About 40% of the workforce are employed as casuals, in labour hire, on contracts or in other forms of insecure work. They have fewer rights than other workers, and are find it difficult to make financial commitments or plan for the future. Secure Jobs. Better Future is a campaign for job security, rights and decent work for all. Take action today.

The findings, contained in a national survey conducted for ME Bank’s annual Household Financial Comfort Report, confirm the toll that casual work is having on people’s lives.
