amitabh Bachchan ([əmɪtaːbʱ bəttʃən] (
listen), born Amitabh Harivansh Bachchan on 11 October 1942) is an Indian film actor. He first gained popularity in the early 1970s as the "angry young man" of Hindi cinema, and has since appeared in over 180 Indian films in a career spanning more than four decades. Bachchan is regarded as one of the greatest and most influential actors in the history of Indian cinema.
Bachchan has won numerous major awards in his career, including three National Film Awards as Best Actor, and fourteen Filmfare Awards. He is the most-nominated performer in any major acting category at Filmfare, with 37 nominations overall. In addition to acting, Bachchan has worked as a playback singer, film producer and television presenter. He also had a stint in politics in the 1980s. He has received both the Padma Shri and the Padma Bhushan civilian awards from the Indian government.
Bachban was born in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. His father, Harivansh Rai Bachchan, was a Hindi poet, and his mother, Teji Bachchan, was a Sikh from Faisalabad (now in Pakistan). Bachchan was initially named Inquilaab, inspired from the famous phrase Inquilab Zindabad, during the Indian independence struggle. However, at the suggestion of fellow poet Sumitranandan Pant, Harivansh Rai changed the name to Amitabh which means, "the light that would never go off." Though his surname was Shrivastava, his father had adopted the pen-name Bachchan (meaning child-like in colloquial Hindi), under which he published all his works. It is with this last name that Amitabh debuted in films, and, for all public purposes, it has become the surname of all members of his family. Bachchan's father died in 2003, and his mother in 2007.

In the 1980s, Jitendra was frequently paired up with Sridevi or Jayapradha for remakes of South Indian films by Rama Rao Tatineni, K. Bapayya and K. Raghavendra Rao; included Justice Chaudhry (1982), Mawaali (1983), Himmatwala (1983), Jaani Dushman, and Tohfa (1984).
He appeared in the TV serial Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi in the role of an old man. He was one of the judges of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, an Indian dance competition on Sony Entertainment Television.[citation needed] He was also a judge along with Hema Malini of a dancing competition called "Dancing Queen".[citation needed]

Shashi Kapoor (Hindi: शशि कपूर), born Balbir Raj Prithviraj Kapoor on 18 March 1938 in Calcutta (now Kolkata), is an award-winning Indian film actor and film producer. He has also been film director and assistant director in Hindi Films. He is a member of the Kapoor family, a film dynasty in India's Bollywood cinema. Shatrughan Sinha
Shatrughan Sinha (Hindi: शत्रुघ्न सिन) born Shatrughan Prasad Sinha on December 9, 1945 is an Indian film actor and politician. Apart from being member of Rajya Sabha twice he was also Union Cabinet Minister of Health and Family Welfare (Jan 2003-May 2004) and Shipping (Aug. 2004). He was elected to 15th Lok Sabha in 2009.
Sinha was born in Patna, Bihar. He was educated in Patna Science College. He is an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India Pune. Currently there's a scholorship being awarded on his name in the institute to Diploma students. He moved to Mumbai where he started his career in the film industry.
Shatrughan Sinha's first acting opportunity was playing a Pakistani military officer in Dev Anand's Prem Pujari. Subsequently, he got a small role as a police inspector in Mohan Sehgal’s Sajan in 1969. The release of Prem Pujari was delayed, so his first released film was Sajan. He played supporting roles in many films before appearing in Gulzar’s Mere Apne in 1971.
He later appeared in Dulal Guha’s Dost in 1974 and in Kalicharan in 1976.

Adalat is a 1976 Bollywood film directed by Narendra Bedi. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan in a dual role, and he received a Filmfare nomination as Best Actor, the only one for the film. Neetu Singh (also known as Neetu Kapoor) is an Indian Bollywood actress. She started acting from the age of 8 under the name Baby Sonia. She played Roopa in the 1966 movie Dus Lakh and a dual role in the film Do Kaliyaan. Her other notable films as a child actress were Waris and Pavitra Paapi. She made her debut as a leading actress in Rikshawala in 1972 and went onto appear in over 60 films. She left the film industry in 1982 after her marriage to frequent co-star Rishi Kapoor in 1980. She recently made a comeback after 28 years in Do Dooni Chaar in 2010.

She acted with the top stars of her day, especially Rishi Kapoor with whom she appeared in 11 films. The most successful films they acted in included Khel Khel Mein (1975), Kabhie Kabhie (1976), Amar Akbar Anthony (1977) and Doosra Aadmi (1978). She was nominated for Best Actress for the Star Screen Awards for her performance in the movie. She also won, along with Rishi Kapoor, Best Lifetime Jodi at the 2011 Zee Cine Awards. She was also paired opposite actors like Shashi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Jeetendra and Shatrughan Sinha in hit films like Deewaar (1975), Adalat (1976), Dharam Veer (1977), Jaani Dushman (1979) and Kaala Patthar (1979).
On screen and off it, Neetu and Rishi Kapoor fell in love. This led to the couple tying the knot in January 1980 after a much publicized engagement that was the talk of Bollywood.
